The two guys who came let me know when they were coming and they arrived on time. They charged me what they said they would and took away the item. I was extremely satisfied.

If there's zero star, I would give it. Their website was catchy, a promise to be ON TIME. Well, i was booked for 9: 30-11: 30 arrival window. They called around 8: 30 saying they will arrive close to 12 noon, because they didn't anticipate that there will be delay. Then they called around 11: 20 saying they are working outside of the city, and will be more delay. That's unacceptable considering that you set an amount of time for this. I will never recommend this company! For people like me time is precious. I just cancelled. So disappointed.

We all know that customer service has taken a nosedive over the years. So it was a genuine pleasure for me to deal with a company that offered reasonable rates, were on time, personable, and kept in communication with me during the whole process. I would recommend JustJunk to anyone in need of removal services!

We used Just Junk to take furniture out of our house to donate. Dusty and Braydon were polite, efficient and careful while removing the heavy furniture from our basement and living room. It’s a good service Just Junk provides.

What a fabulous experience! I decided on a whim one morning that I needed to get rid of some stuff and I was able to book a same-day appointment with these guys. They called ahead of time to confirm the appointment as well as to let me know they would be arriving soon. We left everything on our driveway and they packed it all away into their truck; I was able to pay with my credit card right there. Three very friendly young men arrived to do the pick-up and let me know that they could recycle/donate the mattress I was having removed - I was thrilled!

Did driveway pick up for extra garbage. The two guys that came were insanely nice, and were making sure I got the best price. They were very good at explaining the extra charge if there was meat in the garbage that it has to go to a separate facility. Will recommend to others, and would use again if needed

They showed up in time and did an excellent service. I accidentally left my Husky wet saw tray close to the pile of garbage they loaded up. I called the office and they went through the whole truck to find it and returned it. Very satisfied with their service. We will use their services again in the future for sure.

Charles and Brandyn were punctual, professional, and courteous. Their communication skills were excellent before and during the removal. They surveyed the items we needed to have taken away, provided us with a ballpark quote, and ensured that we were okay with the quote and process before proceeding. Our final quote was within $100 of the original quote and that was just fine with us. They worked efficiently and with a smile. We would not hesitate to recommend this company based on our experience with these two polite representatives! Thanks, guys!

$150 for 2 minutes of work to place a 15lb stromdoor from our front lawn into their truck <10 feet away.if you minus transportation, gas and dump fees that's almost $50/hr for each person! Insane!

They showed up on time, but did not complete the job because they were concerned about liability with the elevator (understandable, the elevator didn't have pads up and wasn't in service mode). My building manager was contacted and said it was okay for them to use the elevator as-is. They still were not comfortable, so the job wasn't completed. This was at 2: 30 pm on a Friday before the long weekend. From my perspective, it seemed like their manager/supervisor just didn't want to deal with the job at the time because they were happy to reschedule and do it after the weekend even though the elevator situation would not have changed. I get liability issues, and if they aren't comfortable doing the job, then fine. That said, I've used 1-800-GOT-JUNK, moving companies, delivery companies before with no issues at the same space. Another company was contacted and the junk is gone without issues. I won't be contacting them in the future for their services.

Update: used these guys again recently for a much bigger load, nearly a whole truck, and was very pleased with the service from Cole and Dusty!

We are having our basement developed and needed some furniture and odds and ends removed. One piece was particularly awkward and heavy. Communication was clear as was the initial estimate. The employees were professional and worked quickly to remove all items. We were happy with the service provided and would use the company again in the future. We appreciated the advanced notice prior to the team’s arrival and clear communication.

I just heard the story of just junk helping a lady who lost her insurance due to a garage fire started by two homeless she allowed in from the cold. What a story! I am impressed and touched and you will be my first call when services you provide are needed by myself or anyone I know. #respect
