Pretty decent experience. Very busy store but all clean and nice. Always busy during the weekend but the staff are nice. Wish they had more seating and space for dine in. I believe the store has drive through too. Very convenient location with lots of parking available. Food is very fresh and delicious always including very slender and well made fries. Never had a bad experience or cold food from here. Will visit again!:)

So disappointed with the service here, there are at least 10 people rest there and no one help us to order. And after 10 minutes waiting there’s no apologies for that. All the desk is dirty.

I and my girlfriend had spicy fried chicken yesterday, and both of us got stomachache and diarrhea. The chicken that we bought has some bad smell it never happened before. Very bad experience and we won't be back.

Very popular fried chicken restaurant. All orders checked for accuracy before going to customers. Inside was spotless clean. Accessible parking, entry and seating. Except button activation on exit door was not working.

Good chicken, slightly fatty. Gravy flavour needs tweaking. Variety of Sides leave much to be desired.

I was at the location the orders were correct but she started handing me food before I paid and I had to remind her to take my money I'm sure that will get better as she is new but I just wanted management to watch as it's important to receive payment before handing things out the window. I just don't want the business to suffer as my wife loves the food here I could have left without paying with the food and I don't want someone to do that to your establishment

Jollibee! I didn't smile today, paying $1 (surcharge) for the red cup and after what happened it went to the waste.

Good food! One lady who took our order was not friendly but Aaron gave our food with a big smile.

I am the big fan of your chicken but yesterdays lot of chilli kind of power can see in my chicken. I am not sure whether its a normal for spicy one or not but anyways your chicken is so yummy. Another, I like the tampered sealed when I ordered home delivery through vendors.

I love Jollibee, however, I'm only giving 2 stars because customer service was incredible and fast but they didn't get my order 100% right. We ordered 3 pc burger steak, we only got 2pc. We ordered banana langka pie, we got peach mango pie. Everything's right on the receipt but when we got the order we're disappointed. (Check photo).

Disappointed that it took 15 mins for a chicken sandwich to be brought out to my truck after drive through. Even more disappointed that I had a cold bucket of chicken in my truck also waiting for those chicken sandwiches. Needless to say I needed to use my microwave for my "fresh" take out experience.

Ana Margarita Silvestre was very impatient and rude when I asked to clarify the prices of my orders as it seems a little high. Her demeanour changed and started raising her voice to me while telling me the prices. She also told me that their prices changed online (what? ! I’m at the drive thru) I had to bite my tongue because my children was with me in the car. The other lady that handed me the food told me “that’s just how she talks”. If that’s how she talk, she shouldn’t be interacting with customers. Poor customer service. Food isn’t even good. Soggy burger and raw oily chicken. Will never go back to Jollibee anymore.

I ordered Jollibee from doordash. I was super excited to receive it but unfortunately they got my order wrong. I call the store and told them that they got my order wrong. They told me to come in the next day for me to get a complimentary order and they even asked for my name and number. So the next day I came and spoke to then about it, Turns out, they never actually gave me my complimentary order.

Finally got a chance to stop by. Got the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich.

It was the least deluxe version yet, barely a hint of any flavor. Had me worried I lost my sense of taste and needed a PCR test.

They just told me they ran out of chicken and only have legs and thighs left at 5pm on a Saturday. I'm literally standing in the restaurant watching them bring out huge trays of fresh chicken. Guess I'm not Filipino enough to get what I ordered. Will stick with Popeyes.

Ordered 2 family sized dinners. They forgot one of my burgers and gave me another one for free. After I drove all the way home an hour away I realized they never gave me my 3 pies: (

This is not the first time you made wrong orders. Previously missing of fries and toy for my kid, then wrong chicken spicy. Now missing of mashed potato large. Either lacking of management control or no double check order.
Attached is my receipt waited for more than 20mins in your parking lot and spent $71 to get disappointed, again.

Mannn I love jollibee but check ur drive thru food cause i'm always too lazy to check, and this time they missed my peach pies

Was pleasantly surprised, chicken was cooked perfectly, it was hot, side dish was hot, pineapple drink was a nice change to the standard pop choices. We will be back.

Chicken uncooked and reading the other reviews this is a constent problem. Now I understand why only Filipino people eat there it's only to support their own people because they're cheap chicken is discussing.the chicken buckets are legs and thighs.so cheap.not shocked.cook you food or im.calling my lawyer.disgusting.

Not coming back at this location, had the worst experience ever! Foods are good like back home, employees are great except for this young lady they called "ma'am". Humiliating and dicriminating just because i didnt wear mask while waiting for order, while the other people dining in doesnt wear masks neither.it doesnt make sense. She told me to wear one, i said "no thanks, im excempt! " She was asking for excemption letter. Is everyone a police now? Then was told to go and just wait in the car. And while in the car i waited for a loooong time til she get my order ready. Disgusting!

Will never come back to this branch, last time they got my order wrong, now we’re missing all the peach mango pies. Absolutely disappointed. You guys are ripping off your customers, we paid so much for our orders.

I recently visit this restaurant for the first time. Ordered a 10 pcs bucket and two deluxe chicken burguer in combo for my kids. I don't think I have any plans to comeback. The chicken is pretty raw inside, is that referred as juicy? No impressed by the burgers either. We have to wait around 20 minutes and they also messed up the numbers in my order so the guy was not able to find us when parking outside. Price wise I rather investing my money in oder well known options

Worst experience ever. I had to wait 45 mins for my order which only consists of 2 pcs burger steak meal and jolli spaghetti. They said that the burger is taking some time to cook and they just left the rest of my order on their counter. I followed up my order and it seems that they actually forgot about it. I waited 45 mins just to eat ice cold pasta and dried burger steak. I don’t recommend coming to this place. They’re very inconsiderate and unprofessional.

