There clearance corner is full of all sorts of goodies 50% off.
There store is always very clean and full, staff is friendly, can cash in PC points.
They have ATM on sight as well as steam cleaner rentals.

I really feel strongly that this store is guilty of price gouging. I used to be able to get a no name brand ham there for 14.00 then it went up to 17.00 which I was okay with. The last time I bought one it was 25.49. That is ridiculous. The same ham sells at superstore for 18.00.

I also purchased Harvest wieners which were 11.49. The little convenience store in Buck Lake sells the same package for 8.99.

Rising prices is one thing, greed is another!

Keep up the good work guys. Great hidden gem. Has all the stuff you'd want in a grocery store. You don't have to drive around looking for different items you couldn't find.

I wanted to support local by shopping here. I was accidentally charged twice for the same item. The cashier couldn’t refund my overpayment right away so I was sent to wait at customer service for 8 minutes where no one even bothered to acknowledge me. I wound up leaving, after 8 minutes of being ignored, feeling ripped off because I couldn’t get anyone to refund the overcharge plus they wasted my time too. I won’t likely go back and they won’t likely miss me when I do my shopping at Other stores. It’s Worth being aware that this store’s policy is to occasionally charge twice for items and then keep your money unapologetically.

Always friendly team members and cashiers. If I have trouble finding stuff they will gladly show you to the correct spot or offer other options.

I don't know which is sadder, the fact Walmart cares more about its customers health than a local business. Or the fact the till employees are too lazy to even follow their own posted signs about cleaning conveyor- "no, don't worry about it you are good to put stuff down" from a till worker too lazy to do their job. I'm sure glad independent hires medical professionals as cashiers, qualified to make that call.

Garbage establishment, will not return.

Verbally and physically assaulted in the store by a customer for wearing a mask during the COVID-19 pandemic. Staff response was to roll their eyes, then suggest I shop online. I WILL SUGGEST EVERYONE SHOP ELSEWHERE PERMANENTLY.

Super friendly staff. Nice to have a PC place to shop at. I like that they carry a decent amount of kid's Joe Fresh apparel.

The store was very clean, presention and freshness was evident and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I'm not impressed with the way I get talked to by the younger staff. They are very rude. And it's been said from quite a few people. And if nothing isn't done about it the store is going to loss a good amount of people

I love that 30% and 50% off stickers are used on items whose expiry dates are soon approaching. Less waste and savings for the customers at the same time.

Your average Superstore. Selection is ok shelves are usually stocked, fruits and vegetables are pretty good for a small town. Bathrooms are usually clean and stocked. It can get busy at times but is usually not.staff are friendly and usually helpful. Customer service is pretty good and does their best to be helpful.

No happy medium, either the prices are too high or there's nothing on the shelves and the produce a lot of times is not worth buying.

Prepared food is always good and lots of variety. They are also really well orginized and it's easy to find things. If you cant find something, someone is always willing to help.

Nice store, decent selection. I don't do my regular shopping here but do purchase most of our meat here and it is my go to if im looking for specialty or health food items. Overall good store.

Not the most helpful when it comes to pricing of products. Had an item that the tag said 4.99 but it rang up at 7.99. Mentioned it to the cashier who got them to check and said no it was 7.99 the tag was on the floor. Thats fine I just left it yhere. Went back the next day and there was still no tag so obvioisly she lied to me because if the tag was on the floor it would be on the shelf. That was a month ago, still to this day there is still no price tag there for that item. Worst store I have ever been to. Will never shop here again as this isnt the first pricing issue I have had with them.

Staff was very helpful & quite friendly despite inflated prices & a meat manager who had no clue whatsoever. Idiot!

The produce is poor quality. I've seen moldy fruit on the sales floor. Prices rise every month. An example of this is, a prticular item has gone up in price from $4.00 to 12.00 within two months. When bakery items meet the best before date they used to be on a rack in the bakery section, now you can find them at the back of the store near the washrooms. They would rather throw this stuff away than sell it at the 50% off price to get rid of. The store in general is not the cleanest. When items go on "sale" jocilyn's actually only brings the price down to a non-sale price at other stores. Why would a person "buy local or lose local" when the owner of local is gouging their neighbors at every opportunity. I understand people are in businss to make a profit. Why not make the quality and pricing more competitive? Wouldn't that bring in more customers? Wouldn't that also generate better reviews?

Since the recent renovations and facelift at this place, the shopping experience has become really nice. It was already more or less our default grocery store in town for its convenient location, but now it is rather a pleasant shopping experience as well.
I think that whatever criticism people do have of the store usually falls into two categories: 1. Prices are high. That has a lot to do with the various frills, nice decorations, nice things that they have there. And it also has a lot to do with the difficulties in getting high quality fresh produce in a town as far away from major City centres as we are. The second criticism I sometimes hear usually is in a family of criticisms of President's Choice and no name products/brands/business practices or rewards schemes generally. And that's not really Jocelyn or these nice folks' fault. That has a lot more to do with the whole President's Choice Loblaws stuff.
Drayton doesn't have a whole lot of options but this is a nice one.
