I recommend this jiffy lube especially if you get the young girl Kelsey. She’s awesome. Does a great job explaining extremely helpful and just a kind good person. They took care of it. All chatted as they went. Great job and kudos to this girl. Hugely recommended.
Came in for an oil change since I was a little over due for one, but they checked my oil and told me I was good to wait a little longer. They even checked the life of my battery for me and sent me off with a recommendation on where to get a new one. Didn’t charge me for their time and I really appreciate their honesty! Will definitely be back when I’m due for an oil change.
I did not get the name of the gentleman that helped us, but he was very kind and informative. He explained what was being done clearly so we knew exactly what was going into our engine and he was fast and efficient. He added some lubricant to our door hinges and checked our tire pressure while the men below dealt with the filter and oil change. A lovely experience that took just a short time to complete. We look forward to going back.
Great customer service, quick and thorough. Kelsey did an amazing job at being patient with our crazy family, all questions were answered in a form that could be easily understood. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality and friendly staff.
I was really shocked when she said I had a choice of $110 or $140 for my oil change.used to always go to this location with my car and it was never over $100. I never thought the dealership would be cheaper but it is so I guess I will go there.
The staff here are very polite and do a great job. They are quick, let you know the prices before performing the work and inform you of any other services that may need to be done, however, they are not pushy and trying to up-sell the way some places do. The service tech, KL (name on the receipt) offered me a headlight restoration kit and I was extremely happy with the result! My headlights were very yellow and this product brought them back to almost factory clear. She was very careful while applying the product to make sure she didn’t touch any surrounding areas of the car, which wouldn’t have been a big deal since it’s a 2006 commuter car, however I was appreciative of the care she took. Highly recommend this location for vehicle service!
Went to 4 different Mr Lubes and they didn’t have my particular oil. (OW16) Went to this jiffy and they had it. They were super friendly and also went beyond and above service. Free door hinge spray. Definitely coming to this place when I’m in Calgary. Thank you the the amazing staff. Y’all doing it right!
At this particular Jiffy Lube I received the very best oil change experience I’ve ever had in all my years on the road. Not only did they change my oil, but they also took care of so much more while I waited. They filled my tires and even cleaned my windshield as I waited. Best spot to get your oil changed in the city.
We ran into some oil issues in middle of our trip and went here. James was our mechanic and he was really helpful and explained everything in detail. He was quick and knowledgeable and addressed all our concerns.
Whole process took about 5 minutes, quick, professional, decently priced (almost double the do it yourself cost but understandably so) and informative. 3 employees worked on my vehicle, no sales pressure which was great but they did recommend options for the next visit, primarily dealt with Luke, he was knowledgeable and very professional.
I showed up late on a Friday just before close. Steven was running the place and was able to get me in. Vinny was the tech. Just have to say they both went above and beyond to get me in and out. These are the types of employees that we are all looking for in business!
Always go to jiffy lube first time at this one n I have to say the 3 people that were working on Saturday may 1 were simply the best easy to talk to n even had some laughs Thank you guys
Probably the best jiffy lube in the city. My car was leaking oil a couple of months after my oil change. I went back and they checked it for me right away the leaking had nothing to do with the oil change but they still checked it and showed me where it was leaking from. They used to check tire pressure, fluids, wipers etc. They did none of that and charged me 79.95 for oil change. Conventional one. Very disappointed. Way too expensive. Lube city charges 39.99 for oil change. Will start going there!
I left the shop very happy with their service, however when I got to know that I was charged $37 for an engine flush product where I found the same product for $5 at the retail. I feel I was deceived big time and this kinda ruined my first experience with them!
Excellent service, have been to this location multiple times and have always had very fast and knowledgeable service. They remind you of services that should be done, or which you didn’t do the previous visit, and check on other things that they can help with. They took the time to unscrew and access my difficult air filter which ended up definitely needing replacing, of which they had the unique air filter in stock as well. And during this pandemic they were all wearing masks and had their protocols and signage in place so that everyone was being kept safe. Keep up the great work!
If I could put more stars, I would! I called a few days prior and they were so kind and told me to come by anytime. I went today and just got my oil change by Luke & his team. I just purchased a vehicle and I was quite scared to go to just any place for my BMW. My experience with Luke was honestly the best customer service ever! He explain to me to the T. They did not push to buy extra things and they got us out in such a short time! Wonderful experience. Good price! I would definitely recommend to visit the Sunridge location!
