Highly recommended! I needed some help with my car today and they went above and beyond to help me. Mo and Mac were at the shop at the time and were very kind and accommodating.

Matthew and Abbie are the best! Helped me out when I was in a pinch, super appreciate it and highly recommend coming to see them.

Fastest, friendliest oil change around. Didn't push extras but let me know about things to watch.

Pretty insane prices they are charging. Came in for an oil change, and they said my oil was black (understandably so as I was a couple 1000 Km over) so they suggested I flush the engine. Fair, so I agreed. My bill at the end was like, $280, I looked at the receipt and the flush was about $90… which means the oil/oil filter cost $190…. Yea they poked around and filled up my washer fluid and stuff as well…. But at the end of the day, minus the engine flush it cost me $190 to get my oil changed, absolutely ludicrous. I’m going to look for a place that will charge a reasonable price for a service so simple as an oil change. I could do it myself for a fraction of that price but I don’t have the space unfortunately….

Took my 2011 Ford Escape in for service and was in and out in 10 minutes tops. I had the pleasure of dealing with the incredibly knowledgeable Des, who offered future service recommendations, and he was very easy to talk to.

This is my GO TO place for everything to do with my vehicle. The staff here have gone out of their way to help me on several occasions and as a woman, sometimes going to a place for car services can be intimidating/you can get taken advantage of. The staff at this location are so helpful and kind and I hope they feel appreciated bc their work does not go unnoticed.

I've been going to this location for years, and Shamal and team always give the best service. The team always does a quick and thorough inspection on my vehicle. They'll often make suggestions on additional services, but I never feel pressured to pursue them. I have recommended them to many friends and family to them, and they all share the same experience and quality with their service.

Went to this location for an oil change & needed a headlight & rear signal light replaced. I’d visited another maintenance shop previously for my rear signal light and due to a speaker? In the trunk of my car they couldn’t do it… but Mo was extremely helpful, got it done super quick, no problems whatsoever, changed my headlight and oil as well and was very personable and professional. I didn’t feel pressured to spend more than I had to. Would highly recommend stopping by for this location:)

Mo and Kyle were fantastic. Mo ordered in our battery and installed it an hour later eventhough we weren't 100% sure the proper size. They even changed our backlight and made sure all our lights were working before we left. Great service. Will return for my oil change!:)

I had my car in to have my winter tires put on. I was blown away with the customer service I was provided by Mitch. He was on top of it all and kept me updated with the status along the way. Kyle went above and beyond to make sure the work was done efficiently and ensure I had my vehincle back that day. I cant say enough good things about these employees and my experience. Thank you!

This business was quick and very reasonably priced. Kyle was friendly when I first drove up and throughout the service. I didn't have a lot of time before my next appointment and I was in and out with lots of time to get to my next stop.

I have no words - I had went to this location after trying my best to change my own headlights couldn't do it. They were so helpful in not only showing me how to do it next time, but also checking other parts of my car to make sure there were no other problems. I own a jeep wrangler and went there for an oil change. They checked everything and let me know whats good, whats wearing out, whats needs to be chancged asap and what can wait with no surcharge. Went for a quick tire change from winters to summers. Even though they were extremely busy Justin managed to squeeze me in! Thank you SOOO much! I've gone to this location only for 8 years now and being a female I'm never spoken down to. I live on the Southside but I religiously only go here. They are always super friendly, efficient and priced fairly. They also do a very good job looking over your vehicle and letting you know when you should get something looked at! Absolutely loved the service Justin and the rest of the team provide!

Had Shawn take care of my vehicle today. He did not pressure me into any service, rather he informed me and allowed me to make some choices. He explained and educated me on some aspects of my car and why I would need certain services. I have a mechanic family member who agreed with a lot of what he suggested. Shawn is a composite professional and was able to make me a Jiffy Lube customer. I highly recommend going to Jiffy Lube Northgate for your service. If the team is anything like Shawn, you are in good hands.

I always get my oil changes at this location they have the best customer service! They always go above and beyond:) today we laughed the whole time it was the most fun I have ever had while getting my car serviced lol Shamal also taught me how to change the time in my new car (don't judge me I couldn't figure it out)

When I go here everything is as it should be.
Unfortunately when my wife goes here they pressure sale her and tell her how she needs all sorts of extra services that are unexpected and unnecessary. Absolutely can see that these individuals pink tax women when they get a chance, If I was a woman I would stay far away and go to a more honest place.

