It does not have the same taste as in the Philippines the chickenjoy over there is more spiced and flavourful and crispy.

I’m not a fan of eating fried chicken but when I tasted Jollibee chicken in the Philippines, I was hooked in an instant. It was so crispy and huge, most of the time they serve you the breast part. But as soon as I got here in Calgary Canada I went and ordered the same thing, I was so disappointed, the chicken is no near the same. Here in Canada it is soggy, oily, looks like and feels like eating raw meat. And they give you all drumsticks or thighs, the cheapest part of the chicken. Got so disappointed why can’t they get the same franchise taste of real Jollibee chicken of the Philippines.

Food and service were great! However, the washroom needs maintenance. Toilet was a bit dirty and not well maintained. The manager and crew were excellent!

The restaurant today was so busy. I went inside there was a lineup. Everyone is busy, the food is great service is great. But I feel bad for one of the crew named Faith she has to do all the packing of the orders. There were two girls behind her that are busy talking. I could see that she was tired already. Even though it was busy she still managed to give me food with a smile and she greeted me Happy Thanksgiving.

Was here October 9th at around 7: 50 pm-ish, our order was taken by a cashier named Genesis, a female. She was rude and seem to be in a hurry to get us out of the way, we were about to pay and I wanted to pay half debit half cash, she rolled her eyes on us as if we were a nuisance for requesting such payment method. She didnt have to do that, we were also asking if were able to just get sides insted of pie (coconut pineapple as she insited on it as they run out of peach mango) i asked because my sister does not eat anything with coconut but she answered in a rudely tone "No that is what we have", which I dont appreciate. Also I wasnt even done colleting my drinks and receipts in the counter and she started calling other customer as I was getting my stuff. She really couldn't wait for us to get our stuff? Our order also took time to get bagged exactly 15 mins as other customer after us get theirs, by that time our food has already gotten cold, now i dont know what the issue was but that wait time is long for a fast food chain. Please do train your staff properly on how to do customer service, I know working can be tough but lets not take it on customers

It's a Jollibee, if you know, you know! But it's definitely pricier than your average KFC or McDonalds.

Im not sure what they did, but the sauce from the burger steaks that we ordered had leaked all over the paper bag they gave. This is not their fault, I probably shifted stuff. But the chicken that also came in the bag had no crisp. Perhaps the saddest thing to see when ordering crispy fried chicken. I don't think that chicken was fresh, it had to be from an old batch.

Really love the fried chicken at this place and it's super crispy and also love the sandwiches. The staff is super friendly and helpful too, and keep you updated on your order (as you need to queue and wait, as the place is super popular).

I recommend to place the order by phone and collect later, or go order first and go do the groceries and come back to pick up (especially if you don't want to wait 15-25 mins when it's very busy).

First, only dark meat as in back and legs. Secondly chicken has no flavour…. Totally tasteless!

Tennessee and Stephanie the front counter staff were very friendly. I loved chicken joy spaghetti plus the peach mango pie, the restaurant was very clean inside and out. I will be back soon. Also, health safety protocols was strictly being enforced for everyone's safety.

Most other chicken I tried have been life changing but Jollibee Fried Chicken may as well should have been sent back to The Philippines. I respect the owners that came to America and build this empire. I understand it’s an iconic stop for any of their staple food back home, Jollibee is the Pride from the Philippines. May I be frank, there’s nothing secret about their recipe, there’s no special seasoning, their gravy is what you get from a can. It did not WOW my palate. No, I honestly thought the spicy chicken was the best, they should solely sell the spicy chicken, giving them individuality. I would definitely go back, it’s as good as advertised, surprisingly impressed with the light and not too greasy batter and moistness of the chicken that makes Jojobee standout. But no thank you, I will not eat spaghetti, what’s wrong with you people, if anyone would see me eat pasta at Jollibee my reputation will be ruin. The Original chicken tasted like what would do on “a Saturday morning, hungover and too cheap to go buy at the restaurant or get the $100 chicken mix batter and you wanted to impress the girl you came home with” But from a more acute chicken connoisseur, KFC is KING, will forever be and how dare you insult the Colonel.

Had the spicey chicken and spaghetti meal. The chicken was very good, was definately spicey but had a really good flavor. The spaghetti sauce was off a sweet kind, but it was also good. Didn't care for the sliced sausage In the sauce. All was good tho

Super friendly staff from outside to inside…clean washroom and lobby…best of all got we our favourite chicken joy hot and fresh… yummy!

Happened to go there after hearing lot and lot about the chicken. Ordered 3 spicy chicken buckets came with sauce which I didn’t actually like much. Chicken was tender and fresh but there’s wait, no wonder why the hype tho.

Service is okay, mostly because you have to wait a long time after your order. Good luck getting into this place without a QR code. You will be stopped and searched before stepping over the imaginary line.

Very very very bad customer service. We come first and wait for a long time and had to remind them about our order. Definitely not coming back

The place is really clean, and all staff here are really friendly and sweet. They made my day:) I love their Palabock! It’s somewhat cheesy and its noodles aren’t too heavy like the one in pho. ️ super tasty!

