Great quality yarn from all part of the world! Amazing variety. Skilled and enthusiastic staff. 20 min west of Edmonton. I LOVE this store and the people who are inside. I have a blast every single time I visit.

My daughter bought me some wool for Christmas last year, and I finally got around to starting my projects only to find out I didn’t have enough wool. I went online and found Joe’s Yarn Garden carried the same wool and had done in stock. I ordered it online and received it in five days. The wool even came with a small surprise in the packaging. Thank you for your quick response to my order.

Great selection and the staff are very helpful if you aren’t sure about what to select. They were up to date on lots of popular patterns so it was easy to talk to them. I have been able to find a lot of yarns that aren’t readily available around the city in this shop. I love that they carry some more affordable wool yarns like Drops, Sandnes Garn, Estelle etc. Definitely worth the trip

I've never seen so much variety in my life, simply unmatched in Western Canada. Wow. Cannot recommend enough

I got a pair of Garneau sheepskin slippers for xmas but they were 1/2 size too small. We just got back from Mexico for the winter took slippers in and wanted to exchange them for bigger ones. The lady said they have a 3 month return policy and I need the receipt which I did not have, but all I wanted to do was exchange for a bigger size. Over the years we have bought 6 pairs of these from them but from now on Ill go somewhere else. I would give a 0 star for customer satisfaction.

And further to the review I got a hold of Garneau in 441 Boul. Industrial, Val-des-Sources, Québec, Canada and they said I could send them back to them and if they were not worn they would send another pair the next size bigger free of charge, "THAT IS CALLED COSTOMER SERVICE". Some thing Jo's Yarn shop knows nothing about.

Fabulous store! Very well stocked with a variety of fibres for every project you can dream up. Service is friendly and helpful, but not pushy. Just a wonderful place to shop.
