Jugo Juice

Half the drink is on the lid and when i go to take a sip it goes all over me at the mall. Pretty embarassing. Am i supposed to wear the drink?

Terrible experience! Would never visit this place again, had bad experience once, gave them chance, the second time again, the third time definitely would never buy to this location! First some employees dont know what they're doing, keep on serving incorrect drinks, second employees and even the manager we're not apologetic at all even they know that it was their mistake!

I was there a week ago, a young lady was very rude, they were giving out samples and she wouldn’t even explain to me what fruits were in the juice, and she talked to us with an attitude, she seemed annoyed and didn’t want to help, i don’t think I’ll be coming back again.

Visited West Edmonton mall last week. Went to have juice to this place. Juice was not the best. Service is really good.

They don’t know what they are doing. I’m not going back. Don’t care about customer service.they are like robots blending drinks. And unable to accommodate a simple request to share the drink with my toddler. Btw what I ordered doesn’t taste like the sample!

PB & chocolate juice - super watered down, was still refreshing but the flavor was very water down.
Can you please Just make a good smoothie so I can feel good about postin $6 for a drink

First time going to this Jugo Juice location. Everything was fine until half way into my drink and I got a piece of steel wool in my mouth. I went back to return it and they seemed disinterested, didn't apologize.

1 star is too much. I was in this location 5 days ago. I ordered 4 smoothies with a total just under $30. I ordered 3 lemonades for my kids. We watched the lady make the drinks pouring it into the cups, then back into the blender adding more powder, back into the cups and again into the blender adding more powder. When the drinks were done and my kids tasted it, they gagged. I tasted it and immediately and spit it out. It tasted like bad medicine and left a metallic after taste. I complained about the taste and asked them to remake it, they refused. I asked for a refund.they refused. I asked to speak to the manager, and they told me she was in the mall, so I waited. Her name is Mel. Mel told me she could not refund me, and would not make me a replacement drink because she would be losing money. But I was FREE to purchase another drink? ! Oh, and I was also to blame for the kids not liking their drinks.because I can see the ingredients listed and should know how it would taste. I’ve never seen such horrible service in my life. We left with no drinks and no refund. I’ve called their corporate office and left multiple messages. Its been 4 days and no response. Needless to say I will never purchase anything from this horrible company and I DO NOT recommend it to anyone else!
