Ladies at the front are amazing & all doctors are very empathetic & kind.found this place right after covid & i have no idea how everyone there has been so consistent even right after the global lockdown.thanks for the compassionate healthcare

Dr Hassan is an amazing human being
She is wonderful, caring, and very knowledgeable
Staff are very nice as well
Especially the Indian lady, not sure what she name is, but she is an excellent person

Had a short notice appointment (made yesterday) with Dr Burgess today. He came in immediately and was thorough and respectful asking questions about the few issues I had and taking a look at them. I was having arm issues so he did a number of movements to clarify where the pain was and gave me options of what he could do to help me but ultimately left the decision to me. I appreciated the ability to decide. Thanks very much Dr Burgess!

Like others, I've been a patient at Justik for over 20 years. After my doctor (Dr. Xu) moved on from the clinic, I received a letter letting me know they would still accommodate me. After calling them today, they let me know that they removed my file without notice and that I need to seek another clinic. Overall, my experiences at the clinic were mixed. I was often unable to book with my assigned GP through the years- leading to doctor appointments that ranged from good to terrible. At various times, medical issues were not taken seriously during appointments.

Been a patient here for over 30 years. My current doctor I have been with for over 14 years. Unfortunately, I can no longer get an appointment with her in a timely manner. I keep getting referred to other doctors at the clinic, whom I do not know, or have seen before and will not seen again. What is the point of a family doctor when you cannot get an appointment prior to a month later. Who the heck knows that they are going to be sick or injured a month before it actually happens?

Very professional and helpful. Excellent physicians and staff.

Many of the low reviews on here are from the “Karen” types who clearly don’t take responsibility for their own actions or their own health, which can clearly be seen.

The Saturday clinic is such a big help when you need something short notice, like an overlooked prescription refill.

Been a client for 24 years Two of my doctors retired now they say there is no doctors available even though they sent me a letter saying they would accommodate me very poor

Clinic will not honor appointments that are booked online and then will wait 3 weeks only to call you 6 days before the appointment to tell you that the doctor won't see you because you haven't been there in X amount of years. They'll tell you your doctor is no longer your family doctor, despite still having your medical records on file in the clinic. Overall, entirely unimpressed.

I've gone to this clinic regularly for 30+ years. I have seen multiple physicians. Because someone I saw 3 times retired, I've been told no doctor can see me. I am left without perscriptions or medical care. Shameful.

The admin staff are terrible. They don’t follow through with what they tell you, mishandle your information and waste your time.

Dr Greidanus is my doctor and I am NOT comfortable with him. The only reason I haven't left is because I know how hard it is to find a family doctor here. It's not even possible for me to get a different doctor at Justik because no one is accepting new patients so I feel trapped and it's not a good feeling.

My GP is very thoughtful and takes time with her patients. She is thorough in her work and assessments and helped me after contracting COVID and experiencing tachycardia. She also truly cares about her patients and wants to help them. Her colleague is also amazing. I went to her for Botox and look forward to my second visit.

Dr. Alsaigh is helpful, respectful and thorough. I don't feel rushed through appointments, which I appreciate. My concerns were heard and I appreaciated being offered non-precriptive remedies to try first, before suggesting medications. Admin staff is helpful as well!

Dr Hassan missed a referral which almost ended my life as it delayed treatment. Now they have called for the second time threatening she will not be my doctor any more after I haven’t been there in so long. Thanks have already told them twice that I was done with her. A prime example of how that clinic does NOT listen to their patient.

They've given me great service for nearly three decades. Dr. Peters is the best doctor I've ever had.

Never can give me accurate times on when is walk ins time. Had the same person tell me two different things on two different phone calls within minutes.not the most professional. Only thing I like is the doctors and the pharmacists there. Always a “miscommunication” with reception. Makes me feel crazy. Probably going to find a different clinic unfortunately.

Dr. Manchikanti was my doctor, several years I talked about my severe lower abdominal pain. He kept sending me for ultrasounds, telling me there was nothing. I kept asking to see a specialist, he argued with me that there was nothing on the scan so there was no point. Fast forward to finally getting a doctor to send me to a specialist, I have stage 4 endometriosis. Which you can't see in an ultrasound to begin with. Had he sent me to a specialist instead of being so arrogant to think he had all the answers, I wouldn't be at the stage in this disease I am today. Don't go to him if you're experiencing problems with your uterus, period, anything. 100 percent do not recommend.

Overall it has been a great experience. My own family doctor is attentive and caring. The administrative staff are friendly and go the extra mile. Lastly, their internal referral program for birth control was seamless and a painless experience.

Made an appointment over the phone, got 1 for 2: 45 pm today and when i got there they say to me your appointment is not till next week, wrong on their part sat there for 1.5 hours and still was not seen fools i give them a zero and not that 1 star needed to post.

