The older lady running his place is absolutely awful and rude to customers. She tried to charge me and my 1 year old full price to watch my little guy at a birthday party and wouldn’t even let me talk to him inside the gate when he was upset that I had to leave. There is no viewing area for parents who don’t feel comfortable leaving their kids. She’s rude and has no customer service skills. Take a look within, your customer service is awful.

Staff were extremely rude dropping our son off for a friend's birthday party. Blizzard conditions outside and we were not allowed to stand inside for 30 seconds to make sure our son met up with the other party goers. I understand that your business gets really busy on weekends and you have limited space, but at least give your customers a chance to drop off their kid.

Just expect poor customer service from them. They just make excuses anytime someone leaves bad review which seems to be pretty often.

They also lied in a previous response to where they say they tried to fix the party cost error quickly. It was multiple days from when they noticed the issue until they reached out. No manager actually spoke to us or retuned calls and just pawned the issue to an employee

Why can’t I give ZERO stars? This place reminds me of the meme of the floating garbage bin down a flooded street. But with big bird driving the dumpster

Reading these reviews with a bucket of popcorn. Quite entertaining! Hopefully management is changed up sooner than later and the place gets fresh leadership. Maybe new management will come from a customer service background!

Never going back. Telling all friends, family, acquaintances, and strangers to boycott jumpoline park (hey that might be cool name for new management!)

Edit: As expected and just like all the other 1 and 2 star reviews, you just claim none of us have ever jumped at your establishment. Not surprising you treat customers this way. Considering you seem to treat your staff with the same disrespect! (Check the indeed employee reviews! 1 star there too!)

This ship has already hit the iceberg. The band just refuses to stop playing, not matter how out of tune they are sounding!

This is our second time hosting a birthday party at JumpLA and we will not be coming back again. Last year a bunch of extra kids were added to our bill that were not listed on the guest list and not approved by us. This year, they sent me an email which states word for word "All additional non-jumping guests $2 each (max 10 per party, all extras pay full party rate) ", however when we got there they charged all adults $30 except for 4 who paid the $2. I asked about it and showed the email I received and was told this was a "copy and paste" error and they emailed me the correction. I recieved every other email from them but never a correction email. They said this is a common mistake that has been made and that it must have gone to my junk folder, it did not, I made sure to check. We had a total of 9 adults (less than the 10 mentioned in their email) and 5 of which who were charged $30 to sit and watch not even to jump. The lady in charge has no interest in being honest. We even asked her to forward the correction email she said they sent and she did not. I gave a two star because while management is shady, my kids and their friends still had fun and the party room is a nice size. Just not worth the $$ and extra fees they will throw at you. Last year they offered coffee and let us keep the mugs which was awesome! This year they said anything extra was at a cost. Ended up paying over $500 instead of the quoted $350 (ish). Hey, at least we got a t-shirt I see that a lot of reviews have similar issues and a manager commenting back to try and blame the customers, so I'm sure they will have some lies to tell about our experience as well. Don't really care for a fake explanation, but wish we could trust them enough to come back since the kids love it. We will find somewhere else for our parties from now on. Too bad because it is a fun place to go.

We waited in line, filled out the waivers, then finally got to the counter to be told it was booked for Christmas parties and we could not jump. Why is there no sign on or by the door? Why didn’t a staff member come and tell us instead of having us wait? Staff wasn’t nice about it either. Disappointed kids and annoyed parents.

Won't be back. Check in process needs to be adjusted. Not going to create an extra email just to sign a waiver. Then the front desk lady charged for 3 extra adults prior to completing waivers and after we told her we wernt going in she said well I charged you for it and we don't do refunds. No manual waiver available either. So I watched my kids from a fence because my husband used our email to get in first. We will not be back and will not be recommending

Although it’s still relatively fun to jump around. It kind of fell off a while after Jump LA took over. With the stricter rules and the place feeling empty it doesn't feel as fun as it used to be

Charging $30 to parents who want to stay (not jump) while their kids jump at a birthday party when you advertise a $2 spectator fee. No thank you!

