Jolene's Tea House

This tea house is amazing. Customer service is excellent. About the test and quality of there teas I don’t have words. We were there around 1,5 month ago I just got some tea and decide to try them when I’m back home I really enjoy high quality tea. Now I just order and receive online order and I can tell you there online customer service is excellent too. Keep it that way you guys are amazing

A great place to choose from a huge variety of tea. It also has an online store where you can place your order.

Very high quality tea, fresh and in pretty packaging. The lady behind the counter was very nice and explained the different selection they had and promotions.

Lots of variety of herbal, caffeinated, and gourmet teas! There are samples as well! Highly recommend as a souvenir or gifts to friends!

I love the tea here, and bought for many times. But so sad that the short hair staff there just showing me bad attitude to asian for so many times, at first i thought maybe she was in a bad mood. However, they got couples of customers today, and she doesn't even answer my question and being so rude when I am paying money, and I am the only Asian there, which is so sad. It might be my last time to be here.

Maybe you got so many customers that you won't care all of them. Fine, but here is the one star review for the service.

Absolutely EXCELLENT teas and such warm, friendly people working there. Can’t say enough good things about Jolene’s Tea House. My favorite was the Adirondack Chairs out front with blankets so you can enjoy your tea outside in any weather.

Great little store. Amazing selection of tea's at great prices. They have worked hard to get their products used at local restaurants and hotels and it is superb quality.

Excellent service and a wide selection of teas and tea related gifts. Beautiful pottery tea mugs too!

Such a cute shop!

Located in one of the oldest buildings in Banff, it's like an adorable log cabin right in the middle of a bustling street.

Delicious tea inside and some to please everyone - Earl Grey, Green, Chamomile, Chai, etc.

The staff inside were welcoming and friendly and encouraged me to sample all of the four they had in thermoses our for you to taste.

I ended up bringing some home to enjoy and it's just as delicious once I brewed it myself (rare) - you can purchase and have it shipped to the USA from their website.

Love everything about this adorable little shop. From the samples inside, to the varieties of tea, to the quality of how the tea is created 10/10 will order from Jolene’s Tea House now that we’re back in Colorado. The Coconut Pouchong is SO delicious. I’ve had a cup daily since we’ve left Banff.

We had an amazing experience in Jolene’s tea house! It was a history lesson on the building, it’s past used and “lives” and what Jolene and the team have created inside is worth a stop! The teas are amazing, the creamy earl grey is the best I’ve found!

I’ll be ordering online for Christmas gifts for work buddies and family, the variety and quality of the teas are incredible.

Beautiful tea house with a great selection. Girl working there was incredibly kind and helpful. I love that the teas don't have any unnatural additives, the ones I tried were fantastic. Most tea companies now add flavouring or sweeteners to their teas, but not Jolene's. The flavour comes from the herbs/teas themselves and you can't beat that. Will be a staple anytime I stop by Banff.

Terrific place! The tea is organic, with no added sugar, and tasted amazing. There was a variety samples to help you choose. Jiwon was an extremely friendly, pleasant, and helpful employee.

Staff are so nice and wonderful. Tea is amazing and love that they have different samples to try in store as well as sample packs to purchase. This was my second visit and I'll definitely be back!

Very chill, so nice. The lady who helped us was so sweet. They offer so many samples of tea! Also offered to ship products to us if we wanted/needed. Very, very pleased with our homemade mug and candles and chocolates didn’t get any tea on this stop.

Such a cute shop with delicious tea and lovely staff. Feels great to support a local small business! Also to all the Jolenes out there who have never found a mug with your name on it, you can finally have a whole store full of them to choose from

I loved visiting the tea house. I happened to come across it since I was waiting to pickup a takeout order.
I sampled a few teas and loved the milky oolong. I took the blueberry roobios tea home. I loved the tea so much that I ordered milky oolong, cream of earl grey and ginger pu-erh teas. I’ve enjoyed all of them and will order more.
It does seem a little pricy but the quality matches the price.

Highly recommend this tea house! The layout is so cute, the staff are very friendly and informative! Katia helped me find the perfect teas, she was helpful and very kind. You get to sample some of the teas in the store and they are delicious! There is something for everybody in there! I will definitely be back!

We visited Jolene's this weekend and were impressed by the friendly, knowledgable service! The teas we picked are excellent and we look forward to visiting again the next time we are in Banff!

Jolene's tea house sells the best tea I've tried in a while. Sofia helped us pick the perfect teas. She was so friendly, accomodating and knowledgeable. 5 stars for Sofia's service, 5 stars to the store. The store front is adorable, worth a visit. Turn have many free tea samples to try.

Bought a couple gems from the store I can't wait to use the glass tea steeper it is so pretty and functional and safe to drink hot tea from. I love it.

Saw this place while walking downtown in banff. It had adorable blankets and Adorandak chairs outside that seemed so inviting. When we got back to our room we decided we would go back the next day support a local tea company and buy some loose leaf tea. We wanted to order tea and sit outside in their cozy setup.

Unfortunately after going through the store and selecting 4 teas that cost us over 70$ we tried to order 2 cups of tea and found out they don't even make tea on site. A beautiful set up outside and nothing to do with it.

We would not have returned to the store if we knew they didn't serve tea. The point of our trip was to make an event of the tea shop not to spend 70$ and have to go to our hotel room to make our tea.

Also their jasmint tea and their vanilla Chai is not something I would reccoment.

Yoga Chai, femaninitea, and throat tea are pretty good but the tins are 17-21$ for a 100gram tin which is double the cost of most local and big box stores.

Such a cozy spot with a huge selection and some really unique accessories. I was surprised to see so much variety! The design of the shop and the tins was a huge draw, and I was really happy to see that they sourced ingredients locally where possible. The woman working there was super helpful, showed me some specifics I was looking for then let me browse (and convinced me to pick up a third tin to save some $!) I picked up a Rocky Mountain Rooibos, a clean deep flavour that's been hard for me to find in other shops! And a few Jasmine mixes, one with lavender and mint which smelled amazing and tastes even better. Very happy I stopped in and I've been drinking this tea constantly since returning from my trip!

I would rate Jolene's Tea House 6/5 stars if I could! The most AMAZING little shop in all of Banff. They have fresh tea samples every day, they have good prices and the staff is very kind and educated. I use to go there on my lunch break just to learn about tea and try all the samples. The variety of teas Jolene's Tea House has is mind blowing. Caffeinated, non caffeinated, berry, mocha, detox, breakfast, lunch and dinner teas. The selection is endless. I've lived in Banff for almost a year now and this is still my favorite shop! I am always referring tourists, locals, and anybody that I know to Jolene's. It is such a calm atmosphere. Unfortunately, I stocked up on four different containers of tea so I haven't stopped by for a while, but I am so excited to go back for more

Oh my goodness I almost forgot! They have more than just tea, they also carry tea gadgets, measuring spoons, tea bags for loose leaf tea, and more! I use to be a coffee fanatic but Jolene's Tea House introduced me to the world of tea and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Jolene's Tea House for changing my life in such a positive way

Oh my goshness, I'm drinking their Monk's Blend black tea as I'm writing their review. I highly recommend to anybody living or passing through Banff to check this place out. If I lived outside of Banff I would visit just for this tea shop
