Jobber

Have been using Jobber for the last year and just recently upgraded so I could access the advanced features for my business. The overall software is Great and training with Katy has been super to assist with implementing the new features!

So far it has been easy to learn how to use. I'm looking forward to using all the options as snow removal picks up, and then into lawn care season.

Started using Jobber for our company on 11/28/23.
At this point, it has been a smooth transition and the support team has been helpful. We are very happy with this choice for our company.

Great to start for small businesses. I got my start with a site that allows me to be 'professional' looking at a reasonable price.

Jobber allows me to be way more efficient in my day to day operations. Allows me to check off boxes as I move through the day. Amazing system, user friendly, and creates a professional look for my clients when I send invoices and quotes. Love it!

Jobber has really helped me in the early stages of managing my cleaning business. I can manage clients, invoices, and schedule work for my team from the palm of my hand. All the automation features are great too, fantastic app. (and really great customer service when you need help with anything)

Great program, just 1 week in and getting the hang of it. It has already cut a couple hours off my work day since not having to do extra data entry work.

Quick responses by real people who have real answers. Much appreciated and hard to find in a company these days!

Edit 2 (4 years later) : Never ended up receiving any communication to find a amiable solution.

Shoddy, unintuitive system. Tried to cancel, but told that they DO NOT offer refunds for ANYTHING, even annual subscriptions. Cancelled a little more than a month after a renewal, to be told they would not refund ANY of our subscription fee. Very shady stuff, given 99% of online companies would simply prorate the amount back to us. Unbelievable!

Extremely useful platform. I went from having a small business with a thousand papers to a medium sized business with almost no paperwork needed.

I started this as a trial to replace my old work order system. I've been very happy. When I signed up they followed up with a phone call and scheduled a walk through of the system to make sure i understood everything and made full use of its capabilities. They have followed up multiple times to make sure I'm happy and don't have any concerns. Overall I'm very satisfied with the system and the company in general.

I have been very impressed so far I was using a competitive software last year. The customer response time and features of this software are much much better at similar price point. My customers also enjoy how interactive everything is for them on their end through the customer portal.

I suffered from a significant learning curve at first, but once I swallowed my pride and allowed the excellent service professionals the opportunity to coach me, I would never go back to my old broken system of scheduling and invoicing. Well-worth the effort. It makes me look at least 3x more professional. I would pay more for this service than what they are currently charging me.

I switched from another CRM system to Jobber about two years ago and I have not looked back. They are the best in the business. The product they offer is very user friendly and easy to set up right out of the gate.

But it isn't their software that is the most impressive aspect of their company; It is their customer service. They are always quick to respond, very positive and extremely diligent when finding answers to your questions and providing a great overall experience. My company would not be where it is today without them and I am excited to see where I can take it with the support of their team behind us!
(Side note: when I was shopping around for a new provider I sent Jobber a message on a Saturday at around 8pm. Expecting to hear a response during the week. They replied almost instantly and walked me through the process of getting set up. By Monday morning all my info was exported over and I was ready to start selling work and taking payments - Needless to say they come highly recommended from my personal experience/opinion).

We have been using Jobber for over a year now and it has changed the way we're able to do business! Great functionality, easy to use app, regular improvement updates, ability to streamline customer intake process, invoicing, online payment portal, QuickBooks sync, two-way text via app, team assignments, scheduling, and solid support from the Jobber team. It's saved us a great deal of time and has helped with generating more business. Would highly recommend to anyone with a service type business to give Jobber a try!

Hi. I am a local service plumbing contractor and recently purchased the Jobber program after several months of research. I have been using the program approximately two weeks and I am extremely satisfied with the available features, simplicity and outstanding customer service along with the email follow ups from my sales associate. The program allows me to access my account from multilabel sources, my I-pad, phone or computer. Having access to my customers information anywhere I go to is priceless and knowing everything is stored in the cloud and secured gives me a scene of security. Thank you to the Jobber team, I am excited about learning more and more about this amazing tool.