Unfortunate because the kids love the park. Poor customer service.

My kids love it here and always ask to go back. Its clean, i really like that if we go in the mornings its not too packed for our toddlers. Its even fun for adults and leaves you tired afterwards. I only wish we could bring our own grippy socks.

FYI, If you pay hundreds of $$$ for a birthday party and bring a cake, it's BYOK (bring your own knife) to cut the cake, otherwise you have nothing to cut it with!

Ps, the pizza comes from domino's not like the other places that actually make their own pizza and other food, like Wear'M'Out (which is pretty yummy).

The staff especially the “owner” with short hair was extremely rude. Every rule they had at the facility contradicted itself. Adults can not jump with children who are under 46inches. Except in the dodgeball area which is super fun when there’s teens whipping balls at full speed at you. When we asked the manager she said “just wait 10 minutes they will probably move on” except you pay for the time you are there even if you are unable to use the one area you are allowed to jump with your kids.
The staff were so rude, the owner was awful and barked at us from the moment we walked in. Also the rules only apply to certain people. The staff that walks around would only tell certain families that they couldn’t jump or have more than one person on the equipment at a time, and then walked right past others doing the exact same thing but said nothing to them.
I would give this place no stars if I could.

I love going to this place with my baby, and most of the staff here are very nice. But, there is one lady who is very rude, last time for my husband and I only she charged us 54 dollars for one hour when on the website it clearly says 15 dollars for big jumper, and she charged for the baby who should have gotten it for free, next time I got a monthly pass for myself but one of the staff wrote my 10 month old baby’s name instead, next time I went there the same rude lady she charged for the baby again for 2 hours, how can a baby who has just started walking jump for 2 hours? Because of her I am so annoyed and do not want to go back to Jump LA again. Getting the monthly pass was worthless, I recommended lots of my friends to go there but now I don’t want to recommend anymore. I hope this thing gets looked at and dealt with so I can give you guys a 5 star review instead and come back again

After I wrote the this review the owner of jump la was very quick to response and
Talk to the staff. I went to the place again with my family today and we were greeted with the same staff and this time around she was very nice and helpful that’s why my husband purchased a monthly pass as well so we both can bring our baby there everyday. Thanks for correctly the issue and I have made it back to 5 stars. I hope she continuously be nice with the jumpers. This is a very fun place in Lethbridge and I recommend all the parents to bring their kids here to have so much fun.

This trampoline park is well organized. There is a maximum number of people that can be in the park at one time for safety (so book your time), there is an attendant at all times and there is a locker area along with seating areas for spectators. There is also a private area for birthday parties and other get togethers.

They don't even deserve 1 star! The staff told me they were past capacity, and then I left, and I saw them let another family enter. It was one child and myself coming in. My toddler was crying, and they didn't even seem to care! Worst place ever! Over one child, and this wasn't the first time they had done this to my child. I didn’t see very many people in the place jumping. Please save your money. It's not worth supporting!

Must be a reason this company has many 1 star reviews. So, you can try and defend yourselves but the truth of the matter, it was not handled well with such rude staff. It could have been handled differently.

Pre booked jumping for 5 people over 2 weeks ago for daughters birthday.
Received a call hours before we were set to start the 2hr drive to lethbridge to inform us they have a private event and we would have to reschedule.
No apology or empathy for crushing a little girls day, just an offer to reschedule or refund.

One of the best places to go in Lethbridge County when it is cold outside. I love that they have specific days just for toddlers and young tots. Great way to get out of the house and get out some much needed exercise!