I'm useless when it comes to my car, I know what not to do and to go to a Mechanic when there's something I do want to know. I went here for an oil change and Luke let me know all services I may need done soon, their approximate price, when to do them and why. He warned me of my total cost after deciding every additional service I was getting done, but before they did it to make sure I was okay with the price. He made me laugh, apologized for how long it took when it DIDN'T even. I was prepared to wait an hour an a half just to get in and get out (I based this off of the busy Mr Lube by Peters Drive in). However, I didn't wait at all and I was in and out in 40 minutes (granted, I may have milked my time there for the great costumer service and humour). I'm really happy with my experience and I hope to get Luke again. Thanks for making me feel comfortable even when I'm clueless, man you deserve a raise!
Came today to get my oil changed which was over due and they were extremely nice and helpful. Did not feel pressured at any point to get anything done. They also advised me of services that were due based off the KM of the car that they could not do. Will definitely come back.
Very friendly and courteous staff, had me in and out nice and quickly. Did not push unnecessary maintenance, and offered discounts without being asked. I'm pleased with the service I received.

A customer of mine took her car here for an oil change. These meat heads couldnt be bothered to tell her the oil was full of metal filings or that the engine was in fact knocking.
The owner of this location is absolutely pathetic. “Experienced technicians” huh. You’re paying minimum wage to inexperienced technicians, get it right! They have no idea what they’re doing, let alone you not taking accountability for the damage your technicians cause to customers vehicles. Put yourself in the customers position, who chose to spend their hard earned money at your shady business, only to find out the hard way that your technicians are poorly trained and have no understanding of how a vehicle even truly works. Most customers know more about their vehicles than your technicians, but don’t have time to maintain them. Take responsibility for your bad business practices and stop blaming the customers every time there’s a legitimate issue or concern after having a service performed. Calgarians, stay away from this illegitimate shady business and it’s pathetic owner.
Still trying to figure out what is wrong. Will have to code read when I get home. Immediate have a check engine light and the oil was over filled slightly and don't see any obvious loose connections but I'll take it apart when I get home I guess. Nice staff and all. Can't believe it's still legal to sell non synthetic in Canada.
They tried to upsell me to almost $200 I'm services for a simple oil change. Which is their job I suppose but I wasn't there for anything other than a basic oil change, and the representative left out the cost until I asked and said that I was not interested in paying that much for a simple oil change. Seemed mad that I wouldn't buy $200 in services I don't require.
They were super friendly and helpful. Greeted me in the que as I was waiting to enter. Only got an oil change and new wipers for the season, but was very pleased with the information they shared with me and with the level of professionalism and service. Would highly recommend.
Always friendly and down to earth. Help you troubleshoot anything going on with your vehicle. Will make suggestions but never pushy. Happy to make conversation with you too. I always leave smiling.
I have a 2015 golf and no one does the oil change properly and its always left leaking from the drain cap but at jiffy lube they always do it properly and if I have any issues they adress it immediately I highly recommend this place for getting your oil changed
I bought a vehicle off a guy and during the pre-purchase inspection they mentioned there was an oil leak most likely from the oil drain plug. I called jiffy lube as they were the last shop to perform an oil change on the vehicle and they were super helpful and very nice on the phone and told me to bring the vehicle in. They confirmed it was the oil drain plug and fixed it for me same day at no extra cost. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you so much!
This place has amazing customer service. I needed an oil leak looked at and they helped me even though they were not open yet. They seemed to genuinely care about what they were doing. I will be back when I need my oil changed. Thank you!
We travelled from Ontario for the Stampede and Banff. We stopped in here for an oil change and the service was fantastic. The service manager explained everything after checking all the fluids on my '07 Frontier. He also went on to give us a list of everything to see and do while in Banff. Not only was he a great employee but a great ambassador for tourism in the area. He even gave our dog a treat while we were waiting. If i could give this place 6 stars I would.
You would have gotten my business if.your employee hadn't tried to tell me that the only oil I could have in my 2009 Toyota Corolla was synthetic starting at $80. Yes, the oil cap indicates the type of synthetic oil the car would take IF I wanted synthetic oil but it also says 5W30 on the cap and that is what I drove in to get at your advertised price of $39.95. I understand the upselling BUT don't try to hook me with half truths. Be upfront about it - ask if I want an upsell to synthetic by all means but don't tell me it's my only option. Buyer beware - use Jiffy if you choose to do so but make sure you know in advance what your options are and know that synthetic isn't the only one! I will not be back.
My husband started taking our cars to this location for oil changes over a year ago. He encouraged me to come here because of the affordable rate they charged for a run-of-the-mill oil change. I've taken both of our vehicles in multiple times since and have never been disappointed in the service.
They always make recommendations for our vehicles but do not push or pressure you to buy extras or spend more than you're willing/able to spend. Since we own older vehicles, they make sure to advise us of any issues they notice when doing the checks and keeping us informed of any serious/immediate issues that need to be dealt with, even if we don't have them dealt with by the crew at Jiffy Lube.
