Absolutely disappointed with today’s “customer service. ” Will not be going back to this location because of this woman.

Terrible place! I ordered taro bubble tea and a cheese sandwich. The woman poured powder for me in machines, threw a ball and poured it all with water from under the tap in the sink for washing dishes. The sandwich was burnt, the cheese was old. I waited for my order until she finished the other orders that came after me. I will never return here. I am very sorry for the wasted time and money and I do not advise you.

Worst experience, purchased a bubble mango tea and got a mango green tea with coconut jelly. This was not my first time that I purchased a bubble tea and I have been told I made a WRONG order. Worst managerial skills, no apologies, no courtesy to offer another drink.

Just they want to take orders like robot. No skills to ask what kind of drink, or what a customer wants in it. They just go by the screen images.

I have normally ordered at other locations, i will pay for a large and sometimes split into two smaller cups. At this location they charge you 0.50 to split it. Times are tough yes but comeon. Also she did not mention there would be a charge. We have gone to many fast food type places and no one has charged at 0.50 split fee. Willl not be back.

Sadly our $9 smoothies were made in dirty blender jugs and we threw them out. The lady said it’s a normal practice if they are the same smoothie.

Ordered the Super Green smoothie the drink was freshly made and tasted awesome. The girl who made the smoothie did an amazing job!

I will definitely go back and highly recommend the way they keep it consistent. I have ordered from this particular location in the past and have never been disappointed.

The smoothies are great but expect to pay significantly more at the airport location than you would anywhere else.

Our order took a long time to make and when we got it, both my kids smoothies were wrong. We had to wait longer to have th remade.

I bought drinks and they knew very very badly it was impossible to take it and notify the staff and they were rude and they didn't give any solution we asked to change the drink and they said no and we only lost the money

WORST JUGO JUICE IVE EVER HAD! MY DAUGHTER ALMOST DIE COZ OF THEIR IMPROPER WASHING OF THEIR BLENDERS, MY DAUGHTER WHO HAVE DAIRY ALERGY GOT CONTAMINATE BY DAIRY, (MIGHTY KALE) TRYING REACH OUT WITH THEIR MANAGEMENT SINCE LAST WEEK BUT THEY JUST IGNORE MY COMPLAINT: (

Not up to par with other jugo juice, my kale aid was some sort of light brown color.it's usually green. And the lady tried to make my daughters smoothie with a dirty blender jug.

Didn't realize the mall closed at 7 so at 705 when I went to order a good shot and mighty kale they accommodated us with both even though the juicer was already cleaned! Just wanted to say it was very much appreciated

Service isnt bad here. I go every now and again. Try the Java smoothie. Not bad if you want a cold pick me up.

DONOT go to this Jugo Juice - for your own sake. You would not know what they put into your drink. I took my friend to this store earlier today and order two large "Fresh Squeezed" orange juice. When I got to the pick-up counter I noticed two cups were half full but the girl just started to cut the oranges. After four to five oranges, the girls pour the juice to the two half-full cups and then added more juice from a 3rd cup. So I asked the girl who served me the drinks what was in the 3rd cup. The girl tried to avoid answering my question but told me that was pre-made orange juice. She seemed to be shamed by what she did. I tried the drink and then I realized what was going on. This store pour together concentrated orange juice with some fresh squeezed OJs and serve to the customers. To cover it up, they put the concentrated juice in another cup hoping people would not notice the difference. It is REDICUlOUS. Don't ever go there!

I ordered apple and orange juice and they previously served beet juice to the last customer and didn’t wash their jug. So when I got my juice, it tasted completely like beet juice. Usually I ordered apple and orange juice because it was a safe option as it was quite simple, and now that has also turned bad. I don’t recommend going here.
