Bad experience. I had ordered clothes online with Junaid Jamshed brand. 1 kurti and 3 kurti with trousers. Unfortunately I got all kurtis only. I didn’t get the trousers. I didn’t get any trousers. I sent them an email but there was no response. I called too but no one answered. For such a nice brand, it’s sad to see the service being so poor.
Assalamo alaikum A lawn suit that i bought with item details JLAWN S JST 23 1669 is the cause of my complaint. It's color constantly ran for the third wash! Afraid to wash again. I never expected such a quality decline in Junaid Jamshed's products. Can anything be done about it? I bought it in Pakistan and now in Canada at home.
Thieves! They do not allow you to try out pyjamas in the store and recommend you a size by themselves. I went back home and it didn't fit me. When I went to get it replaced, they refused to credit me the price difference by saying that they do not return any money
Very poor customer service. One guy and one girl sitting on main entrance no body welcome in the store nor they ask how can I help you They employees I saw few customer wondering in the store I talk to the them they are not serious employees toward their job.
I finally decide not to buy any thing for this store. They are selling Junaid Jhamshed Product and look the picture they respect their principal, and they are wearing a T-shirt Product A and other then the Junaid Jamshed Product sign also damaged as per picture show’s importance of product they are selling without customer support.
While placing the order, the site says Canada wide shipping free but then it charges the shipping. Its a big lie and fraud with people. Typical corrupt mentality

The most rudest people I have seen. This is what is making our desi people look bad hope the company can look into this and fix it. This is not a representation of my culture and people. Shame on you.
No doubt you have a better choice over there but the prices are considerably high. I really feel our people don't try to increase the quantity of people by keeping a reasonable price, they wanted to go for price increase instead. I feel it is not a good way of doing bussiness. It was not at all a very good experience although we bought something from there.
Before I bought the dresses this place was very good quality but now I don't know what happened j. Clothes are very bad quality means like see through Clothes. Astagfirullah.
Worst service at this location. Moved recently from Toronto and Junaid Jamshed in Toronto is completely opposite in terms of customer service of this location. They are rude and simply don't care.
Disappointed with good quality product but bad marketing for example bought few items at calgary store on 27th May and all goes on sale on 10th June called the store and ask what is the policy they said sorry we cannot match sale prices
Limited options in sizes. Customer service representatives really need to be trained. No greetings and no thanks in the end! They weren't even trying to make clients feel like they were valued. Had to exchange a dress when I got to counter, guy in his early 20s with light beard, 155 to 160 cm in height (fair skin if he had name tag on I would had used that instead) told me he can't do a cash back? Store owned me money for exchange. He asked, If I wanted to buy something else just so the balance is not store owing instead I owe the store, it has to be this way due to system limitations as per him. I told him I don't need to buy anything else and waited there and he simply pressed a button on computer and receipt printed and gave me my change back. System limitations with just press of button to get a receipt and change back.hmm I wonder if he lied to me when he said about system limitations. That's not the way to Upsell at all, makes you look bad! Lady with scarf on front counter also need a lesson or 2 on customer service. Soft tone and smile was missing and felt like they weren't too happy with amount of customers they had in the store. Most importantly, workmanship was poor as well. I had to to exchange waistcoat once as buttons were missing. The second time one of them barely attached. So please make sure you guys check zips/buttons to make sure they are properly sewed or not missing. What a bad experience!
The clothing and design of the store were pleasant, however, they need better customer service. The change rooms also need a system, I had the worker open the door mid-change, she didn't even apologize properly lol overall, it would've been nice to shop with happier faces.
Ive gotten a few colognes from them.and have gotten many compliments. There shalwar kameez also was affordable. I havent been to Pakistan since a child but the stores decor and atmosphere and also the vibe is just like Pakistan.
