Worst customer experience ever in my life without listening over customer issues. Her name was Sharon who calls herself manager does not recognize the customer values. Do not recommend to buy any items from here.

I recently visited JYSK mayfield for a table cloth, and I was impressed by the impeccable customer service I received from their manager, he took the time to show me a variety of table clothes and plastic covers, the measurements he gave me, were right for my table, and the prices were very reasonable. I was really satisfied with my experience at JYSK mayfield, will be coming back!

Not impressed with management at this store. Today I had a wonderful employee by the name of Shianne helping me with a question I had. While helping she noticed a customer had gone out the door without going through the front end till, so she asked over her radio if the customer had paid. Her furniture manager replied with " I told you already you were just not listening. " Which I'm telling you right now while I was with Shianne and she was helping me, nobody had told her a customer had paid for product at the "kiosk" as I was right beside her and her radio was right there on her shirt, I would have heard it. Shianne replied "No, I'm sorry you didn't so it was good to know. "  To be talked to by management was disgusting and Shianne deserves to be treated as the awesome employee she is! Otherwise I would have given 5 stars!

I have always had great service at this location. I always find what I need, special mention to Linda has always been helpful!

Sharan was very helpful and cheerful in assisting my family purchase outdoor furniture today.

I like looking around this store, they do have some nice decor stuff. I was buying their bath mats. I did notice a price increase on their products since the last time I visited

We purchased an office desk. Price was good we also saw some other items like outdoor furniture the pricing was too high for what you get.

Great staff and experience. I was able to purchase a new desk and an office chair that met my needs. I plan on shopping here in the future.

Went in to take a peek at the new summer products and all the staff was very helpful, able to answer any questions I could think of.

Save yourself and don't ever buy a mattress from them, their warranty service is basically a scam and they will make up every reason to deny an exchange on a year old mattress, go with IKEA you will thank me.

Finally decided to check out this Jysk.very pleased with the service and cleanliness. Staff was amazing! Hailey and Andrea were a dream come true as I was lucky enough to have them both help me. Best Jysk in the city as yet. Will be back again

We were in this store this afternoon and am very pleased. We were helped by a lady named Andrea. She was very pleasant, happy, and we could tell she loved her job, not sure if she's a manager but it seemed like it with her knowledge. She walked us over to the items we were looking for and even carried it over to the cashier for us.
We will definitely be back to this location

Long story short, I arrived at the store a few minutes after closing and did not expect the employees to allow me inside. A gentlman named Youness escorted me to the item I wanted to purchase and took care of everything. He was not upset or disgruntled because he stayed late to help me out. He was very professional and well mannered. This location is very clean and organized, and the employees go above and beyond. Keep up the great work!

Had to go in for some new curtains for the kids rooms. Andrea helped me choose the right sizes and select the styles that my sons might like. She was so helpful! Also.my kids loved them! Thank you! I will definitely be back for the bedding next!

Pretty nice store not that many staff running around to answer questions but the ones that were there were food. Brightness and cleanliness get points too here. Not a bad place over all and some deals were far and few between but there were still some if you looked hard enough.

This store is clean, organized, and adheres to COVID regulations. The staff is also extremely friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I had purchased a piece of furniture that I found out to be faulty when I was almost done building it. I was told to bring it around back to the warehouse and the manager Youness and warehouse worker Jared worked tirelessly to fix my item. When they couldn't fix it, they made me a brand new one and wrapped it in protective wrap and loaded it into my car. I was so pleased and then on TOP of that they gave me a retroactive discount for any inconvenience. They were so gracious and helpful and provided amends that I did not even ask for. Also my furniture looks great and is exactly what I wanted! I will definitely be going back knowing that I can get such great products AND service.

One of the great Managers figured out how and where I change the pattern (s) of my Christmas Lights.
She also took me over to the standing coat hangers and helped me find the sturdiest one.
The cashier was great. She has great social skills and PR.

Good selection of furniture, housewares and bedding. Price reflects the quality, which is pretty good.

Not busy here but cashier looks very stressed out and not friendly at all. Like you come and ask for free.

I love this place! It's my go-to for curtains, placemats or pretty much any home decor. We recently purchased coffee tables from them and love them as well!

I bought something from this store a few days ago. I go by today to pick it up and their closed. Didn’t get a phone call a day prior telling me they would shut down. Now I have to wait 8+ weeks to pick up my item.

Lots of pretty things. Didn't find what I was looking for but always worth a walk through through. Great prices too.

Pleasant experience, ordered the item online for store pick up. Very efficiently handled. I was out of there in 15 minutes

Friendly staff.only thing i can complain about is quality twice now bedding set bought from their one wash ripped to nothing and was quite costly invest in better material!

Went into the store tonight and was looking for a princess canopy. I am pretty sure I was assisted by every staff member tonight. The 4 of them were soooo helpful. I was so impressed by the customer service and certainly will be back! Thank you.

So much to choose from and very affordable! I shop here regularly, lots of sales all the time. I feel like im getting great quality for my money

Lots of great european style items to be found here without having to travel all the way to Ikea.

Good seasonal selection. Reasonable pricing on most items especially curtains and decorative items.

Clean, friendly managers and staff, well organized and you can always find what you're looking for.i love it!

Very good prices. Some of the items may be on the lower quality side. But you should expect that for the prices.

Place has changed for the better. Only draw back is the prices on some merchandise skyrocketed. Economy is low right now as the prices don't reflect it. Lots of people left with nothing purchased. Thanks for listening.
