It's my first time experience and I'm pretty satisfied. Spacious place and good water pressure. Just two recommendations if possible. Please extend the time a little bit, I used to go to the shell gas station to wash my car and I usually spend $5, here I had to spend $6 and was runout of coins, and it's still a bit rush. Also, please place a visible sign somewhere telling people to close the door, there was a lady behind me today just kept the door open all the time and as it's windy, all the water and debris were blowing towards me and my car. Other than that, great location!
This car wash accepts Interac, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Credit Cards and Coin. There are numerous bays in a row that each take two vehicles at a time.
If you hustle, you can wash and rinse in one go and get away for around 4 bucks. If it’s summer we park out front and chamois, if it’s winter we zoom off and air dry.
There are vacuums and trash cans out front as well. It can get busy occasionally, but generally things move pretty quick (not talkin bout’ you Mr. Amateur Detailer BMW July 2019).
It’s always clean, well maintained and there have been consistent improvements (like the automatic closing doors on frigid days) over time.
I came back from a road trip and paid $4 in coins. First pre-soak was weak, but all the ones after that were good.
I needed more time so I paid with card. I typed $5 and tapped. It didn't go through so I tapped again. In the end, no time was added, but still charged me 2 $5 transactions.
Adjusted the dials to make sure each wash setting wasn't activated. Obviously will dispute the charge on my card.
Water was barely warm and the "new" tap credit card machines weren't working, also they seldom have the lights on in the bays, kinda hard to wash your car in the dark I'd say.
I really tried to give this car wash a chance because it is so close to my house. They shortened their cycles again to 1: 15 per dollar! It’s become a ripoff so I can no longer endorse it and I’ll be much better driving a little further for better value. I had to downgrade my review before because they shortened the cycle times to what seems like about half the time of what they were and now they’re even shorter. This used to be a great “go to” car wash. Decent pressure, good cycle times, lots of soap, clean bays, lines seemed to move pretty quickly…. But now it’s just a ripoff and a money grab. Too expensive, very little soap on the brush, no wax, dirty bays. Etc etc. I’m so disappointed….
Worst car wash ever! Ate my money twice! Nobody there. Called John and he said he is at another office and will generate a code much later in the day. Do not come here for your own good!
Best car-wash in Northern Hills area of Calgary. Multi-vehicle bays, room for trucks, RV's and such. Prices are reasonable with options for credit/debit and cash use.
Great water pressure, and reasonable prices. They take credit cards conveniently in the wash bay. The bays are always clean. This is the only place I wash my car now.
Make sure to check your debit / credit statement after going to this Car Wash! I used my debit card to get some change from their change machine. The machine did not spit out any coins but I got charged $9.95 on my debit.
