Very BAD experience with this Company. I waited almost 2 weeks to fixed our furnace but they did not fixed and charged lots of money. Not good company to call in case of emergency. BAD, BAD.

Called at 7am because our furnace stopped working. JPS had a technician into our home in River Heights in Cochrane just after 9. BTW. JPS is located in South Calgary. If you think that was good, that was just the start. The technician who showed up was nice, charming, capable and honest. He checked everything he needed to with diagnostic equipment and visually and then inspected everything with his hands and determined the issue, resolved it and done. We were so impressed that we have signed up on an annual service agreement because if they are that fast and good, we will use JPS again and tell everyone. Thank you, Candice and Stuart.

I recently had JPS come to my home to do some annual maintenance for my furnace. Simon did an awesome job. He made the effort to explain everything he was doing and some tips that I can use to help maintain my furnace. I would highly recommend him.

Work was good and tech arrived on time as per appointment. Only complaint is a bit of mess left behind around registers on floor.

Last time the Technician Sully came to deal with my Air-condition issue at my place he was very knowledgeable and understand the issue easily.

Had JPS come in today to get our ducts cleaned out. Have to say I was quite impressed! On time and very friendly. Also explained what was going on, provided some feedback based off of what he found in our ducts. He even didn’t mind the two dogs that wanted so desperately to be his best friend!

I would not hesitate to use them again and give my recommendation to anyone that is looking for a duct cleaning.

JPS installed AC and also a furnace for several relatives. We had already heard great things about them and their products. We certainly weren't disappointed! They were very profesional and efficient from start to finish. We wouldn't hesitate to recomend JPS, they are reliable and personable explaining everything clearly. Jed gave us all the info we needed to make a sound choice of products.

So far with our experience - AC installation and maintenance, and duct cleaning - JPS has been great to work with. They are professional, friendly and efficient. They seem to get the job done well and provide excellent customer service - everyone from sales staff, technicians and even admin staff. We will be happy to use JPS for future services.

Its very frustrating because the technician (Michael) JPS sent has no clue of what he was doing, he was on the phone talking to colleague asking for advice and sending pictures of what to do, he don't even know where to find the part number of the problematic parts, its totally waste of time.

Excellent service and very professional company! They installed my new AC and I am very happy with the work they did. John was also very helpful and gave me a lot of good advices about my furnace too!

We had JPS install a new AC unit in June of 2021. After damaging our ceiling and walls, they have yet to come and repair the damage. We have scheduled 3 appointments for them to repair the damage and they have no showed every time. Although the AC unit works well, we are very disappointed with the follow-up of repairing the damage caused by the installers.

Excellent service by Leon and his team, installing a Daikin Ecofit AC at my house. The JPS technicians were professional, tidy, organized and very efficient.

I’m very happy with the service I experienced today and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JPS.

JPS was responsive and quick to solve my furnace issue. Edward was really friendly and good company during the visit, late at night. The work was covered under warranty which is reason to always hire a professional company to do your work. Thanks again JPS.

The install team, Roman and Max, were great and did an excellent job – we are very happy with how everything went!

Had a new furnace installed one year ago. Have had four service calls for operating issues and had to wait 24 hours for service when furnace would not operate at all. Disappointing performance.

On time, no nonsense, clean & courteous.
Unfortunately my unit was not able to be repaired.
Replacement will be a few days.

Simply amazing service from start to finish. Zac took the time to troubleshoot and explain exactly what could be the problem. This is my first time using JPS and it definitely won’t be the last!

Purchased new top line furnace and had it installed by JPS. Within a week or so my smart thermostat started showing a motor error code.
Called JPS and arranged for technician to come have a look and it was discovered the motor was defective. JPS returned within a day or two and replaced the defective motor.

After the new motor was installed I noticed the motor ran continuously even after I turned off the circulation motor. Called JPS and reported the problem and they arranged for another technician to come have a look. He discovered that when the system is calling to increase the humidity level by more than 5% the circulation fan runs continuously. The technician was unaware of this feature, he called another JPS technician who informed him about this feature.

Up to this point I was pleased about the time to respond to the problems and make repairs.

My issue is when the second technician came to repair the circulation issue he informed me the humidifier was not working at all. The wiring was connected to the wrong terminal. He also informed me that the needle valve to the water supply was broken. Also informed me the main power switch to the furnace should of been replaced.

I thanked the technician for his honesty and he informed me he would write a report to his supervisor and provide me with a copy of his report. I never did receive a copy of the report and have not been contacted by anyone from JPS.

