They dumped me just before Christmas. After 3 years of being with them they just decided they don’t want to provide service in my area anymore. When I called them a couple of weeks ago they said I owed them $300 and asked me for my credit card. I told her I’m on preauthorized payment. (They would have been double billed me if I wasn’t on the ball). I received an email the other day saying I owe them another $200? Just energy dumped me by December 31,2023 I have no idea why I would owe just energy anything. Just energy booted me to direct energy so why am I paying two companies? Sounds really scuzzy to me.

I was 2 years with this company and the reason was good rates and programs. Time came to update. They told me that program not existing anymore. (Only for a new costumers). So after 2 years of loyal customer you will get worth then new customer? Any way. I talk to 5 different advisers who was telling me different rates. Finally I talk to a girl on a phone who said she can get me that program. Was great. She set me up with a new contract for 3 years and I was happy with it. Got my welcome package on a email and all good. 2 Weeks later I got a bill from EPCOR energy and that confuse me. I call EPCOR and ask why I got a bill from them. They said because my company who I set new contract with dump me to them. Yes. Dump me!
I call Just energy again. And take a guess no one care. They just keep telling you rates and everyone have a different numbers.

Put on hold for over an hour, and passed around to 6 different representatives within the SAME department when I was told I'd be sent to another department all 6 times. They don't have a care in the world, just there to cash in their cheques and go home. They honestly don't care in the slightest about your frustration or absurdly high bill. They know your going to eventually give up and pay the bill. I know their rates might be better than most but I promise you its not worth the time and money in the long run.

Update: Had a representative call me only to give me a "better" contact number and email for future problems I may have. So the phone call didn't resolve my billing issue, it was to try to get me to change my review on here

AVOID AT ALL COST! Absolutely horrendous. Started billing me for the entire building rather than my suite, keep telling me I won't receive anymore calls regarding the outstanding balance from the improper bill until the ticket they submitted to investigate is figured out, THREE MONTHS LATER and they still haven't figured it out and keep calling me and every time I talk to them, when I can finally get ahold of them, they just say I shouldn't receive calls anymore and that it's "still under investigation". I've since moved and am using a new power company and the just energy headache seems to be unending. Figure it out already, it's not that hard. You guys had one job, to bill me for the address I gave you which you even had to call me to confirm and STILL got it wrong.

It’s so nightmare the bill was paid over 2 weeks, they keep calling me over 10 days to ask for payment, I calling and give them information reference # withdraw from my bank seem like they do nothing, I may switch to the other company, it’s bother me a lot
