Went to this location the other day to get my tire pressure up to par and the gentleman helped me very quickly, came out and filled all the tires with a smile on his face.great interaction

Shane the service advisor is above and beyond service. I got my winter tires from kaltire 2 year ago. Then i go back for tire repairs. Shane explains their expertise in tires. Very knowledgeable service advisor and friendly person. While waiting in saw Shane helping other customers outside store by putting air on their vehicle. Josh is expert technician fixed my car. After the service i pay zero amount because Shane told me i got the tires from kaltire then they take care of me. Happy customer and going back to this store. Highly recommended for other customers.

What a joke didn't ask to fix a tire just pressure check and they tell my neice hr wait for a pressure check that takes 5 mins never again

I called maybe 100 other places that said no to me due to high volume. Then I called Kal Tire and was told due to holidays they would spread some cheers and squeeze me in even though they too are busy. I had a valve on my tire that's leaking air. And they fixed it quickly. They are super honest people and even though I needed new tires they didn't try to sell me anything only if I wanted too. But I really love this location. So clean and highly maintained and good people who work hard. Thank you to everyone here.

I needed to have a wheel alignment done on my rv, and this was the perfect place to bring it. The NE location on 20th AVE.services all the commercial and truck tires. They were efficient, and I could feel a real difference going down the road.

Late review here. Had a rough start of the week on Father's Day with exploded sunroof. On the way to get it fix, a tire with a screw in it added to the already frustrating day. Went to this Kal Tire branch but they were fully booked. Shane with his kind heart accomodated me to get the punctured tire fixed and me making it to my appointment for the sunroof repair. Highly recommend this place.

They couldn't get us in for a full tire repair, but added air to a low tire to get us on the highway! Thanks for helping us out!

Am in Calgary from BC and had a tire go almost flat. After putting air in it I went to the nearest Kal Tire and they fixed it for free! Huge thanks for fitting me in for the repair, and for the free fix!

The Staff member was super helpful in ordering the Winter tires I wanted (from BC), applying the sale price, storing for next Winter, and changing over to my All Seasons. My appointment took one hour! Thank you!

Can’t say enough how good the service I received here was.
I blew a tire on my BMW on Sunday night around 11pm driving on Deerfoot, by Monday 2 pm my car had a new special ordered tire installed and I was back on the road.

I brought my vehicle in to have the tires looked at, and as usual the employees were so kind and the work was done fast. They are courteous and friendly- it was again a great visit, thank you all.

Did alignment check there on the June 15th, guy said my alignment was a bit off, so the guy did the alignment not sure if he checked anything else as i hope he would do, but nonetheless still felt my car wasnt right after alignment, front desk guy booked an appt for me this morning at 8am, so i brought my car in thinking they would actually check to see what the problem is, all they did was go on a quick 2 min test drive with me and when i pointed out the problems while driving and asked if a mechanic can check on it the guy said their too busy so then i asked why did the guy book me at this time, his reply was "i dont know" hahah terrible customer service, not to mention when i first called for the alignment and booked an appointment i went in and they didnt even have my appt booked, also another day when i called to bring my car in they said yes there not that busy then when i brought it in they said id have to wait a few hours, thats when they booked me for this morning and wasted my time, smh, never going back ever, would give 0 stars if i could, 1 star is too high

Brought my car in today for a flat tire repair. Process was easy and super quick! Kirt was friendly as well! Props to the mechanic that worked on my tire. Best part of my experience was that I did not get charged for the repair at all! Was told that it was covered even though my tires were not bought from them. Very unexpected and would definitely bring my car here for any repairs from now on!

Really great customer service. I came here with a flat and they patched it up for no charge. When I asked why, they said that they would love for me to consider KalTire when I need any other tire needs.

As soon as I needed a set of winter tires, I knew where I would be going. The service has consistently been amazing. Specifically, Kirt and Kuber, are so friendly and professional. An amazing team at this KalTire location. Highly recommended.

I've been to this location previously for commercial purposes and that's why I chose to take my friend to this location to have her winter tires taken off and all seasons put on.

Great customer service, great communication from the inside salesman (my apologies if that title is incorrect) and great communication from the techs who did the tire change, mount, balance and installation.

If you're looking for a no BS to the point kind of place, I highly recommend this location.

I’m so happy I came here! The entire place was filled with the HAPPIEST staff. No one made me feel dumb or awkward when I walked in and knew absolutely nothing about my car.
I feel like this place is filled with a bunch of fun dads/guy that actually just want you to not worry about your tires.

I want to highlight the amazing service and integrity of this location. I had booked a service appointment for a tire leak. I had completely forgotten about bringing my lugnut lock and unfortunately spent some time looking for it. Ultimately i had to go back home to get it.

I had offered to compensate them for their wasted time. But they told me they're not going to charge anything because no work was done. Such a refreshing change in these times where you only hear about getting ripped off.

They were able to rebook me for a later time that day and got my issue fixed! Thank you again.

I was very impressed with with the service I received. I called another Kal Tire first and told them I wanted 4 tires and they told me that they don't have the size I want. The I called here, they also told me that they don't have them in stock but checked there warehouse and could have 4 by 2pm. I showed up at 2 and by 3 my vehicle was done. My recent visits to Kal Tire locations has convinced me to try them more services.

