A great store to purchase furniture and home appliances. The prices are reasonable, the quality is excellent and the staff is extremely helpful, especially Vladimir, who assisted us for 2 hours to help us find matching furniture for our apartment. Today we visited this store. We have only been in Canada for two weeks, but for the first time we got into an atmosphere of care and attention for buyers. Managers are professionals of the highest level. We just wanted to see and possibly buy the furniture we needed, but there was a feeling that we were in a company of friends who really want to help you. We were very well informed about the quality of all products. And when we had a problem with payment, all the consultants did their best to make everything work out for us. The consultants are very attentive and help to make the right choice. Many thanks to all the employees of the store, who helped us a lot to choose the goods we needed at very good prices. The store has a huge selection of very necessary things, so necessary for home comfort. I recommend everyone to visit this store and enjoy the work of professionals.

Customer service seems to be lacking everywhere except here! Michelle + Jolene were so awesome with not only kindness but going the extra mile with customer service. They also knew what the store had in stock. What a happy experience. I'll definitely be back.

I came in to pick up something I purchased at the other jysk location, but found something I liked much more. The staff made my return/purchase so easy. I had my two kids with me, one of which was being a bit cranky, leaving me slightly overwhelmed at trying to get the product out to my vehicle. And the box was much heavier than I anticipated, but a staff member (I believe her name was Amanda, I’m so sorry if that’s wrong but you know who you are and you’re amazing) carried it out to my car for me, chatted with my two kiddos which helped to calm them down, and was so friendly. Thank you so much! You’re going to be our permanent jysk location from now on.

AND the store is absolutely huge which is much better if you want to see a wider variety of their stock.

Very bad customer services. When to buy mattress but one Filipino staff from the bed section busy with talking loudly to his other co-workers and he was very rude when I asked questions. Never ever go NE JYSK.

Johanna went above and beyond to find a specific rug I wanted. From searching the system, to calling the back and then finding the last one. Awesome customer service!

Didn’t realize how HUGE this store was after relocating! Found what I needed and they had plenty in stock. A bit pricey but what isn’t these days? Cashier was also super nice and friendly!

Nice layout and friendly staff. Sadly the item i bought had issues and needed to return it, but had an easy and pleasant return process.

Open floorplan layout makes this the easiest store to find items. It feels bigger than others.

Matthew was probably the best sales associate I have encountered in a long time. Very honest about products, extremely knowledgeable, we left with an awesome duvet and new pillows! Will definitely be requesting him any time I come here:)

My experience in this store today was really bad. I asked The lady if she could help me cut the table cover but she just ignored me, i asked her twice but i guess she doesn't want to do her job. How could you make a money from the costumers if you didn't want to do your job? Not gonna come back here again.

I popped into the new Sunridge Jysk location this past weekend and had a fantastic shopping experience. The store was well organized, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the store had everything I needed in stock. I'll be shopping at this location from now on for the great customer service alone!

My husband and I were in and Kevin was fantastic he helped us with getting a folding bed and a few other things we needed. Great store, looks fantastic!
