Made an order in store. Paid for order in store. Received email order had been shipped. Then received an email saying the order was canceled. Reason? None given. They said they would mail me a cheque in 7 to 10 business days. No thank you I paid debit so I expect my refund to be issued immediately with the method I paid. And they said as a sorry gift they were giving me $5 off any purchase over $25. I used a $5 coupon when I placed the order. And I'm sorry but $5 as compensation? Ridiculous. Very dishonest. Basically, don't order anything from here. Sure purchase in store but even in store with someone in front of you, don't think you'll get what you ordered. Very disappointed.

The stock manager is awesome. He has been a great help tracking down Converse shoes. Any time I have been to the store (before covid) the staff was great. Online shopping with Journey is great too.

It's a shoe store, seems the sales people are on commission but not very good at connecting with people on a personal level.
The sale seemed pretty good though.

Two girls got berated by a manager of another store. The woman called her a r*tard and the poor employee stood there and listened. Unbelievable what retail workers go through. I wish i knew what store the manager was from because the behaviour was gross misconduct. No one deserves to be talked to like that. The manager was mad at a different employee, regardless DISGUSTING behaviour. The girls at this store deserve a day off with pay for dealing with this.

No star. I paid $90 for shoes which is priced &40 online. Never going there again. It's too hectic price.

AMAZING! Sales people rocked, made sure the size and everything fit. And I will definitely be going back for all my shoes needs!

Called the store to ask if a shoe was on sale and girl who answered was rude and I wasn’t done talking she hung up the phone.

Cool store with a lot of different styles. My daughter recommended we stopped in after seeing a pair of NEMds adidas. The girl who helped me was really nice and recommended a nice pair of Vans. She assured me i wasn’t too old to wear them and im really happy with my purchase. The store itself is like going back to the 90s with fila shoes, ponchos not to mention the sales person telling me my new shoes looked “tight”. The sound system in the store is we playing quintessential Prince. Exemplary store with fun hip staff. A must see in the west Edmonton mall.
