Great guys, they had my loose tires for my service truck loaded up so I didn't notice these things until I got home and put them on
My aluminum rims have some noticeable scratches compared to when I dropped them off, I didn't take any before photos so that ones on me
Several wheel weights don't look very well clipped on, the worst one (shown in the photos) I was able to pick off with my index finger with little effort. It looks like the other ones wouldn't take much more effort.
I will easily hit them on with a dead blow hammer so my biggest concern is that if this wasn't noticed one of them could have come off and went through someone's windshield or poked a hole in someone's tire and someone would have had a bad time if they couldn't flag me down to pull over.
All in all though, the trip was a success. They installed the tires that I ordered and the guys loaded them up in the back of my truck which was a big help
I'd bring stuff there again, but I'll be mindful to check this stuff before leaving next time

Asking for quote for the aftermarket rim for my truck the guy help me not good in customer service not helpfull and i don't like his attitude.better to go to other shop.

Best tire shop ever! Highest quality service, very knowledgeable staff, and the best price in town. I'll definitely stick with KalTire Innisfail.

We blew a tire on our picker truck and got it safely to Kal Tire who went to work to swap tires out for us. I'm posting this review not because it is an amazing thing that they did, because it is what they do, but they did it immediately when we arrived and at a very fair price. Thank you from Janice @ Serenity in Granite, Olds.

They torqued my wheels for me, saving me time and energy going back and forth. Have never had a problem with this excellent little shop!

They do good work but the show room is run down and the front door needs replaced. The staff is never real happy to see you either.

Nothing but top notch experience and service here. This is a busy place but its all about pre-booking appointments online. I will drive from Calgary to this location specifically to see Aaron. Look at the reviews, I see that Im not the only one who does! I haven't had great experience at other tire shops until O met Aaron at Kal Tire. To save me frustration and ensure my vehicle is safe, I follow reliable people. - its worth the drive

We got a flat tire on our way to Calgary, along E. Highway.not faraway from Innisfal.
So I called them right away if I can have an urgent service. They were very accommodating and fixed the tire in less than 15 mins.
Their team work in perfect unison!
Definitely recommend this place!

Ordered winter tires on October 6th 2020, got told by the man I was talking with at the time that the tires would be in on Tuesday October 13th.
On the 13th, the tires weren't in and no phone call was made to let me know.
On the 14th I called them and talked with them, and was told they weren't in yet, and the computer still showing that the tires were in Edmonton but they would call me back that afternoon to let me know when they would be in, and again no phone call was made.
On the 15th when I called, I was told that the tires were being sent to their store VIA purolator, and could take up to 5 days to arrive.
It is now October 24th and no effort has been made by this Kal Tire location to contact me to let me know the status of my order. I will not be ordering tires from this location again or doing any form of spending here.

I brought my car in for new front tires and they ripped off my exhaust pulling it onto the lift which also wrecked my headers. They then tired to not tell me about it before I left as I had to storm back in and call out the employee at the desk for my car not sounding the way it did when it came in. Uneducated and unfriendly staff would not recommend bringing your vehicle here at all! They’re parking lot is in dire need of reconstruction and on top of this the brand new tire I had put on was low in air pressure!

We had 4 new tires installed today, and we were very impressed by the wonderful service we received. Very fast, and great price. Highly recommend.

I would like to thank Aaron and his team! Aaron was fast, efficient and super kind! He ordered myself and my boyfriend tires.
My boyfriend ran over a nail and got a hole in the tire, we went to a tire shop and they gave use a quote and let us know that the tire could not be fixed and we needed to get new tires. We then decided to shop around to see what other prices we could get. We ended up at Innisfail Kal tire and made and appointment and got a good quote. My boyfriend went to get the tire replaced plus an extra. He then went to leave after dropping off this truck and the team at Kal Tire ran out before he left and let him know it is fixable and there isnt that great of damage on the tire like the other shop said. So they fixed the tire with the hole and saved us ALOT of money. We are still going to get a new set here soon for the truck and will for sure go to this Kal tire!
We are soooo thankful as we could not afford tires for the truck and SUV at the same time. We owe this Kal tire and we are super thankful they work with integrity! I would 100000/10 recommend this shop to anyone!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Buyer beware and stay away.spend over $3000. They will never take any responsibility for their actions. Garbage place. I Think most of the reviews are wrote by them>>.

A huge thank you to the team at innisfail kal tire. I was desperate for a wheel alignment before a trip out of town and these guys were able to squeeze me in last minute and get me on my way with no issues. Another huge thank you to Eric who made it such a smooth and easy process. Would definitely recommend.

I have been dealing with Kal Tire for over 30 years and have always been very satisfied. Ken and crew in Innisfail take it to the next level. Had a flat repair on a busy Saturday morning; in and out in 25 minutes, no charge. Customer for life.