I wasn’t impressed with the service here. First of all, nobody answered the multiple phone calls we made, secondly, it was the Halloween glow thingy, and we had about seven teens, most international students, that were not allowed to participate, as they had hit capacity. I get that, but we even asked if we didn’t stay, could they get in. The one boy was leaving Canada, and was so excited to hang out with his buddies before leaving. Only three kiddos could stay, as they were filled out and paid online. The others had to go do something else or go home. Very disappointed boys! It didn’t say limited capacity, almost sold out etc… Then we were kicked out and doors were locked! They had people who had paid, but didn’t show up, and of course the payment was none refundable, and so the three stayed. We won’t be back there! I understand that capacity limits are limited, but how we were treated was awful! NOPE, you did not tell me about being locked out at 8: 30! I couldn’t even tell my son I HAD to leave! We won’t be back there! You make yourself sound like a victim, get over yourself. The review sticks! The service was NOT pleasant! I also said, I understood about the capacity, as I said that might! While we were trying to figure out what to do, we were told to leave! My family will not be back!

I have been to this place 4 times and I thought my 2 star experience was just the first time but it's just a "thing" with this place. The actual jumping is amazing, the booking on line (and paying online) is amazing but getting from the front door to the actual point where you are jumping is so.just horrible. It just takes so long. I come in with my time booked, my socks, my waivers signed but it's just not easy. If you happen to come in when there is a party you are a good 30 minutes while they sort through all that but even if there is no line up it just takes forever. You need to get there at least 15-20 minutes before "your time" because you will need it. It's just easier to go swimming. BUT - if you are a very patient person and you get into the bouncy part it's a blast.but by then you are frustrated. Oh and I should mention I come in with everything. I print out every step of the booking process now, all the numbers, the emails, everything and it just doesn't go smooth. If you go, prep you kids. This will take time before the fun starts.

I was hard on this place after it changed names due to new management I believe but its the same place I used to love. I just want to be able to practice some extreme tricks and flips as I do not have a trampoline and can't practice them anywhere but here so I would hope they would open access to double flips and higher. As for it not being open on Mondays I assume that has something to do with its not a profitable day. I believe they are doing well as they have survived the COVID waves that have hit us but I would be open to some new areas as the basketball and dodgeball pits are old so something new would be appreciated I just feel its getting a little stale.

The owner makes the experience miserable. Took my kids to the park for a fun Tuesday jump and after paying for myself and my husband and our two kids, we literally put our socks on to jump, jumped on two trampolines and then the owner came over loud speaker saying toddler time was done and we had to leave.
Seriously? Why on earth wouldn’t you tell us when we were paying? And if that was the case why wouldn’t you encourage us to pay the full jump price and play after the designated toddler ten minutes?
The owner claimed she explained that toddler time was almost up but honest to god she never said we would be asked to leave after paying for everyone. I won’t be back. I won’t encourage anyone to go. Quite frankly I should have read more reviews and stayed home. It seems to be a common complaint and there’s signs all over saying -be kind to staff- how about staff being a little less self centred and be nice to customers? Seriously. Will never darken the door again. Don’t waste your family time here.

Very unfortunate that parents who are not jumping are required to pay a non jumping fee to supervise our children. Then have to pay for a locker for our purse as we are not allowed to carry it with us. I have not been to the jump facility in years with my kids and will not contribute to it again.

I remember when this place was fun. It wasn’t busy, yet they were making all the smaller kids stay off the trampolines in the big area. Any parents who didn’t agree were being told to leave. I talked to the supervisor and explained that we have never had any issues in the past, there were no big kids as it was a slow time and I would be with my child the entire time and I also signed a waiver taking full responsibility for any injury. The supervisor stood with the policy and refused to budge. I understand their concern for policy but seriously? Won’t be returning.

I booked my daughters bday party well in advance over the phone. Gave all my information and was told a confirmation email would be sent. I left messages because I hadn't got an email confirming and finally a week before the party was able to speak to an employee after calling multiple times (I never got a phone call back from any messages). Was then told that there was no party for my daughter on the day that I had booked. Was told I would have to change the party day but with a dozen kids already coming I couldn't reschedule. Will never again support this business. Poor management!

