Jobsite Workwear

Tried to return some safety glasses in the bag, and all Ppe is apparently final sale… says nothing on the receipt about that though! You can’t just add items that are final sale at a whim.

Terrible return policy live hours away from the city and wanted to return something when we got there turns out 10 days return policy

I had to grab a pair of boots, and a safety vest the other day, and happened to be in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. I can't speak to the quality of the products yet as I'm yet to try them out. But the store itself was neat and organized, and the experience was very pleasant.

Had purchased a $200 Altus FR hoodie from 111 ave location and had returned shortly after due to the teeth of zipper falling out. Figured it was a one off so I had them replace with exact same sweater, only to experience the exact same situation a week later. I was told this has never happened before but after speaking to several people in a camp of over 1000 people, I was informed this has happened to many. When speaking to manager about said situation, I was confronted with hostility and called a liar by manager (Kelly).
I understand that warranty is not offered on top of warranty but I was unable to even voice my concerns with inferior product without being shamed for doing so. In saying that, I would not recommend shopping here or any Jobsite Workwear, as they sell products from 2nd and 3rd parties and refuse to take responsibility for faulty products. Not to mention staff was very rude and condescending. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I will also be encouraging those that had approached me at work about hoodie, to share their experiences as well if they haven't already.

I love this place. The points system gets me $10 off every time I buy a new shirt so I'm a happy camper.

Bought some boots a hard hat and a vest for $220 quick and easy. Will be coming here more often to get ppe.

Boyfriend bought a hard hat from there and ended up finding the inside was cracked once we got home, however the store was already closed at this point and my bf needed to wear it for work the following morning. After work we returned to the store to find out all hard hats are final sale, however this incredibly nice young staff member with long blonde hair and a shaved side of the head made one phone call and was able to switch out the inside for another one to be covered by the stores warranty. We were incredibly grateful for how helpful and friendly this specific staff member was. Will return based on her customer service alone!

I bought this safety jacket there, it’s called a “ Viking. “ If I was a Scandinavian pirate plundering around the seas and coasts of Europe, this is the lifeline of a jacket that I would want. It’s not just a jacket either, it’s actually two jackets and a vest. It’s versatile, the outer jacket is lighter for rain and when removed, there’s a heavier one that can be reversed into a black casual black jacket. The sleeves are zippered on, so when they’re removed you have a safety vest! But the best part was Jobsite workwear, and the staff there. Darlene was very helpful and patient with me, as she showed me all the benefits of this jacket. Thank you Darlene. It’s a great jacket. James S.

Unsure of her name, but I was rehired back to work beginning of April and needed a pair of steel toe work boots quickly, and only place I could find open was Jobsite Work Wear on 111 Ave, I literally walked in 10 mins before close, felt bad for walking across the floor she just cleaned, found a pair that fit, and even got a discount more than Mark's offers (work offers a discount through Mark's Work Warehouse). Thank you. I will be back for sure!

One of the biggest selections of Carhartt I have ever seen. Lots of choices for CSA boots. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff at this location are always on point. They make me feel welcomed and like a part of their team. I work in the oil field industry and they always have what I need when I need it.

Love my work boots a great fit. Kelly made me feel like I was important and made sure I didnt leave with boots that would be hard on the feet. The cloths Kelly suggested are very comfortable and suit my job perfect.
Really need to say all the staff working were amazing and made you feel welcome.

In many places service is lacking. At this location, service is a top priority. Susan and Mick have always gone above and beyond to accomadate my specific and particular needs.

I hadn't gone into the store for probably 1.5 years (I was all stocked up) and Tara (excellent salesperson) remembered me by first and last name. This business cares about its clients and is very willing to bring in special orders. They are my Workwear provider!

The ladies who helped at this store were amazing! Hubby needed a pair of workbooks and she listened to what he wanted and found him the perfect boot. He is very happy with them. We have been dealing with Jobsite since 2008. They carry good quality workwear and safety gear, but we continue to purchase from Jobsite because of the exceptional customer service.
Tera and Kelly go above and beyond providing us with knowledgeable, punctual and personal service for our whole organization.

Very helpful. Lost a receipt for a pair of work boots covered under warranty from the manufacturer. Called in they looked it up for me in a matter of minutes. Had it emailed to me within the hour and I was good to go.

Bought a pair of boots and the sole wore through in 2 months. When I went back for warranty I was run through the gauntlet, accused of abusing them etc. Apparently I bought "meth boots". Won't be shopping here again.
