Just Sweet Enough. Diabetic Bakery & Health Foods

Just bought myself a delicious treat. Not only was my cupcake unbelievably tasty, the young lady serving me was friendly and very knowledgeable about her product. Highly recommend!

Went here for the first time and greeted me with a big smile. I had so many questions about their products and sugar-free diets, and they answered all my questions in detail. The staff also gave me advice on how to improve my habits, which I really appreciated. Honestly, I sent a good 45 minutes talking to them, and they were extremely patient with me. I felt so comfortable and happy with their amazing service, and other than that, their desserts taste amazing. I am probably going to make it a weekly thing to go and grab my dessert for the whole week. Delicious and sugar-free!

Great keto products but the employees and owner have poor customer service skills and have made my boyfriend & I feel very uncomfortable and have been passively rude when we’re looking for products in store. We’ve decided to look elsewhere for health products. Will not support a business that makes their customers feel un welcomed.

A lot of options for diabetics and people doing low carb or sugar free diets, and a full bakery of items. Staff is also very helpful and friendly.
I’m not giving a 5 star because the retail items are very expensive (30-70% more than other stores on the exact same items) and, while I’ve tried their cupcakes, squares, and Nanaimo bars, and have found them really good, the cookies are soggy and don’t have a cookie-like consistency at all.

I just have tried their pecan tarts; it was yummy. I will explore more next time. A bit pricy; almost $5 with tax but I get it it's keto.

Great selection of diabetic and keto foods. Make sure to do a price check against Amazon, Safeway, Coop and even Winners and Homesense. Diabetic or Keto products often go on sale at other stores. I found really cheap products here as well as the opposite. The management is great though and so is service.

I popped into the store on my way home to banff to see if there were any cakes available for my fathers birthday.

I hadn't called ahead, but when I told them about my time crunch, they whipped one up real quick for me.
