I had bad scars from some eyebrow lifts, basically I was botched. I’ve lived with these for almost ten years. My daughter was getting married and I wanted to have nice brows for pics. Amy was amazing, she perked my looks up, she is kind, patient and talented. I highly recommend her for any service you are looking for.

I just recently had my brows done by Amy. I had been thinking about permanent makeup for my eyebrows for awhile now and decided to take the plunge and I am so happy I did. Amy is professional and has a clean, relaxing studio. She took her time to ensure my brows were mapped out perfectly and made sure all my questions were answered as I really didnt know what to expect. I chose the combination brows and she walked me through the process every step of the way. The tattoo itself was a 0 to 1 on the pain scale and she made sure to check in on how I was feeling often. She has plenty of options when it comes to colors and works with you to ensure you leave with brows that compliment your face. I am so so so happy that I went with her as my artist because she truly is a brow wizard. Not only is she great at what she does but she was friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed my appointment with her. I would highly recommend Amy for permanent makeup. It feels so amazing to not have to worry about my brows when it comes to my daily makeup routine. I cannot thank her enough!

Amy had me in twice for the initial liner and then a touch up. She was friendly did and amazing job and hardly any pain as she was gentle and did a perfect job on the eyeliner which has gained me lots of compliments. Would definitely recommend trusting her with your permanent makeup as I am highly impressed with the work she does.

Amy did my nano brows and I am so impressed with how the experience went! Going in, I felt comfortable and confident knowing how much experience and expertise Amy has in permanent makeup. Amy did my makeup for a Christmas party and it was fantastic. She catered the makeup to my preferences while at the same time utilizing her professional skills to create a beautiful, natural, and party-ready look. She was kind, generous, and happily answered my unending stream of questions. Her work space was clean, upscale, and comfortable. She was also exceptionally flexible and understanding when I showed up late. 10/10! You won’t be disappointed.

I was looking for a full-face Halloween makeup for a day of the dead look. Was recommended to Amy by a friend and was not disappointed. I recently got my brows done by Amy at Joielene Artistry and I am super pleased! Amy is extremely professional and her space is immaculate. She is very knowledgeable and had an answer for every question and concern I had. I went in with very little and light hair, we had decided not to go for a specific look but I wanted her to strategically place where my brows should be. The pre draw gives you an idea of what the final product will look like and Amy was very accommodating with the touch ups I felt were necessary. My overall experience was great and very comfortable, from start to end. The process itself went very smoothly as Amy numbs as she goes, always checking if the pain level is alright for you. Having these new brows has been truly life changing for me from my confidence to just convenience! She was on time (early actually, which is so vital on the most important day of your life when things are bound to run behind on schedule!), professional, donned a face mask, and worked quickly and efficiently. I contemplated getting PMU on my brows for a few years, wanting to simplify my “getting ready” routine but also nervous about finding a good artist. When I came across Joilene Artistry, I had a really good feeling about Amy. I booked an appointment for ombré powder brows and when I arrived, I was still a little nervous. But she not only walked me through the whole process of what to expect, she was super patient with me as I took extra time to check the progress through each step. And the end result - my brows looked amazing! The shape, the colour, the overall finish - I loved everything about my brows!

Since then I’ve gone in for a couple of touch ups. The first being the touch up following the initial appointment, which I was still little nervous about as I’ve seen some botched jobs from others after they went in for a touch up (not from Amy though). But she was awesome and just as patient with me in this appointment. And of course, my brows got a nice refresh and looked fantastic.

I went back again for another touch up after I had some fading due to using skin care products that were recommended not to use around the area, as well as not using sunscreen (I’ve learned my lesson now). And of course, my experience with Amy was amazing again. This time though, I wasn’t nervous as she was consistent with her process through and through.

I highly recommend Joielene Artistry to anyone thinking about getting PMU done. In my opinion, Amy’s quality is top notch and the value you get for your investment is worth every penny. Thank you again for everything, Amy!

Absolutely in love with Amy! I've been wanting to get my brows tattooed for years and have been following Amy on Instagram for quite sometimes. I knew she was going to be the PMA that I would use from following her and seeing her work. She takes the time to map out the perfect brow WITH you, not for you, and that was so amazing. We also spent so much time colour matching to ensure the colour was right for me and what I'm used to with brow pencil. She is also so willing to answer any/all questions you may have about the process from beginning to end and about the other services she provides. She puts so much care and attention to her work. 1000% recommend Amy for your PMA needs! If I could give Amy 10 stars, I would!

I got ombré powder brows done by Amy and she was phenomenal! She was professional and made the experience super comfortable. She was able to answer all of my questions (I have always been super nervous getting my brows done as I am super picky with my brow shape). I honestly could not have been happier with the results. I saw Amy for my first micro needling treatment and had really great experience. She took her time to walk me through the process, make sure the numbing had set in and was very thorough throughout the entire treatment. Her studio was cute and very clean. Amy is so friendly, kind, and super knowledgable and she followed up multiple times to make sure I was healing OK. Highly recommend her for this service!

Working with Amy was an absolutely amazing experience. I’ve always wanted to get microblading but I had a friend who had a terrible experience and since then I’ve been terrified.