If you walkin to order to go, they still ask you for proof of vaccination. I had to explain twice that for take out they have no right to ask me for my health info

This is the best place for chicken. Honestly. Not sure why people go to KFC. Or Popeye’s. Because Jolibee really brings smile to my face with each and every bite. It sometimes takes a while to get your order. But when you come there when it is not busy, I assure you will have the best chicken in your life. It’s not greasy. It’s actually crispy. It’s tasty and juicy. And best of all, it’s crunchy. Oh, the gravy is delicious too. Try their pineapple juice and you’re gonna have a blast. Make a jolibee in the Maritime provinces, please!

With a Filipino wife this place is a blessing, it's a little bit of home for her in a land that is soo far from her real home

I don’t usually write bad reviews, but the pickup process is the worst. There is a sign for people to lineup for online orders, we lined up but the employee at the door didn't even bother to look at us. People cut in lines and we let the employee know and they don’t even care.

Missed Jollibee.my wife and I arrived from a 12hr drive and hungry for Jollibee. Chicken didn't disappoint.the line did, but that's how it is since they just opened on this location. And the holidays are just around the corner so it's really going to be pretty busy for all the staff. Keep up the good work you started guys! Please do take good care of your staff, theu're awesome at what they do!

I love spicy chicken and pineapple juice here. The staff are all friendly, supportive, and work efficiently!

Filipino fast food chain. Crispy fried chicken. Located in Pacific Place. Free outdoor plaza parkade. Busy in the afternoon. Wheelchairs accessible washroom.

The staffs and managers work really hard. What I love about this Location is they hire different nationalities.more locations needs to have diverse employees. The food is really good I just order basic stuff, so I can’t complain.

Ordered 2 palabok with chicken. I asked both chickens be thigh parts. I was told they don't give two thigh parts in the same order. Which is weird since these are two separate meals that I'm both paying full price for. I'd understand if it was a two piece chicken meal. Had to do two separate receipts as suggested by the cashier but still somehow ended up with a thigh part and rib part. Food is good and what you would expect but hopefully they can do something about this odd policy.

This young blonde man with glasses is very hard working, polite, and also gave me one of the best service I had in my restaurant experiences. 10/10 will come back because of him. I might think of becoming a regular customer due to him being a very good worker.

If there is lower than one star I will give them.
Today I bought family meal cost me 50 dollars and we are so hungry and so excited to try jollibee for first time
We are so disappointed with food so disgusting, the chicken raw, raw, raw! Crispy out and bloody inside.
No flavor at all, oily.
I eat one bite and if there is something happen to me I will charge them.

Why people so hyper about this restaurant doesn't deserve waiting or money so gross.

Every time come in with so long long line and waiting time.

When we get order and they forgot to note the spaghetti (of course they don't charge it). And we received order than saw spaghetti not in order and they told us to get line again.

Chicken is good but not worth $35 for 10 pieces. Comparable to Popeyes.

My recommended for restaurant should accept order from online and treat people get in better.

Please hire more staff. Unless you are trying to save money on labor AND prevent customers from ordering more food to maximize your profits.

You will enjoy the fired chicken so much. I used to don't like Jollibee, because I tried once in Toronto, Scarborough. It's the worse and taste like garbage. But this location, it shocked me. The chicken is super juicy and crispy. Lots favours and it keeps you going back to order more. Pasta is also a hit. Worth your time to stop by and give it a try, you won't regret.

The food is amazing but the service can be worked on. With a couple orders ready on the racks, the employees take years to send them out. If you don't mind waiting a long time, definitely come here, amazing food.

We usually order take out, but this time we decided to dine-in and it was a bad experience.
We went inside and ordered.finally when we got our order after 45 minutes, it was missing many items. We went to the counter and asked for the missing items and got it.
Rice was not cooked and raw.we went back to the counter to address the issue, I asked, why the rice was not cooked properly (picture attached), the answer was "I don't know" well, at this point we can't wait anymore since it was more than one hour without having our order, then we took mash potatoes and fries instead of the rice.

We spent more than two hours inside to order and eat and the whole time the garbage bin was full and over flowing (Picture attached) We left all our garbage on the table.

This place is not managed well and they need more people to be hired. Customer service is rock bottom. I don't recommend this place and hope they improve in the future.

This Philipino based restaurant has some delicious chicken to offer. I loved their spicy chicken burger in a large combo which only costed me 9 dollars which is a sweet deal considering the amount of chicken i got. Basic pops and their signature pineapple drinks are available. Ample parking space because of the mall and alright staff. Should visit at least once. 4 stars because of the moist fried chicken, i personally like it a bit dryer than it was.

Food was really good, the chicken was nice and crispy. Only con is we ordered 20 minutes in advance and when arrived to pickup still had to wait another 25 minutes

First time trying Jollibee, Oh God! The food and service are Awesome you will love it.

We ordered from this place few times already and never got our order right.there's always missing items and we tried ordering again to give them another chance but its so disappointing.there's no improvement. Im a Filipino and we grew up in the Philippines and Jollibee is a well known place for best fried chicken but here they cant make it right and it doesn't taste that good. We want to promote our own and We just want to share our opinion so maybe in the future we can see some changes and improvements.