The guys who work here (I've never seen a female here, so pardon me if there are some females on the crew) are absolutely phenomenal. They are always incredibly respectful and professional, yet friendly and engaging. They make it hard to want to go anywhere else (even if you could find a better deal haha). They are always kind and friendly to my children who are usually with me.
I always leave really confident in the service provided and the care they take of my vehicle.
I don't know how busy they are regularly, but I usually take my car in the morning around 9-10 am and never have to wait, and am usually in-and-out in 20 minutes.

Tried many places for car services before. Jiffy lube Sunridge branch has an excellent customer service. Honest and friendly. Fair price, and they don't push or try to sell. They will suggest what's ideal or good for your car and your safety. I have a major engine leak and they keep encouraging me to go back to them to have it checked and top up my oil without charging me. They also gave me an advice of how to be safe and what to check every week or two. I already recommended them to many friends and they're are satisfied.
What a fantastic, friendly, and entertaining, staff! We stopped in for a quick oil change before heading back to home to BC. I wish we lived in the city to have all of our oil changes done at this location. Thank you for the excellent service!
Tremendous place. They have the fantastic 39.99 oil change deal. Staff is excellent, they clearly lay out what is wrong with your vehicle even if it's a $1500 winter beater, recommendations and tips for the future. There is a bit of a sales push but that's to be expected. Very quick service, in and out in under 20 minutes. They even gave my dog a treat and not one of those little cheap treats.a big ol' treat. Brownie points. I haven't ever tipped an oil change place but I did today. I live in the deep SE but will ALWAYS be returning to this location when I need an oil change. Highly recommended!
Went in for an oil change (because I was too lazy to do it myself) other then the staff constantly trying to upsell me on stuff it was a great experience.
Been going to this location for over 3 years now. Went there today to change my oil, i left with a missing on the air filter box, and they stripped the rear diff filler screw. They told me that the screw was already messed up and they didnt even tell me anything about the air filter box. (Car only has 35,000km). Wont be going back there again.
Was in today for an oil change, did not get inundated with other suggestions to purchase, they were very customer service oriented and I will go back to this Jiffy Lube.
I’ve been going here for over a year changing my oil on a regular basis. Initially, the guys were great, until my 2nd last oil change they used Transmission Fluid in my car instead of synthetic engine oil. I found out when my friend who was fixing my brakes checked the dip stick and it was red instead of the golden yellow it should have been. This was closer to when my next oil change was going to occur so I went back that week and thought they would resolve the issue. At my next oil change, they agreed it wasn’t engine oil and looked like ATF, told me they would look at their cameras to see what happened. Also, told me to check that the oil didn’t leak from the transmission fluid. Even came up with a story that transmission fluid mixing with engine oil is like koolaid mixing with water, so that was why the whole oil turned red (FYI - engine oils and ATF have different densities and DONT mix like koolaid). When they changed my oil it was all ATF. They changed it into a separate vessel. After driving with the new oil I re-checked and the oil was now normal, even after a week. They called me on the following Monday and “ironically” their cameras were not working, and finally they also “conveniently” lost (poured) the ATF they drained with the other oil. I went back and basically asked them to rectify this as I have a more expensive vehicle and told them they should be accountable for any damages that may have occurred. Wasn’t asking for a handout, asking them to “man-up”, all I wanted was for them to pay for the inspection at the dealership in case of potential damage they may have caused to my car. So what does one and half years of changing your oil once a month and tipping the shop guys get you? Owner says “your own your own”. Should have come back after 7 days. Unfortunately every-time I go to the gas station I don’t check my oil in my car. This is my mistake to trust people. I’m writing review because they basically forced me to do so, when I was hoping as a minimum they would have been a company with dignity and respect for their customers but they are run by an owner who obviously cares about lining his pockets with money no matter the cause and weaseling his way out of accountability. Too bad their wasn’t more honest and respectful people in this world. 1st world problem. ”screwed by the local Oil change shop - Jiffy Lube”. Life is good if that’s the only problem in life I’m dealing with. Too bad for the nice guys I use to see on a monthly basis, and even to the guy who messed up and filled my car with ATF. Have a good holidays you greedy owner! Hope your shrewd business ethics doesn’t trickle into your good employees. Great to know these days we have “honest, honorable, accountable, dignified, compassionate, respectful, list goes on” (YES IM BEING SARCASTIC DESCRIBING YOU) people like you in our world. Signing out a disappointed formerly loyal customer. I’ll follow-up with Jiffy Lube the company and see if they are more honorable than this owner. Don’t want to paint everyone with black brush.