I pre booked 2 hours for 3: 00. I showed up 10 min early like they said to. They were not letting anyone in due to capacity because a birthday was finishing up. I waited in line till 3: 25 got my family wrist bands and after 1.5 hours they told us that we had to leave. I told them we had half hour left they said we had 3: 00-5: 00 I told them we didn’t get wristbands till 3: 25. They said our fault we should have showed up earlier even though they were at capacity and weren’t letting people in. Very disappointed. Staff was rude and not understanding as to the situation. Time should start when you get wrist band. The staff wasn’t supervising very well. The big jump area was full of little kids that weren’t over the height restriction we paid more money but we’re unable to use area. They pick and choose which “policies” they want to follow

The front staff member was very rude when I had a question about doing the waivers for a large family group, repeatedly interrupting me while I tried to explain my question. I have never been treated like that at a place of business. My kids had fun, but costumer service matters.

My wife booked a spot for a group online and was charged for that booking. I went in the day of for the booked time, we had extra kids come so I was adding them to the group. After adding everyone in and the socks and everything I got a total from them, over 200 all said and done. I had assumed that my wife only booked and didn't pay for the time slot. After getting home and finishing up the rest of the birthday for our son she asked what the rest came out to. I told here it was about 230$ she then told me she was already charged 120$ for the original time booking online. So I went back in the same day and was told they can't do the refund for the online amount and they can only do in store credit. Oh well we can live with that right? Nope! The ONLY person that can issue the refund or the store credit is the manager and they have been ignoring us since this happened and they are just getting away with stealing an extra 120 dollars from us. I am not disputing the amount of people I brought with me. I am disputing that I came in saying I was with a group but got charged a second time. I have not received any information on a refund or credit which is vastly different from what the reply here is saying. This owner has not reached out to me and they have stolen 125$ from me.

This was the third or fourth time I have taken my Grandkids to Jump LA and they have a riot everytime we go. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My Grandkids and a couple of friends had a blast agian today. Money well spent.

Chaotic from the first step in the door,
disorganized and extremely bad customer service by the owner and assumably his wife. Rude and yelling at multiple people. Won’t be going back. You cater to kids you should be treating families a lot better

Today the owners were SO RUDE right from the moment we walked in. I’d love to share the entire story but it’s far too long.
1. I was belittled because I had questions about the waiver.
2. I was escorted out because I didn’t have a spectator bracelet, but just wanted to help my 6 year old with her boots and jacket as she was attending a birthday party. (I didn’t even know what time to come back to get her.)
3. Another parent was crying because she was also not allowed in with her son and was being asked to leave because they were “at capacity” but her child has already gone in.
4. I then watched the owner get in a PHYSICAL ALTERCATION with a father who also just wanted to help his child but was being told he could not. ALL IN FRONT OF CHILDREN! It was appalling!

When is it ever okay to tell parents that they cannot help their children? ! Ever? ! And in what world can you own/run a business and not be held accountable for your poor actions. I understand there are rules. I’m all for them. And I’m all for capacity limits, but I do not agree with the way the situation was handled and that there were multiple parents feeling VERY UNSAFE about leaving their children at this establishment.

DO NOT GO HERE! Please! I have never witnessed/been the recipient of such poor customer service in all my life!

It is way over priced and the workers are not friendly at all. We had a birthday party there and they do t let you know about the extra deals if you pay for more people you get a extra pizza. Not happy at all with how things are done there. Have a sign saying water fountain is not working so the kids can not get any water. Had to pay full price for my one year old daughter to jump too.

I was surprised to see so many negative reviews posted for this business. I visited today and my experience was great. We went during the afternoon so it wasn’t very busy. Aside from the fee to supervise as a non jumper and the fee for socks ($4), I don’t have anything bad to say about this place. My 3 year old had an absolute blast exploring the facility. We spent an hour there and it was perfect to kill some time and wear him out. The staff were friendly and I’m looking forward to coming back with my other son as well in the future.

