I have had the pleasure of having K & F Rollshutters installed at my office and at my last three residences. I really appreciate the security and energy saving benefits of these rollshutters and will recommend them for both business and personal use. I have those with remote operation, keyed operation, and the usual corded operation and have had minimal issues with them. Over the past 15 years, there have only been two instances where I have had to request service. Both of these were answered promptly and the work was completed neatly and efficiently.

I had a shutter on my bedroom installed. I'm a shift worker at night and light and noise is a big issue for me. I was a bit hesitant on buying on buying the shutter but cam in sales explained the process fully. I couldnt be happier with the service and product. I never take the time to write reviews for companies I deal with. Perhaps they're just not worth writing about!? ! But I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge Len and the entire team at K&F. Sadly, I find myself requiring their services more often than I'd like. But this is through no fault of theirs. In fact, when a negative situation arises with shutter work or repair. K&F and their exceptional service are the most positive aspect of my ordeal! If I had 1 complaint, it would be the fact they don't have an after hours emergency service available: (But nevertheless, the gang here are ALWAYS quite prompt in getting out to my location the next morning!