I had a very good experience with the service team here. Justin, I think is the lead hand here at the time of my service and he is very knowledgeable, not only the service being performed but also the vehicle itself. Something of my model year that I did not know about, it's the recall of my roof, it's fantastic! Having to drive with the roof down, changes the game completely! There were about 4 or 5 personnel that looked at my vehicle but the main Trio were Justin, Shawn and Carlos. The service was done in a timely matter, very friendly staff, highly recommended.

Giving the HUGEST shout out to Justin and Carlos at this Jiffy Lube location. I usually do my own oil changes but due to circumstances in December I was not able to do it, figured I would just go to a jiffy Lube location near my house. Went there and they did my oil change and I left. Fast forward to today when I went to do my oil change myself and I could not get the oil pan plug out. It was put in way too tight and they had ‘rounded the plug (bolt) ’’ so there was zero chance I was going to get it off. I was disappointed in the last place that did my oil change (totally different Jiffy Lube location than this one). I tried calling that location and they closed at 4: 00pm and we’re not going to be open the next day at all, so I figured I would call a different location just to see what they might suggest, and this is where Justin and Carlos went way above and beyond! They said to come on in and they would loosen off the plug and take a look for me. They did say that the plug had been rounded, and so not only did they loosen it off so I could get it off myself to do my own oil change, they also gave me a brand new plug. They were under zero obligation to help me and they did and did it happily and with a smile. So, if ever I need to have my oil changed again they earned a customer and I will also recommend them to anyone who asks! Thanks again guys! You are FABULOUS!

Extremely fast for an oil change. 12 minutes from in to out. That's like $10 min. Felt surreal.

Thank goodness they we're open on Dec. 27th when we needed them! But our mechanic unfortunately peppered us with mechanical worries about our SUV.we got a second opinion and turns out none of his suggestions were true.
Thanks for getting the oil change done in a timely manner tho - even if we did have to refill up our coolant 4 days after he said he'd filled it up (and we paid for that service.)

A very big thank you to and I can't spell their names but I think they are Shemell and Schar for the excellent service and going the extra mile to make sure everything was great. I would recommend this Jiffy lube just based on their service and that everything was done satisfactorily.

The people at this jiffy lube are some of the best! Whenever I’ve come in, they are super polite and friendly, explain to me what’s going on with my vehicle and lay out all my options! On top of that, they make me feel super comfortable, which as a female driver, has been difficult for me to find. They are all always so so willing to help whatever the issue, and I will continue to be a returning customer because of how amazing they treat their customers and their customers vehicles.

I went to Jiffy Lube today to get my tires changed to my winter tires and an oil change. I ended up needing to buy new winter tires and rims. Justin was helping me and offered to look into tires that they could order. I was shocked at the cost and was very indecisive. I mentioned that I was going to look into Costco, to which he said that people keep coming to them cause Costco is booking into February.well, they aren't. I only got my oil change with Jiffy Lube and ended up buying winter tires and rim at Costco. I saved myself $400 (that's with the $200 off he was going to give me) and I have an appointment in early November. I don't appreciate being lied too. I now wonder what services I have paid for in my car that I really didn't need.

They lied to me I have been trying to find another place to go to for maintenance.

They create a sense of urgency by not telling the customer the truth.

I work in sales and this is a horrible tactic to teach a sales person.

I will not go back.

By the way they are showing you dirty oil not from your vehicle but the oil that is discarded to make you believe that your oil is really dirty to up sell you on a flush or whatever other service they will sell you.

Beware of this place.

My kids debt card wouldn't cover the total of his oil change so I drove down to assist, they charged him 320$ for and oil flush, oil change and to change 3 filters (oil, air and cabin). That's ridiculous 10/10 won't use again

We stopped in just before hitting the highway out of town to get our tires and fluids checked, just to be safe. The whole team (especially Mala and Shamal) jumped to help us right away, checking our oil, topping up our washer fluid, and making sure our tires were ready for the road. They also sweet talked our dog (which she loved) and when all was said and done, they didn’t even charge us for it. We’d also gotten new tires from this location previously, and on that occasion as well, the service was quick, well-done, and reasonably priced. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to get their vehicle serviced!

