About a year and a half ago I took my car in for an inspection and they passed it with just a leaky rear shock, and replaced my front rotors. Brake pads were still very new.
I brought my car back to show the mechanic what my front driver side brake pad and rotor looked like, because another shop showed me pictures of what they looked like now, I was in for a winter tire changeover and the front driver side rotor and brake pad were very worn, the passenger side still looks great!

You failed to inspect my brake calliper sir, isn’t it really important to make sure it’s working correctly and not seized like it was?
You guys neglected to do a quick functional check on the calliper and refused to do anything about it to make it right after the fact. “Saying anything could have happened” and “brake pads and rotors sometimes wear unevenly. ”
As a result I have to spend more money to service my car. Not acceptable! I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Does not know what they are talking about. They do repairs that don’t pass inspection. And lie

Went there to get our vehicle fixed. After a day, the owner/mechanic called saying that he cant fix our vehicle. Came to pick it up, and charge us $700 for not fixing the problem! Got our vehicle with ENGINE LIGHT ON! Still shaking and shuts off randomly in the middle of the high way! He even told us that our vehicle is now safe to drive even though he wasn't able to fix it! And the fact that he still charge us with $700 is just beyond everything.unbelievable. He absolutely took advantage of my wife since she doesn't know anything about cars and she was the one who dropped it off. So we went to a dealership, the mechanic there that hes not supposed to do that he did cuz obviously its not gonna fix the problem! THIS SHOP SHOULD BE CLOSE IMMEDIATELY! WHAT A SCAM!

Stay away! They used low quality brake pads and rotors so brakes pulse and bounce. They don’t care. I also asked to have lug nuts retorqued and received rude reply and sent on my way. Will not go back.

DO NOT GO! Went for an oil change and had an oil leak ever since. I have never had a leak from this car in the last 7 years. Went in for the first time and oil was leaking. Went back to him a couple weeks after and he was rude. He said the leak was fixed but turns out it wasn’t. I had to go to another mechanic to do another oil change because they said the washer that JVW used was a plastic washer which caused the oil leak in the first place. Did the oil change at the other mechanic and voila, no more leak. Not to mention that JVW charges $30 more for oil changes as oppose to most other mechanics. Also looking at other reviews on here, looks like I am not the only one having the same issue. All in all, I had to do 2 oil changes in a span of a month to fix the issue. Please save your money!

I had an oil change done and am unhappy with the service I received. First, there was no care or attention given to my vehicle and it was returned to me with oil all over the engine and an overfilled oil tank which is damaging for turbo engines just as much as a too low amount of oil in the tank is. Also, my vehicle has been leaking oil since the service, even after I went back to get my car checked. With the damage done to my driveway, the inattentive service I received when I brought my vehicle in a second time, which didn’t fix the oil leak, and the extra expense I will incur to get my engine fixed elsewhere due to the poor service, ultimately I can say that my expectations for a routine oil change have not been met and I will not be returning for service at this auto shop.

Great mechanics.my goto place.they never overcharge. They stick to facts and will be honest with you. I trust them 100%

Such sweet people, I thought I needed something that would have cost much more than what was wrong and what they did fixed my problem. Telling all my friends to go there and save $100

I want to share a great review about the work done on my car. I am from Ukraine and my English would like to be better. To my great joy, they could speak Polish with me. I had a problem with the muffler and it was done very quickly and at a very good price. My car again began to work quietly, like an electric car) now I advise my friends!

Without fail these two have helped me and my family with any damage or issue with our vehicles. They have been our mechanic since day one! Super reliable, honest, quick, and decently priced!:) locally-owned and operated making them very passionate about helping others.

Don’t book tire change with them. They booked us after 2 week and then at the time of appointment they outright declined to change the winter tire. On asking the next door shop they say JVW always does this to their customer.

I had the most wonderful experience with JVW! I just got a nail embedded into my rear tire tread and it was the week where everyone was installing their winter tires/snowing (I know this because I called over 12 different mechanics and all of then said it would be 5 to 8 business days to get me in).

Not only was JVW super joyful and kind on the phone when answering, they said they would do their best to fit me in to repair my tire. I told them that I needed it by Friday and they said they would do that despite how swamped they were.

Then shockingly, they surprise and delighted me by fixing my tire the same day (I dropped it off right in the morning)! I couldn't believe it and was so excited.

Amazing customer service, amazing can-do attitudes, professional, and very grateful to have trustworthy mechanics like you around this neighborhood! Thank you so much!

I was able to get In and out right away, great service, top quality and affordable price. Not to mention very friendly and acknowledged staff.