I bought a gift certificate for my niece online, over 2 months ago and she hasn’t received it. The online ordering system indicates you can have the certificate mailed out. I have called multiple times during business hours and no one picked up. I’ve sent 2 different emails and no response. It would be apparent I just made a donation to Jump LA, which wasn’t really what I was looking for.

No fun allowed! What happened to this place? They used to leave you alone and let the kids play. Now they have staff patrolling militant-style. I get that there need to be rules in place, but they have taken it so far, the kids felt they couldn’t even enjoy themselves and were asking to leave after 20 minutes. The staff aren’t nice about it either. Other parents were also feeling the same way, and I saw an employee go so far as to tell a small kid (maybe 6 or 7 years) that he had to leave after “3 strikes” (he was running). One employee even came after me for walking along the trampoline mat to tend to a child who got hurt. My older son pointed out that it was interesting that they were paying attention to every little rule-breaking activity but didn’t notice when someone actually injured himself? And as other reviewers have said, they are VERY strict about masking. Which is pretty silly given the fact that you can take them off as soon as you’re jumping. Very disappointing experience, we won’t be back.

Tried to take my 6 year old to jump. They demanded he wear a mask and would not accept his doctors note for exemptions for wearing masks.

This is straight from the Alberta website regarding exemptions:
Mask Exceptions for Health Conditions
A person who is unable to wear a face mask due to a qualifying health condition as determined by an authorizing health professional defined in CMOH Order 22-2021, is excepted from wearing a face mask while attending an indoor public place.
List of qualifying health conditions:
 Sensory processing disorders
 Developmental delay
 Cognitive impairment
 Mental illness including:
 Anxiety disorders
 Psychotic disorders
 Dissociative identity disorders  Depressive disorders
 Facial trauma or recent oral maxillofacial surgery
 Contact dermatitis or allergic reactions to mask components
 Clinically significant acute respiratory distress

This company will not be receiving my business again.

It was a disappointing experience this last visit with kids under 12. Kids having to wear masks in bottom area. Why? When they will be taking them off in a few seconds to jump, laugh, cry, touch, wipe their noses on everything in the jump area and bump into each other. Then there is a rule where the younger children under 46inches had a seriously small section to play in and that is no fun at all. I would have thought the flat trampolines would have been better which is what most of them gravitated towards. The older siblings couldn’t even play with the younger ones because of the division. Adults could not help the younger ones out of the pits.it’s a play area and we were told no running, probably less risk of injury running then being on the tramp. I was told that the top area we did not have to wear masks. Come to learn that only if you wear the jumping socks did you not have to wear a mask, you don’t have to jump just wear the socks and maybe step on a trampoline once in a while (makes you less infectious I suppose). What was supposed to be a fun experience wasn’t enjoyable at all.

I have been here before, such a fun place. My daughter loves to jump!
I was stopped at the entry to mask my daughter. The lady working showed no empathy towards me when i unfortunately started to cry.
My daughter did not want to put the mask on, I had to hold it over her face: (
I could not not refuse to go because my daughter wanted to jump.
I will not be returning until this business opens it's doors to kids not wearing masks.

Attended a birthday party and the floor staff corrected every single thing we did. The amount of rules is insane. We couldn’t bring any other accompaniments to the party. Only the pizza and pop that comes with it. Got told off for that too. For what reason I cannot figure out. Remember you’re catering to KIDS. And let them have a good time!

Also just checked out all of owner sb’s replies. Very rude and absolutely unprofessional to speak to customers like that. Don’t reply to mine, I don’t want it.

If I could give zero stars I would. I booked a party for my daughter. The staff made a child who met the height requirements cry for sitting in an area that is only 46" and over, yet she is above that. They YELLED at her. Also I was told the areas I could take my little ones by one staff member then I have another one rudely come and tell me the opposite. Should be marked out much better. And certain staff weren't able to tell the right arm from the left they were telling my nephew he couldn't jump in the areas he was allowed. I will not recommend or return there again. The staff on the floor are very rude and aren't even knowledgeable on their own rules.