He also identified a safety issue with one of my tires and presented reasonable options to go about resolving the issue. In general, the experience was fast, pleasant, and the whole team was really friendly. I highly recommend this location.

Great service from all the staff very friendly and my car still runs and is very smooth, got me in and out in a jiffy. I usually do my own oil changes but if I get lazy I got here. Don't let the area fool you, but this place I recommend!

One of the best Jiffy lube I've been to, honestly dont ever go anywhere else. Everyone always makes u feel welcome and comfortable considering ur sitting in ur car waiting for them to do they thing. This is the first time I ever wrote a review because they are that great with they job and how they conduct them self's that I had to say something

I took my car to get an oil change done over a week ago, the service guy that worked on my car wasn't paying any attention and left my oil filter loose.i drove around with oil leaking everywhere to the point my engine almost blew up on the middle of the road.i called to let them know, the supervisor told me he looked at the cameras and it looked good to him they cannot do anything to remedy the issue, i went to get oil change at a different store.which happens to be the lamest excuses i have ever heard
I will not recommend them for anything unless you are looking to blow up your engine.they are full of incompetent staff.

I find i'm Jiffy Lube staff very helpful. They are happy to do things like check the pressure in my tires even if I'm not getting anything that must be paid for. The staff also informed me off discounts and offered to check all my fluids even though I was just getting a windshield wiper

Speedy service, but like most quick oil change places, they seem to rely on customer ignorance for added sales. Telling me that my oil is very dirty and it should be "clear like water, and I should get an engine flush. " is ridiculous. Oil should never be clear like water, no matter how new. If a technician thinks it should be clear like water, they shouldn't be trusted with changing oil.

It's ok but they always try to sell you things you dont need tried to sell me battery for car saying mine was no good when in fact it was brand new just do what the customer wants stop lieing and be honest

Went to jiffy lube today and asked for just an oil change. Told them that my step brother is a mechanic so if there was anything else that needed to be done maintenance wise just to give me a list and I would take it to him and he would do it for cheaper. I don’t have knowledge of vehicles and I’m sure they picked up on that. They listed off about 7 different things my vehicle required and I said no. Then they told me that my transmission fluid needed to be changed desperately. Brought over a tube to display what normal transmission fluid looks like vs. What they just pulled out of my vehicle. Told me that this was extremely bad for my vehicle and that it needed to be changed immediately. I was pretty sure that my step brother had changed it just recently, but I didn’t have the piece of paper on me that stated what he had done to it last. I agreed to it because it they really adamant that I needed it badly. $350 Later, I go to visit my father afterwards, only to find out that my brother HAD just changed the transmission fluid, and it was completely unnecessary. My dad said he wouldn’t be surprised if they had the tube with the bad transmission fluid prior to me arriving and had just showed it to me to up-sale me and convince me this was necessary. I’m absolutely not going to be back here because they saw me pull up, a girl in her twenties alone, and they took advantage of my lack of knowledge. If you don’t have vehicle knowledge and you go alone be weary of what they say, and don’t let them talk you into anything extra. I’m absolutely appalled and I spent 300 dollars of my hard earned money that I didn’t need to. Be careful with these guys

Today Feb 23, I went to change the oil
Surprisingly, I was told that oil still have lots of life, I was surprised that they could have just done it
But they topped up for free and advised to use full 5K life of oil
Excellent work ethic

Today I had Nico and Devon working on my car. They educated me in what was being done to my car and what was needed. Manager Justin also stepped in an was offering me info as well. All staff was super professional and polite. Service was prompt an efficient. Highly recommended

I decided to switch to this Jiffy Lube after horrible experiences at a different Jiffy Lube. The staff here are friendly and honest and do not try to oversell anything. They are super professional. Even though this location is out of my way, I will be coming here from now on.

We came in needing an oil top up and some air in my tires, and Mala had me in and out quickly. I always go to jiffy lube for my oil changes, and will continue to do so. The staff have always been awesome.