I now have a friend who is looking to replace his furnace and I am not sure, in good faith if I should recommend JPS or not

Michael did a very thorough job explaining the issue with my furnace. He was able to fix my furnace right away by replacing the flame sensor and now it’s working again. What a relief!

They were very thorough in communicating with what they were going to do in the installation process and they cleaned up after themselves

We had a 40 yr old furnace replaced and an AC unit installed in September 2021. I waited to write my review as I wanted to see how it works and to see the usage.
I was very impressed with our home advisor as he was able to explain everything to us (pros and cons of different furnaces, sizes and the AC unit). On the day of installation the installers came right on time. They were very professional, quiet and cleaned up after themselves. They were also able to run the plastic pipes to the west side of the house.
The furnace is very quiet, quite impressed now as we don't have any cold spots in the house anymore. Before when the previous furnace would turn on there would be a clanking and creaking during the initial warmup. No more, its wonderful. And the house feels cozy now. And going with a great company there were absolutely no issues with the inspectors - everything checked off perfect. I spoke with my coworker who used a different company and had a new furnace installed - well lets just say that he had no feedback from the company and had to have the furnace re-inspected a couple of times. All I could think of was how our family's decision to go with JP Furnace was the best decision ever. The thermostat that comes with the furnace is awesome. Not only can you program everything on it and your phone, but it also has some great features: for example - it shows the temperature outside and the air quality. Its great:)
Pricewise: purchased the best furnace and AC unit available - cheaper than other big companies.
Comparing bills from last year and this year.well there is a smile on my face as we have used at least 40 % less gas.
I absolutely recommend JP Furnace.

We had single room AC unit installed in our 70 year old house. The unit was being placed on the east side of the house but needed to be connected to the Electrical panel on the west side. The team of Leon and Zack were very thorough at exploring several options for the connection and involved us in the process. Ultimately Leon found a way to access a joist space that connected across to our furnace room eliminating the need to cut any access panels in the ceiling.

The installation went quickly and they were very tidy as well. At the end he reviewed modifications that were required on the electrical panel to put the AC unit on its own breaker plus showed us how to use the wall unit.

We are very impressed and glad that we chose JPS for this installation.

I heard good things about this company. But I needed them for my broken furnace and they couldn’t come for 8 days. That doesn’t help much when you have no heat. A bit short staffed eh?

The service itself was good but the inspection report that was sent after wasn't accurate.things checked off that weren't done and pictures that weren't of my house.

Extremely happy with the work JPS did installing 2 furnaces and an air conditioning unit in my home. Daniel and Josh arrived when they said they would, and finished when they said they would. Just had JPS install the Daikin Fit AC with the Daikin One thermostat in our home. All around great experience. Polite and diligent team, super knowledgeable and also super friendly. We were chatting all the way through the install. Definitely recommend again.
The system performed flawlessly during today's heatwave (Aug 13,21). The inverter technology practically blew my mind i.e. No cycling at all. The system (quietly) adjusts its output to the needs of the house/external environment conditions, and best of all, the impact to my power consumption was barely noticeable (Yup, I took meter reading (lol). It's so quiet, my neighbors had to look over the fence just to see what i was talking about when i told them I got AC cos it just was not audible. Very happy with my purchase.

I had a wonderful all round experience, from Wayne who did the sales and marketing, to Steve and Greg who did the installation. Prompt, professional and neat installation through and through. Steve and Greg answered any question I had during the install without any sign of irritation, which definitely put my mind at ease. They also went out of their way to ensure everything I wanted was done. And they cleaned right up. The missus came down and gave me a thumbs up right after for "doing such a good job cleaning Up" not knowing the guys did all of the cleaning (hahahaha)
I got the Daikin DM97 Modulating Furnace, with Whole home humidifier install on their gold package connected to nest thermostat. Still getting used to the modulation on the furnace (fast fan slow fan fast fan slow fan lolll)
Overall, great company, I highly recommend to anyone in the market for HVAC related issues. Would definitely use them again

They are professional, explain what they are going to do and how the system works after the installation.
They come on time and do all preparation work before the installation. They are well organised and keep my house clean. My existing air filter is dirty and they bring the replacement to me the next day to have good air quality with this new A/C system. Their service is great.

They were on time, and did a great job doing a full install of my new A/C unit. The technician took the time to show me how to manuver through the thermostat and gave me some good tips on running the unit efficiently.
