Absolute crooks. Salvaged vehicles that are still falling apart. One of their vehicles got inspected at Nissan and they said the thing was falling apart. K1z said it was supposed to feel shaky when driving. Never trust them.

Worst car dealership in Lethbridge. I've had to have my car fixed every few weeks. Khalil is rude but would smile at you at first just to get a sale. I've had to tell 6 of my friends to look somewhere else to get a car, and for sure I would be recommending somewhere else for others.

Best place in town to get vehicle from. Khalil worked so hard to get us lowest interest rate possible and got us approved. We went to volkswagen in lethbridge they said that we were not able to get approved for loan but Khalil got us approved for same car. These guys are some of the nicest salesman I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Smart, efficient and very friendly. Zamir went above and beyond to not only get me the truck I wanted after being picky and taking days and days of looking at different ones he also went above and beyond to make sure I got everything sorted with insurance and registration so I could drive home the day of financing. Khalil and his staff were exceptional. They had the used truck I wanted and it was even in better condition than they described. I spent half an hour under the vehicle, discussing it's condition with Khalil's mechanic who did the inspection. At every step of my inspection and decision making process, the staff were patient, helpful and not one bit pushy. I have bought and sold cars for myself for 40 years, as I am a bit of a car fanatic. I can only think of 3 used auto sales businesses that I deeply respect from the past 20 years, and K1Z Auto Sales is one of them.

I've always had a good relationship with K1Z. I've been going to Zamir and he has been helpful and very friendly. I have gone a few times prior and have had my girlfriend go there also. However, my last visit I was introduced to another sales person, who was very rude and also charged me $30 for doing nothing to my car, even the accountant apologized for the way it was handled. I lost all respect I had for K1Z from this one encounter and will not be a returning customer.