I went through the drive thru for a one piece chicken and spaghetti combo and ended up waiting 30 mins in my car to receive my order.

Not a great experience. The service was unorganized and frantic. The food was boring and generic. Not much memorable about any of it

The only thing I don't like about Jollibee is that my stomach isn't big enough to buy everything.

I love the spicy chicken. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside #Balance.

I don't understand the cult following. The food is alright, spicy chicken has a decent kick but it resembles kfc. Best thing on the menu was the dessert pie.

Employees take up the only non handicapped parking spot every day so if you want to come here you’ll have to walk across the street.food is terrible at best

This was our first visit to Jollibee, and we were not disappointed. As a rule, I tend to find the major fried chicken company's bird very greasy, and question the thoroughness of the cooking. Although it was a little greasy (it is deep fried after all), the meat was fully cooked, tender, and flavourful. The seasoning is throughout the entire piece, not just in the skin. The surprise was that the chicken bucket comes with gravy. The gravy has a odd sweetness that lends itself to be a excellent dipping sauce for the chicken. Pricing is not what we would call very expensive, and the 10 piece bucket we ordered was filled with 6 drumsticks, 3 backs, and one breast. Far heavier in weight than the major chain. Given the choice between Jollibee and the Colonel, take Jollibee.

I Came at 4: 30 am for grand opening day, waiting for 6 hours (I am expecting that I am not complaining) and when we get inside.staff was so fast, friendly and very organized. More than 600 people came to taste Our very own proud chicken. Good job to all of you guys! I’m your friend Jollibee!

One of the worst services ever! We ordered our food via the drive thru thinking this is the best way cause of covid. We got to the window we were giving half of our order and was told 2 mins for fries. Pull ahead and here is your number for your car. Well. 20mins later no fries so we call the restaurant.no answer. Finally after 25 mins this employee (manager) Aileen came out with the fries. We expressed our frustration and she said they have a lot of orders. Nothing about doing better next time or a sorry. She was extremely rude and basically didn’t care what poor services they are providing. The worst part is this is not the first time they made us wait 20mins for fries. While we were waiting we saw many people walked out with fries.which just irritated us more!

Overall, good chicken but HORRIBLE SERVICE! Because of this we will not be returning.

Been waiting for years! I mean since I was 3 years old For Jollibee to come to Canada Edmonton! And it happened!

I love their famous Chicken Joy! But most especially their Palabok with calamansi. My daughter loves the Filipino spaghetti and their Peach Mango Pie. Staff is very friendly and service is amazing.

If only people wouldn't cut in line at the drive thru. I don't wanna go back because there's so much chaos.only took 10 min once we put our order in tho which was nice but the overall experience was an 1 hour long.

Always love getting their mashed potatoes here. Super delicious! Also, they are doing an awesome job at keeping safe social distancing in place for their customers! The female employee was doing a fantastic job at making sure people were distanced and served in a timely manner! Made me feel very safe going in to order food.

I havent actually eaten here, but took the time to read the reviews. The managers responses are gold! I plan to return for more reading material in the near future! Please keep up the good work and treating these reviews like a complete savage!

Most generic fried chicken ever, kind like you buy at the gas station, bland and greasy, fries and gravy worst than anywhere else, spaghetti had sweet tasting ketchup sauce that was disgusting.there was nothing i liked and end up throwing $18 dollar order to garbage.waste of money.

Food tastes good. Doesn’t have the burger option at this location. Pineapple juice is always delicious. Staff are friendly and give great customer service. Would recommend a try.

I like fried chicken among many things. Popeyes is way better! The spaghetti, I was told it was heaven and so good! Actually it’s disgusting and not sweet at all, had a sour rancid taste! This place is the next funky pickle. Chicken is ok, on par with a decent 7 11 joint. Yikes #overrated

Jollibee is always in the heart of all Filipinos. Since I was a kid we always cravings for this and were happy that they have it here already in Canada. The crunchy crispy chicken, burger steak with rice, yummy cheese burger and lots of more that every filipino love. Jollibee beeda ang saya.

Try to get some fried chicken after work around 10: 30 but they lock the door. It says open 7am - 11pm. Never come again. Waste my time to get here

Chicken was just ok. I tried both the Regular and spicy. (I don't think I would wait hours to eat this.) I think Mary Brown's chicken is the best flavored chicken that I've tried. My friend tried the Mango Peach Pie, and he reviewed it extremely good.

It's okay. There's better tasting fast food joints in the city. There's definitely different flavours but there's nothing outstanding about it.

Has long queue but the crews were so attentive & quick so you don't need to wait long time. The atmosphere feels like you're close to home.

Tasty food; first time trying this food chain, and I really liked the pancit palabok, fried chicken, and peach mango pie. The wait was about 10-15 minutes outside before reaching outside door, and hopefully they heat the tent in winter if the crowds do not die down.

It was decent. Chicken was juicy but a little bit too greasy and the spaghetti and mashed potatoes taste like KD and store bought. Not worth all the hype.

Food and customer service was decent and organized but overall Jollibee is overhyped in North America.

Vancouver doesn't have a Jollibee yet, so I wanted to try it while I was here.

Got there on Friday morning at 10: 15 am and no lineups whatsoever. 20 minutes later, the line was out the door.

I love fried chicken and it didn't disappoint. The Palabok was very tasty, but I probably wouldn't order it again as there is a similar Chinese dish.

I wasn't sure if I was going to enjoy the sweet spaghetti, but I really did. For some odd reason, it reminded me of my childhood (lol). The peach mango pies were delicious as was the pineapple drink.

They were having issues with the Interac machines which added to some delays, but I was in and out in 20 minutes since I paid cash. Overall, a good experience.
