HVAC technician Eric showed up to date to install our Ecobee smart thermostat. It was a frustrating couple of hours for him because of some wiring issues, but he problem-solved until he got it figured out. Excellent service, and many thanks.

Shame on this company. Be sure to watch technicians every move like a hawk and ask detailed questions. Elderly woman bought everything new from this company. Top of line, most expensive option even though she's not rich. 2 years later she needs furnace component replaced for heat in November. $1100 motor, not including labor. Summer arrives, AC won't turn on. She calls them. Technician fixes the problem quickly then charges her $250. Tells her there was a burnt wire. Didn't show her or leave the burnt wire or explain the cause.

There was no burnt wire at all. The AC was diconnected back in November by a technician. By mistake? , maybe but likely not. If there was a burnt wire then their work is unsafe and could have caused a house fire, even possibly deaths. No more business from her ever again.

The job was done quickly and professionally. I would keep going back to K&B, in fact I do keep going back to them!

Called about replacing a hot water tank. Service was very prompt, friendly and efficient, with no surprises on my final bill. The gentleman who installed my tank knew exactly what he was doing and the new installation looks and work great. Thanks KB

We had a problem with the water heater on the weekend and I contacted KB Heating on Sunday and they came early Monday morning and fixed it.we are happy

Needed an overdue duct cleaning & decided to call KB. Glad I did! Great friendly service on the initial call & JORDAN, the technician who came to do the job was excellent! Extremely thorough and courteous. He called ahead to see if he could arrive early as he’d had a cancellation. I VERY much doubt I’ll use any other company after having KB do the job.

KB service has generally been very good. Changing the anode did present a problem this time.

Asked for a qoute, never got one back, emailed all documents they asked for and no response. Was on time and showed up when they said they would. However never got back to me.

Called for a chimney cap after being surprised by a bat in my basement. Eric came promptly, did the measure and called back with the estimate. To my surprise it was ready the next day and Eric came and did the install. Great service!

We had a service call booked the day after we called, other places have rescheduled several times already or had a weeks long wait. The tech that stopped by this morning was here to repair our shop air, and I also had him take a look at the AC in our office, as it has been making a mind-numbling, god awful noise that I've suffered with all summer. He fixed the shop and the office literally within minutes, and was very polite and professional. Not all heros wear capes! I didn't catch his name, but thank you so much! Our shop guys are also so thankful to not feel like they're going to pass out from the heat! 10/10.

I wish I could do 2 reviews because I have had to 5+ star experiences with KB Heating! July 2023 my hot water tank bought at Home Depot 6 years ago was leaking. Called the original installer and they were less than helpful. Called KB Heating and Shauna was extremely polite, professional and helpful. She put me on the urgent list and we had a technician here in less than an hour. Kyle was so excellent to deal with. He was quick to determine that the machine needed replacement and was so helpful in assisting as much as he could with getting it replaced through warranty. He communicated extremely well and was so kind and knowledgeable. Thank you call so much for your urgency in helping us avoid a water tank disaster! You truly are my heroes! I will never use anyone else!
This review was from winter 2022 Had a concern come up with my furnace and KB van was next door working. Called the office (friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile sorry I can't recall the reception name in service) and they sent Eric to fix the problem once he finished his other job. Eric was friendly, professional, quick and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for squeezing us in at the end of your day!
