Very helpful from this stuff. Very easy to find sale stuff and if you have any questions there's always a staff member there to help.

Found mattress protector here. Slightly less expensive products here compared to the nearby competitor stores. Selection is more specific to housewares.

I like some of things in this store, however I do not like the furniture here (inside and out) couches mostly. They are made to small size wise. Other than that this there's lots of stuff to choose from at affordable prices.

After going to IKEA and getting a rude response from the staff, I went to JYSK. Wow! What a difference! Super helpful and friendly and frankly better built furniture. Go here first. Save yourself the hassle at IKEA.

Kelly is an awesome store manager. We ordered a couch that arrived with a manufacturer's defect and he and his team helped us sort it out right away. Very impressed with the customer service and we'll for sure be returning. Thanks again, Kelly!

I left a review for my broken desk from Jysk, they emailed me acting like they were trying to help and fix the situation which I wasn’t originally looking for, as I was just letting people know that the desks break if you move them! Anyways after they asked for a ton of info from me they said sorry nothing we can do. I actually was impressed that they were going to take responsibility and be a good business friend and I did shop there two times after the desk broke due to that. They lost a customer and I lost a place I love shopping at.

Worst customer service every, signs are labeled wrong then they say you moved it. Arguing with me when I said that the price tag was wrong, I was going to buy item at the price, but don't need to argue with me. I wanted item either way till she decided to be so rude. Do not go here,

I love Jysk! It’s always fun to walk through and look at houseware stuff. It’s fairly inexpensive for most things and they have a good selection

I usually drop by a couple of times a month to see what's new and am always finding something. Great place!

This Jysk has that "Jysk smell". You know, pine tar and plastic with cloves?

Anyway, you got your rolled up mattresses, spruce bunk beds, and a a wild assortment of candles. And plastic plants.

10/10 would burn an hour there looking at stuff with my wife again.

I've purchased a couple of items from here but they never last very long. The quality is pretty poor on most of the furniture here. Its true what they say, you really do get what you pay for. You'll save money now, but it will ultimately cost you more down the road when you have to replace it. Its a budget version of Ikea.

My husband and I went over Jysk last weekend looking for some bathroom items. Honestly, I had never been inside the store before. I was pleasantly surprised with the store. That morning I had bought a bed frame online at Structube, but I found a gorgeous one at Jysk. Just exactly what I was looking for!
While checking out the bed, Kelly (store manager) approached us. He was very professional, super nice and quickly helped us check out if it was in stock. Prices are incredible too. Such a gem of a store! We'll definitely be back!

UPDATE: We just put together the bed, and it wasn't difficult at all. The quality is INCREDIBLE! Not only they offer outstanding customer service, but the quality of their products is superb!

My partner and I walked into JYSK looking for a couch to make our place a home, and Kelly helped us do just that. After walking us through a few options that might work for our needs, we found exactly what we were looking for. Kelly made us feel confident and comfortable with our purchase and offered us a fantastic deal with a 12-month payment plan. Great service and customer approach.

Great experience shopping here, the manager kelly was quick to help us find a sectional and a wardrobe for a lower cost than ikea.

My son and I walked into Jysk having no idea what we were looking for in a memory foam topper. We started looking around and became overwhelmed very quickly. We were very courteously asked if we needed assistance from a fellow, we later found out, was Bruce. His assistance was exemplar. My son explained the situation and Bruce helped us pick out exactly what we needed. We purchased a topper and two memory foam pillows as well. Your sales were incredible and allowed us to do so. Bruce's expertise allowed my son for the first time in along time, 2 of the most comfortable sleeps he's had in years. He's happy and that makes me happy. Thank you Bruce for all your help.

I had a warranty issue with patio furniture that I had purchased a couple of years ago. Without any hassle or questions Kelly took care of the matter in just a few minutes. I am grateful for his exceptional customer service and will definitely recommend the Deerfoot JYSK to my family and friends. Thank you again for the great service!:)

As we were approaching the cashier, the woman behind the desk had a “ I don’t wanna be here “ look on her face. Did not greet us, wife asked her a question about the pictures behind her, she made her feel stupid asking. When she scanned the items she asked for my email, I’m thinking its for the receipt, after I gave her my email, I asked her what’s for she said it’s for promotions and offers, I said ok? I didn’t wanna subscribe to that why didn’t you ask for my permission? She’s like “ we’re supposed to just ask for your email “ I got very frustrated, Kelly the manager came over, he said the same thing. He told his staff to just ask for the email from customers without them knowing they’re being subscribed to these promotions. I’ll be filing a complaint to the headquarters. Bad and very poor service.

Bruce is a great person to deal with for bulk products. Overall JYSK is one place to shop furniture, curtains and everything else.

Me and my mom went in looking for a bed frame and tv stand and found much more that we had previously no luck finding. The furniture was on sale, actually in stock, and is so beautiful and unique. Would have skipped hours at IKEA across the parking lot if I had known how great this store was. Definitely will return for any future purchases.

The CSR cashier old lady named Christine is the worst CSR cashier i have ever came across. This lady is rude and racist and need to be fired from her job. Just because of her i am never coming to this store again.

On the hunt for dressers all day - with current supply issues, zero luck. A last minute stop at JYSK on the way home and we had the friendliest and best service ever! Kelly greeted us and was so friendly and the whole staff worked together to find the one item we were looking for.then Kelly and Kenny brought it to our car, figured out how to make everything fit and helped us load it. Absolutely incredible! Best customer service. Thanks so much.