Jobber is a great program and very easy to use, both as an administrator or a field worker. The only let down for our business here in Australia, is the limited sms capabilities.

I personally love this app has been a game changer for my painting business. It centralizes communications, streamlines from a lead, to a quote, job, to being invoiced. Minimizes wasted time reinputting information into QuickBooks software. Enhances the client experience as well as staffs.

Great service CRM out there
Easy to use from you phone, tablet or computer. Easy add, invoice and collect all in a matter of minutes. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a service software to run and schedule client work. A thumbs up in my books. Love it.

Jobber has been a life saver! I can literally run my entire business from home using this system. I've used other systems before but this is by far the best! Oh and their resource library, it's amazing!

I can't say enough about Jobber. At the death of my husband last year I felt compelled to take over his business. I had absolutely no working knowledge of his or running any business. Jobber was a lifesaver and a business saver. It allowed me me to have a grip on all aspects of running the business. From initial phone calls to client contacts to putting together a quote then making it into a job being able to see when and how the job was completed. They have a trial free offer so you can try it for a few days. I would highly recommed just trying it. Jobber has been great for me just starting out on my own venture. Customer support is great and learning new features daily. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to start their own appointment based business.

Jobber is easy to navigate, easy to use! It's ability to track jobs, upload photos, enter notes, set up schedule, set up jobs, invoice customers is what made me consider it for our business.
The customer service? That is a 10 star.

We have been using Jobber for a few weeks now and primarily have been using the scheduling and job creation tools. It is fairly user friendly, and the flow of the creation process is nice. The ability to keep our customers informed and employees informed of the work schedule is very nice.

We have discovered some of the limitations of the system. The employee time on job does not auto-populate into an estimate, which doesn't really help with billing time. The new visit icon is only visible in the job section, this creates an issue if schedule changes are needed to be done on the road, and the difference between a task and a visit are not clearly explained and have caused some scheduling / time sheet issues.

Overall we are mostly satisfied with the product, and fully expect the system to improve as it continues forward.

Very good program for running a business. There are a few little things that I think could be a little better but there is no such thing as a perfect program for every business. This is one is as perfect as it gets.

Very happy with the Jobber Software Program. I really like the Jobber platform and layout. Really simplifies what could be a cluster of old invoices and plans for each Job. Most jobs change for us after the 1st proposal goes out and the client reviews it. Jobber makes it easy for me to make changes and resend the updated Order and Plans according to the clients request. Saves time and aggravation that comes with me constantly updating orders for our clients. Our clients that receive the Quotes through Jobber also like it and the simple way in which they can approve the order or request changes. Very glad we decided to use Jobber and appreciate their top notch customer service!

Jobber is the best! We've tried a few different CRMs before switching to Jobber and it's by far the most professional and easy to use CRM we've tried. I switched to Jobber at the beginning of the 2019 growing season. It has been a great decision. I have always struggled with scheduling and finding the time to invoice timely. With Jobber I can have my employees scheduled for recurring visits for Lawn Care with invoice reminders and the remainder of my staff is scheduled each day for additional work, which allows me to jump into the truck to be out in field each morning without any paperwork. I still utilize my Quickbooks Online for bookkeeping but they have worked together flawlessly.

Where would we be without Jobber? What a fantastic product! It really has revolutionized our business over the past couple of years. Could not be happier with it! Highly Recommended!

Have been using Jobber for a while now for my domestic cleaning business, after switching from an in-house software package we built. By far, the best solution I have come across. Super helpful staff, despite being half way around the world to me, and have been extremely proactive in providing information, solutions, technical updates and improvements in even the short time I have been with them. Not the cheapest, but worth every penny and more. We had outgrown our software and this will take us from our current position to well over 10x the size without seemingly having any issues. Wholeheartedly recommend!

Good company with great product, there product has made our companies contracting side of the business far more efficient. They are receptive to feedback, no solution is perfect but they do try hard to update and implement feature requests. Customer support is responsive and friendly.
