I gave my new car to do undercoating. I dropped my car in the morning and got it back evening. They did pretty good and they covered each and every spots. But they don't care about the car. Reason is because, few days before i drop my car, i did a complete detailing somewhere else and when I got my car back, the driver side was completely dirty. Including door pannels, side speaker and door sill. Even on the roof there was a greasy hand mark. I had to spent extra 2-3 hours to clean those and not completely gone yet.
I'm satisfied with there work but really disappointed how they treat the car.

I had JR's wrap my dad's Tesla Model Y completely from front to back with paint protection film. Their work is meticulous and they wrapped under the edges of the hood, doors and over various other edges where they could. Some shops will skimp out and just bring the material to the edges of the hood but JR's does it properly and covers the edges. Money well spent and very happy with the job.

I used their paint protection film service. Their price and warranty greatly outscores any other location and dealership. The film was applied meticulously and it comes with a lifetime warranty l, so I assume quality is pretty much reliable.
JR and Leah are warm and fine people to have a chat with. I hope to get back there in a few years.

Performed Xpel, Ceramic Coating, and Rust proofing and interior detailing. JR was super friendly and greeted me himself. Due to my tight schedule I couldn't drop off or receive my car on the weekdays and he went out of his way to receive and drop off my car on the weekend. The work performed was superb and my car looked immaculate when I got it back. Would definately recommend!

Customer service were awesome. Price and deal were great. They were able to finish my car within a day for the 3M and undercoating regard of bad weather outside which cause my car super dirty. However, my car was in excellent condition and clean when I received by the end of the day. They went through details even though passing their closing time already!

JR did an amazing work on my 2022 toyota tacoma. I had XPEL done on the full front, ceramic coating and rust proofing. JR took the time to explain the work and the process and didn't attempt to pressure you to get anything you didn't need or didn't want. JR is very trustworthy and I would take all my vehicles here.

Just recently had them put on the Xpel film 24" Standard and the Gold Package Ceramic Coating.

My car looks even more amazing than when I picked it up new at the dealership. They were also so kind as to buff out a few scratches missed by the dealer's prepping. 100% satisfied with the work done and absolutely blown away by the amazing price they quoted to have it all done. I had the paint protection film put on and they did an amazing job. Not only did JR’s save me money but were very professional right from start to finish. I just bought my vehicle last week and JR and I had a discussion about the tires, he was very honest and suggested I drive on the ones I have and consider getting new ones in a year or two. He could have pushed a sale but chose honesty instead, that is impressive. I highly recommend them and have been spreading the word already for the quality of work and the friendly and professional atmosphere!

Purchase a new X5 and drove it straight from the dealer to JR's to have XPEL put on. After looking at a couple of PPF installers, JR's is the one I trusted with my new car. He responded quickly to my texts and answered all my questions. When I showed up, we went around the car and he pointed out high impact zones and explained why PPF is beneficial there for me to make an informed decision. My car went through a full wash and Iron-X'd before the PPF was even applied so that was good to see. I got the car back the next day so he works fast and the result was slick.

Got the 3m, undercoating and rustproofing for my Acura TLX. So far so good. The price was fair and got done in a day. Service was professional and I'm happy with the result!

JR's was very professional and completed a 3M treatment and rust roofing on our 2021 Toyota Highlander as promised at half the cost of the dealership.

This company, mainly JR, is a complete scam. I don't trust any of these reviews. First of all, extremely unprofessional. There is still a smiley face painted on my windshield wiper from them when they were supposed to be filling in some chips with the paint pen. There were many problems with the initial work that was done, only to now find out years later that their different packages are a total sham. I called to have my coating touched up as per the lifetime warranty stated in the gold package, only to be told I have to pay full price to have it applied again, or accept the ceramic boost spray as a 'top up'. It also seems like they've removed more information from their website again so they can get out of promises they make to their customers. Never have I felt this taken advantage of by a company for now going on what, 4 years? Ridiculous, JR.

I went into JR's to get my ceramic coating done after getting a quote extremely fast. They were very punctual in completing the job and was able to get the car back to me the same day within their projected time frame. Additionally, they polished my car on the house even though it should have been an extra cost. They are kind people who work extremely hard. On time appointment. I had 3M/Xpel installation on my car and done on time as agreed upon. JR, the owner made it sure the work must be done on time as expected. Had time to have walkthrough the completed work with his crew and happy that all things were done professionally and with some free surfaces that were done. Amazing cost of labor and materials as well. Cheap and negotiable where I believe no one can beat the cost and workmanship. They offered lifetime warranty to their work and that added points to the client.

We recently had our new Nissan Rogue detailed at JR's auto detailing. They performed undercoat rust proofing and 3M/XPEL Protection. Their workmanship was amazing the 3M application was the best I've ever seen. Far superior to what the dealerships offer. As well their pricing was better than expected, we're more than happy that we didn't pay what the dealership offered. I recently had Xpel paint protection film put on my car from JR's and I highly recommend. They offered the lowest quote out of the 6 I had inquired with and the film was put on quick but professionally too.
When I noticed some part of the film seemed to not adhere properly, I contacted JR and he had me come in and had it corrected, no questions asked.
JR's will be my go to place for anything car detail related from now on.

I got around 5 quotes for protective filming for my Lexus RX and not only was JR's quote the most competitive, he also best answered some questions I had. Got me in the next day and did an amazing job. You can tell its the kind of business that takes pride in their work and make you a customer for life rather than just making a quick buck. My wife and I just purchased a new vehicle that we were looking to protect with protective film. From a web search I found JR's Auto Detailing and it came highly rated, and having been through the process, I can see why now!

From the beginning of the process to the end, JR and his team were very professional and responsive. I requested a quote online and received an e-mailed response the next morning. I called to tentatively book an appointment and JR promptly accepted, and he got our vehicle in within a few business days. JR let me know that the timeline of dropping the vehicle off in the morning, the vehicle would be ready by end of day. So the day of, we dropped our car off just before 9AM, and at that time JR went through a very thorough outline of what type of work would be done on our vehicle to protect it, and we received a phone call before 5PM that our vehicle was ready for pickup.

We purchased 24" Xpel Standard package protection along with a portion of the All In One Essentials package (minus the fabric protection as our car has leather upholstery seating). JR's pricing is waaaaay better than what the dealership was offering, thus the dealership was definitely trying to price gouge us.

I would highly recommend using JR's Auto Detailing if you are looking for any type of vehicle protective services, and I would not hesitate to go back to purchase protection for our next vehicle!
