Andrew and the team here offer the best customer service I've experienced yet at a tire shop. Andrew is friendly and enthusiastic about cars - a pleasure to chat with. They fit us in at short notice for a puncture repair and battery replacement during their busiest season, knew exactly what to do about the troublesome Mini/BMW battery registration procedure, plus they even fit in a tire installation on loose rims well ahead of the timeline other shops in the area could offer.
5 stars all round and some very happy customers who won't go anywhere else from now on.

We have taken our vehicles to this Kal-Tire for many years and they have never disappointed us!
Mark and the other staff are friendly, prompt, professional and especially honest! They have given us second opinions on other very expensive repairs “indicated” as required by dealerships that turned out to be unnecessary.

They always get you an appointment in a timely manner and keep you up to date on what is going on.

Our most recent experience in October was a dud battery on a new vehicle that Dealer couldn’t seem to diagnose (very long story). We went to our favorite Kal-Tire and they diagnosed the problem, fixed our vehicle early the next day and sent us once again, happily on our way.

I needed a tire repair today. The 24th street SE location got it done for me in spite of their very busy schedule today. Very reasonable price. Thank you to Mark and his staff for helping me with this today. I absolutely recommend this location for any tire work you need done.

Second time coming here for a seasonal tire change and great experience both times. Super friendly staff and professional. This last time, staff went above and beyond. Saw I had a towel in the back of my vehicle and laid it down so the wet tires wouldn't soak the inside of my vehicle. They were also kind enough to measure my rims that I bought second hand, before installing the tires to make sure they fit my vehicle. Also had some help with their online chat to check if the rims would fit. They too went above and beyond to help. Will only be coming here for my tire changes.

Another great experience. Andrew is a pleasure to deal with. Always above and beyond. I trust him to look after all of our vehicles service requirements. Not Just tires.

Amazing service and great prices. I ordered tires elsewhere but unexpectedly got a flat and no saving the tire and definitely couldn’t wait around for ordered tires from another provider. Called this location and luckily they had my tires in stock and were able to get me in the following day for install (no appointment just do it as they have time). Such great customer service that I know they will be my go to for our future tire needs. Thank you.

Have been looking to replace my tires for quite some time. Called the Douglasdale location this morning, they had the BF Goodrich All Terrain KO2 tires in stock and were able to install them today. About the fifth time I’ve been to this Kal Tire location… fantastic service, great communication, responsive and prompt. No over-selling attempts. Mark is the face of this Kal Tire - great to do business with.

Updated to some new winter tires and rims. The sales rep, Andrew, was a wealth of info and really helped lock down the best choice of tires for me. Really like the new Nokians!

Thanks so much for the fantastic service the other day. I got great advice for choosing the right tires for our vehicle, and the staff was never pushy or trying to sell us anything. They let me know they could provide a tire quote upon request, and when I asked for a quote the prices were very competitive. I'm definitely bringing my vehicle here again

After taking my vehicle back to the dealership 2x to be told my leaking tire was fixed…Kaltire helped me discover the dealership missed the fact that a screw was stuck in my tire! Needed some winter tires and called in for info and options. Spent a bit of time on the phone with Mark going over all options. Called back to book and order the tires and rims. Everything arrived as scheduled, the guys were honest with the timeframe and the appointment was faster than I was told. Great shop and staff and I will be returning for my spring replacements. This Kaltire was extremely helpful, informative and was quickly able to help fix a miscommunication.

Mark was phenomenal about explaining how to find tire sizes, and ordering the rims I needed. They were quick to call and explain my options when an old rusted lugnut broke. And also helped me fix a miscommunication quickly and stress free when they accidentally put my winter tires on my old rims, and forgotten to put my new rims on.
Normally I'd have been stressed/worried. But they took care of everything and all it took was a call to get them to look in and fix it!

Andrew is terrific! He is our family's go-to-guy over the past two years and we always recommend to friends. A big reason we go here is the honesty and customer service. I've had numerous issues with my vehicle over the past year and Andrew got me in same day every time and always told me straight up what my options were. We always know our vehicles are taken care of without worry of hidden fees or random repair costs. Highly recommend using them!