My physician is very professional and listens to my concerns and needs. I have been with this clinic for nearly a decade and recommend it to anyone asking.

I want to give a big shout out to everyone who works at Justik for being a top tier clinic. Navigating the medical system can be a nightmare, but Dr. Turner has constantly affirmed my experiences, offered solutions and plans, and the staff I've interacted with have been helpful, knowledgeable and kind! Thanks so much team, and stay safe as we move towards the finish line of getting vaccinations to the general pop!

I have dr Manchikanti as a "family dr" but this year a recieved a no friendly call from them because I haven't been there for 2 years I need to remove my file somewhere else. If I don't go there is because it's takes longer for me to drive all the way there than the time he takes to see you maybe 5mins the most other than they make you wait anything 10-35 mins. For that reason I been opting to visit walking clinic it is fastest and closer and at least they pretend to care about you. Not recommend this Dr. At all.

Dr Fletcher is my doctor and I am grateful for her, as she always makes me feel heard and less anxious.
I always hated going to the doctor before seeing her but her knowledge and kindness makes the experience a lot easier and I feel comfortable talking with her about my medical issues.

Dr. Xu is an amazing doctor at the Justik Clinic. She is professional, thorough, caring and makes me feel heard. I would 100% recommend her. The supporting staff also does a great job and I have been going to this clinic for most of my life.

Tried to get a Dr.here. I have terrible physical disabilities and illnesses. He asked if I take pain medication. I said yes. I have a pain specialist. Had my pain specialist 7 or 8 years because I have severe pain. He keep saying he would not give me pain meds and I kept saying it that is fine and I understand. After he brought it up a 5th time saying he doesn't want me showing up every day pressuring him for pain meds I got frustrated and said, "I wouldn't do that and I don't know why you keep bringing it up when I said it was fine several times. " Then he said "If I am already getting upset with him that he can't see me. " I didn't get upset or raise my voice. I just sounded frustrated and annoyed slightly maybe because he was assuming I was some junkie without even knowing anything about me. My husband was upset when he walked out without knowing me. My husband was there with me as he helps me to even go to the Dr. I was not just trying to get a family Dr. I was there to request Medical Assistance in Dying as I have little time left with all my illnesses and I can't even take care of myself at all anymore. I have reached out for years but Dr. 's are selfish and by the time they realize I can't be treated. They don't want to help the severely sick. They just want easy stuff. Surgeon's are the same. Tired of Dr. 's believing the garbage the College tells them. Tired of them telling me to do this or that but they won't even take time to listen. This was Dr. Manchicatti. Not sure I am spelling it right. I can barely even focus now a days and I tried no pain meds for a while and I was unable to function. Now I can't function whether I take one or not.

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone expecially not Dr. Manchikanti who was my doctor to date.
I have suffered a high pressure injection injury while running my spray equipment, this happent late in the night and I went to see Dr. Manchikanti right next morning, all he did prescribed some medications and send me home for a week.
Same day my finger was swalling so I went to the emergency, with this kind on injury only surgery was an option, I wonder how he didnt send me to see a specialist or how did he assume that this will heal. I have a surgery today and I am praying I will not loose my finger.

New to Edmonton and needed a family doctor so I took the first available one accepting new patients, Dr. Turner. Does not follow through on his referrals to pain specialists nor does he contact you with test results indicating you are not "fabricating" your symptoms. He makes you feel you should be greatful that he spends any time with you for appointments and refuses to take advice from my nurse practitioner who has 25 more years experience than him in a particular field. I would not recommend him and am looking for a new family doctor with more empathy and follow up skills.

All staff are very friendly. Dr Burgess is very kind, professional and thorough. I really appreciated the time he took to listen to my concerns.

I've been going to the Justik Clinic for a little over five years now. I normally see Dr. Bushra Hasan, but when she was booked, I saw another doctor who was great. I literally go there with my long list of concerns and Dr. Hasan listens patiently and addresses each and every one of them. She's amazing!

This is a fantastic medical clinic. I'd been to several different doctors over the course of 5 years and never felt like I was receiving adequate medical care. I always got the impression they just wanted me in and out without really taking the time to get to know my medical history and concerns.
When I first met my physician at Justik I knew right away I wasn't going to just be a file but a person. We quickly developed a great physician patient relationship and I finally felt like I was in good hands. Even the times when my primary doctor is not available any of the other doctors I've dealt with here are also professional and courteous and care for your well being.
The front desk staff are also friendly and professional.
I would recommend anyone to have any of the physicians here be there family doctor. There just isn't enough great things I can say about the entire staff at this location.

Always liked this clinic. My family has trusted them with our health for many years. Excellent doctors.