Really? Didn’t gave a drink but palabok with extra spaghetti sauce? This people are real smart. Now I have drive 20mins back. FYI, they weren’t even that busy, like literally no other customers other than me and they mess up like this. Great job guys, keep decking up.

My girlfriend and I were having a pretty bad fight this morning, and then we went to Jollibee. We are no longer fighting. Jollibee is the key to peace and conflict resolution.

Dine in was available when we were there on December 6. Only 3 tables were open. Would need to gently remind them to clean the tables in between guest seatings.

The taste of the spaghetti, beef steak, and peach mango pie were similar to that of the Philippines. (Though the quality of the beef seems better here.) The chicken was only lightly seasoned compared to the original, but the cook was good. The fries were sadly stale.

If you ordered pick up through door dash to dine in, pay attention to the rack on front. They didn't (or forgot) to notify us that it's ready, and our food was 10 min colder.

I ordered all spicy i got regular.just realized went i get home after 25 minutes drive.someone is not paying attention.overprice! The owner should put a fair price!

Placed an order for 20pcs about 14 of them were drumsticks, that's over half the chicken pcs in only drumsticks lol.it would be fine if it wasnt so overpriced imagine paying roughly 3$ per drumstick from this place.

Very rude Managers they don't know how to talk to their employee and they don't have management experience. They don't give time to their employees but all the managers have full hours of work.

So upset with the service here. Not aware of miss-out/s and definitely not prioritizing the doordash/skip orders here. Only if I could give a zero star, I would!

Absolutely horrible service. Very friendly to Filipinos and nobody else. Ordered at 7: 10 was told wait time was 40 mins. 50 mins later they said my oder was ready. Time stamp on the reciept says the order was done at 7: 28. No organization. No social distancing at the door. Do not go here.

Ordered through the phone and it was quick to pick up. It’s my first time trying out jollibee and I was super excited. The spicy chicken was good and so was the gravy. I also got a side order of mash and spaghetti. I didn’t really enjoy the spaghetti and mash because they were both on the sweeter side- almost like a dessert. As I am not used to a sweet tomato sauce nor sweet mash, but it is a preference- since my bf seemed to enjoy it.

They need to make their sanitary precautions more obvious, it was really confusing. Service was quick and efficient. Food quality was great.

I couldn’t finish a piece of the fried chicken here. It was way too salty. The spaghetti and hot dogs was a strange combination, I personally wasn’t a fan, especially not of the texture. The skin of the hot dog was too chewy and rubbery, whereas the actual hot dog was mushy and generally unpleasant to eat. Best thing here was the pineapple juice.

I can't handle spice but after trying the spicy chicken the normal one tastes so bland. They do fried chicken right, the way very few other places do.

Food is good and brings back great memories. Just wish the staff would be a little more energetic and excited as the customers.

The phone line for placing orders doesn't work. It keeps ringing & playing automated response for half hour then cuts off

We saw this restaurant when they start to build up, since it is fast food, my kids were not really want to try. Last Friday I convinced my kids to test it. Actually the fried chicken is better than KFC, but disappointed we didn't find seafood and we were think the menus suppose have a lot of seafood choice since Philip is an island country

We went on Sunday night, the place was crowded the line was long and we had to wait a while to get a table but the food is worth all that! We tried the spicy and regular chicken, the spaguetti, the noodles, the burguer, the pie, the pineapple juice and the fries. The only thing I didn't like were the fries, they're like meh but the rest was soooo good! I would definitely recommend the place and I would go back for sure. Also the staff are friendly and nice

Filipino fast food famous for their crispy fried Chicken Joy + Yummy gravy. Don't forget the sweet spaghetti, yum burger, peach mango pie. A little bit of the in! Enjoy! Masarap Hopefully they get the Choco Mallow Pie and Halo-Halo soon!

Really busy place but they do have a good system to keep the lines moving. Food is really good and spicy chicken is really spicy.

Spicy chicken is actually spicy. The fried chicken is crispy and has good flavour. The gravy is good too. The spaghetti is sweet but still decent. The pie is good and very crispy. If you want to skip the long line, go on a cold day.

The food is as good of quality as you can expect from a Jolibee! The restaurant itself only offers a small dining area that is usually fully occupied no matter when you visit. Not only that, but the dining area is poorly cleaned (mainly attributed to the high demand they have which is mostly customers faults, not Jolibee's). If you're there for the food, you wont be disappointed!

What is the hype with this place? Just ate the blandest chicken and spaghetti. The pineapple drink is watered down pineapple juice. Gravy tastes like a bullion cube. So salty.

They only have the smallest burger on the menu the rest (same as McDonald's smallest hamburger at four times the cost). The rest is the spaghetti and overpriced fried chicken.

At least I didn't wait in line for hours like some (I refuse to for fast food).

The quality of food and service was bad in the Philippines. The service is ok here but the food is a poor value, and you don't even get the proper menu.
