They managed to fit me in without an appointment to swap my winter tires. They were crazy busy because it was the first snowfall of the season. Everyone was busy, but had a great attitude! Will definitely be back!

Such wonderful staff. Bought an ebike tires were flat, they worked on it until they were able to inflate the back tire, I offered to pay them for their services, but they wanted nothing. So grateful for company's and staff that go above and beyond. I highly recommend and endorse this company, you dont get service like they provided from companys anymore. I am from out of town and got a flat tire while shopping in Camrose. It was closing time and I had called multiple shops in Camrose looking for help. Ryan and Dustin from Kal Tire were absolute lifesavers. They were so pleasant and happy to help me even if it meant working late! Amazing customer service. I appreciate it so so much.

I needed a small job on one tire. The service was so good one would think I was buying 4 new tires. KalTire is the BEST in the business. From the front end to the workers and Managment they make for a asume team any company should be very proud of.

Seriously AMAZING service! I know literally nothing about vehicles and yet none of the team members made me feel stupid or out of place. They didnt try to use my lack of knowledge to sell me things i didnt need and they explained things in language I could understand. They went WAY above and beyond what I was expecting. I could not believe how fast the service was, same day appointment! They were kind, funny and friendly. If you get tires anywhere else, you're seriously missing out on this camrose GEM of a shop! 10/10 will recommend to EVERYONE