We were just in there yesterday and when we asked for assistance, the young woman was reluctant and possibly stoned. When I asked why the two stacks of storage bins had big differences in prices when the description sign above each stack was identical, she said they just leave the sign above because it's easier. The one pile was for 50L bins and the other pile was for 60L bins, despite what the sign said. Then, I explained why it's a problem, she said "okay, I guess I'll fix it for you. " I think she would've been happier if customers didn't come to the store.
Then, at the checkout, we waited for anyone to show up, even though the previous employee saw us standing there, she avoided us. After a few minutes, someone walked up to the till like she'd been asked to come back from the parking lot and work a longer shift. When I said "Hello" to her, she maintained her silence and blank stare. Then, I said "Hello" again, and she responded as if she'd been to the Eeyore Customer Service School. She certainly used the least number of words possible to ask me for anything or answer a question.
Maybe I'm being insensitive to them. For all I know, maybe big layoffs were just announced, or a co-worker just died, but I sure don't feel like punishing myself by returning to this location.

Lots of good selections for decent prices! The products are similar to Ikea products, but you can find many good unique finds as well.

Most memorable experience in a long time. Being a sales manager I enjoyed how he cheerfully engaged us and help us find the right product. It's. You guys got it made.

Bought our kids both a new loft bed today, and wanted to say thank you to Canyon (?) For his knowledge and helpfullness, and Jesse for helping us load up after the warehouse staff had all gone home - 10 heavy boxes! Both were polite and professional!

Always so cluttered, didn't want to help me with bed frames and beds. I felt like I was a problem when I only asked if it was hard to build.

Good store, they got lots of stuff for indoor and outdoor decor and more. Went there the other day (April 5/21) for a cat tower and one piece was broken and Michelle and Curtis were absolutely top notch people who tried to replace the part but couldn't and instead upgraded it at no extra cost without a question. These two deserve kudos for their awesome customer service. Thanks again you two and of course we'll be back!

They have a lot of stuff, just q lot of it tends to be on the more expensive side. But look at how cute this Llama entry mat is!

Hi JYSK staff! I wish I got her name but I asked for some help on purchasing a floor model chair for my brother and the associate assisted me with my purchase. She took it to the cashier who is polite. I had trouble loading said chair in my little car but they gave me Allen key to take it apart. Thanks

We purchased a new patio sectional and the purchasing process was amazing. Michelle assisted us after putting something on hold, and she was beyond helpful and informative. However, once everything was delivered, we hit some snags. After some personal frustration, we decided to contact the store; store manager Kevin was incredible. He made things right. We have no doubt that we will be happy with our purchase now and that we will continue to shop at Jysk Deerfoot Meadows and it is all thanks to Michelle and Kevin.

Great experience. Found everything I was looking for with no problems. And even when they were only doing credit or debit because they were close right away, the cashier called up to see if she could take cash as it's all I had on me and they were able to do that for me.

I have shopped here many times and return. Staff is always helpful and good sale items. I first came here because of the issues across the street at ikea during Covid.

The cashier was very nice and helpful but unfortunately not the lady worked near entrance. She approached my husband and I without “ excuse me “ or “good morning “, that’s okay. BUT she moved the wall mounting which we decided to buy without a word. She showed us no respect by the way she stared at us. I am happy with my purchase but if ikea was not long line up this morning, I would still go ikea. I used to love jysk more than ikea.

They're usually the place to go to for late summer season house stuff.everyone else i visited had already pulled there summer patio line at most bigger box stores.

Curb side pick up. Pick up is at the side of the building. Ring the doorbell and put your receipt in the basket. A sales associate comes out. I had a big item, and the associate was very kind to bring it to my trailer. Quick, didn't have to wait in line.

I baught a shelf the first week of June. There was a middle aged+ woman on the till. Frowning all the time and behaving as if she was asking me why I'm even shopping there. She put a Final Sale stamp on my receipt without even telling me. (she was totally mute. No Hi, No By) When I decided to return the product after I got home, I realized there is a stamp" final sale". So I threw the box and decided to keep it. At night I checked the website and and saw the return policy is the same. I'm not going to shop again at Jysk coz they don't know they have to have someone at the till to be willing to communicate with customers or at least if don't smile or talk, they need to respect their customers rather than giving them evil look.

If I could take that 1 star off I would. No wonder why all retail stores are closing up. The rudest and most helpless employees specially Chritine from Merchandise.

Not great quality merchandise. Ok for dorm room stuff. Linens are generally low thread count and thin towels. Big selection of mattresses and pillows

This is one of the most amazing store i ever visited. Every sales associates amazing greets, smile and so excited to assist. Never saw this level of amazing customer service.
Free parking free handicap parking handicap access no publoc washroom. Designs colours and quality is remarkably good. You can deaign your room house lawn with minimum budget. I visit their with my daughter to deaign her room and we brought lot of stuff.
I will definitely recommend for all friends and viewers

Horrible place i will never be shopping at this location again! My mother went in to pick up a bed frame which she never given a receipt.she went to the NE location to buy the items they then told her to pick up the items at the SE location.both of the managers were horrible to her the female manager straight out called my mother a liar and wouldn't go check the back or call the other store to make sure that my mother was indeed telling the truth! They didnt even apologize to my mother after the fact! This is poor poor customer service this location should really train their staff better or hire managers that are willing to help customers and who are polite as well.

Crowded merchandise in limited space. Friendly enough staff. Cheap products and difficulty finding anything. Been there 4 times looking for things and 4 times walked out with nothing.
