Jugo Juice

Staff was friendly but paid $11.50 for a grilled cheese that was not melted and barely warm. Do not get the “grilled “cheese”.

Shake was ok but the lady gave me the wrong wrap and she was face timing a friend while people were waiting to make an order.

Never order the bubble tea. Lol idk what that was. I left it at the counter and switched it for a wrap instead.

The juice was very tasty, but the service was disappointing. The airport is the gateway to a country and is a place with a strong impression, so I was disappointed that I couldn't receive good service.

Always good to get something tasty before or after a long flight, but the staff can be very dismissive.

I usually enjoy their service — but today, the lady who attended to me was so cranky and dismissive. Not a great experience.

Had the chia pudding and BLT breakfast wrap. Asked for the wrap to be warmed and after waiting it was like it wasn't warmed up at all. The bacon is also very unappetizing - very pale like not cooked at all. Usually love Jugo Juice, this one was disappointing.

Very rude staff. Asked for an apple juice and was told they don’t have it right now. Same thing for kale aid. She suggested I get an orange juice and I said ok expecting a freshly squeezed juice but she pointed to a bottled one in a cooler? Seems like she was too lazy to do her job.

ALLERGY ALERT. They do not have, or do not know, what is in the breads NUTS EGGS?

The staff wouldn’t let me order a large watermelon wiggle smoothie and a wrap …

Even though I’d pay the difference- told me it had to be a classic smoothie - the watermelon wiggle smoothie was the same price as all the classic smoothies … I did not understand the logic - and didn’t offer me it as two separate menu items either

Then they handed me the wrong wrap and a small smoothie…

And when I said I ordered a large smoothie she goes - oh well you have to pay two dollars more … I know it was two dollars more - I was expecting you to charge me for it …

I was not allowed to order what I wanted or get what I requested …

Got the chicken avocado wrap and a fresh pressed carrot juice. Taste good and was served quickly

Just bought water and a sandwich from jugo in front of lynx gate A2 July 5th. Early a.m. And woman was setting up. She put a glove on right hand and handled the wraps equally with both hands. GROSS! Don't they insist on food safe anymore?

Ordered their combo deal, wrap and small classic smoothie. Pretty basic meal, smoothie was good. Good customer service.

I ordered bubble tea from here and it was one of the most disgusting drinks I have gotten. The tapioca pearls have gone bad and they still served it to me. I even saw them laughing to each other and pointing at the bucket of old tapioca pearls before putting it in my cup. Very disappointed that it was way too overpriced for what I am getting. I do not recommend this location.

Very poor service.the 3 women here are just plain rude. Slow, unhelpful. I've never been ignored so much as I tried to order something in my life! I walked away when it became clear none of tem wanted my business. I also spilled my Starbucks coffee, tried to get janitorial assistance from these women, couldn't be bothered. Never again will I buy food here.