Sat on hold for 30 minutes just be be hung up on without them even checking to see if I was there.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get the service I was looking for.
I booked an appointment and was in the store before my appointment. I had to wait for a long time to be served and many clients who came after me got served before me… I think just because they knew the staff in person.
I asked them to put back my spare tire in its original place but when I left it was just thrown in the back of my car in a very unprofessional way.
I’ll not visit them again.

Great location, always receive prompt and friendly service. Just bought some new wheels and put the summers on. Great group of guys working here.

Had a problem with my tires valve. It wouldn't close and leaked like crazy. Brought it to Kal Tire and the manager fixed it for me for free and quickly! Absolutely made my day! Will be back for all my tire needs from now on! Thank you!

Took a while to get through on the phone. But once my vehicle was in. Everyone was professional and couertous.

Today during the middle of my workday, my tpms light warning came on. I went to the nearest Kal Tire. I didn't have an appointment but they immediately pulled my car into the shop and discovered a screw in my tire. They repaired my tire and topped off my wiper fluid and had me on my way in 30 mins. Thanks for the fast service, saved my day!

Thank you to Elijah for all your help. I was so stressed trying to find the right lock for my wheels. It kept breaking and breaking but Elijah told us a trick on how to fix it. He went above and beyond on what he was asked to do, and I really appreciate it.

Have to agree with the below post. Have been using Kal-Tire for 10+ years and this location for 2 years and as of the past few months service just isn’t the same.
Took my vehicle in as they were losing pressure and they only fixed one. When I asked the response was “Well I didn’t know about the others, we close in 30 minutes are you picking up tonight? ” Almost felt as I was being an inconvenience to whoever was on the line.
Second visit, was told could no longer get the tires I wanted anymore, as they were all gone for season. After declining to purchase others we went online and noticed I could order the exact tire I was looking for right on Kal Tires website. That said, I’ll be driving further to the 32nd location from now on.
Third, and this applies to all locations now. They removed the free seasonal tire swaps for their customers. That was always a huge selling feature for me.

I went in for a bolt on bolt off summer tire change to winters during the last week of October. I booked online (super easy) and sat in the lobby for about 45 mins during the change. Great COVID 19 measures were in place as well as services provided. There was a small hiccup with the switch over (a part was broken), but once I left, and spoke calmly to a staff member they were able to fit me in for the repair about 1 day later.

They were extremely busy, yet extremely professional and kind.

My family with over 5 cars in total would highly recommend this locations' services, knowledge and customer services. Not all locations are the same so I would strongly recommend this hidden gem for all your needs!

I went to this Kal tire to get my tire changed after I got a flat. I have low pro tires on my car so my car didn’t register the flat tire as it should, because of this I drove on the flat tire for a short period of time before noticing. After bringing it in and finding out it couldn’t be fixed I ordered a new tire. When I brought the flat tire and rim to put the new tire on, I also brought the paper work from when the the original tire was bought from Kal tire for warranty purposes. Because there was another name on the receipt from when the original tire was bought he said I don’t qualify for warranty. I then asked him if I had brought the person who’s name was on the receipt in, if the tire would still be covered under warranty (because I accidentally drove on the tire I wasn’t sure) he then said it “depends” and said I shouldn’t have driven on the tire when it’s flat and that’s what your flat tire monitor is for in your car. I then told him the monitor did not go off possibly because of my low pro tires and not the cars OEM run flats.to which he replied does not make sense as it’s based off of pressure in the tire. (Which Is not true it’s based off of rotation speed of the tire) as he was trying to argue with me he handed me the receipt with my GIRLFRIENDS name on it, as she was the one who called in to book the appointment while I was at work. Because he did not honour the warranty 5 minutes ago and didn’t put the brand new receipt in my name I didn’t want this to happen again so I asked if he could put the receipt in my name. After refusing and me offering to bring my girlfriend in he wrote my name in black pen and wrote purchaser in brackets on the receipt. All in all very rude service from member “RQUANTRILL” and now I don’t have a receipt in my name for warranty for my next flat.

Had the best service today with Kal tire, dealing with a pandemic and a flat tire and needing my vehicle for work, a huge shout out to amazing humans during these tuff times. We've always used you guys and once again thanks a million!

Showed up without an appointment with a flat tire. The counter staff managed to fit me in during a busy day. Repair was completed in under an hour.

Just like Safeway, 6 tills and no service. I was first in line but they were busy on their cell phone, chatting together or watching the work bay.
I explained that my winter tires are in bags marked for their position on the vehicle and the tire taken off was to go back in the same bag. I guess the instructions were too confusing.
I used KalTire because they were close
Next spring I’m going back to OK Tire.

I put my winter tires for my 2012 Jeep Cherokee Laredo in storage earlier this year. They were Nokian Hakkapeliitta's studded and size 26560r18. I went to pick my tires up today
First of, the young customer service agent with blonde hair was rude and unprofessional. She served me and I loaded my tires that were left by a bay door into my trunk. A young man working in the shop area, came out to help and was surprised why the customer service agent had not sent someone to load the tires in my vehicle. He loaded the last two tires. To make this long story short, I was given the wrong tires under a different person's name. When I returned back to the store, the same young lady served me. She was adamant that the tires were mine. I advised here that I have never owned a 2015 Honda Accord and asked her to get me my tires. She decided that I was rude, refused to serve me and walked off. The guy next to her desk, Craig ended up addressing the issue. I showed him my bill of sale for my Jeep that I sold and confirmed that I have never had a Honda Accord. As it stands, he will follow up with me. My tires are missing even though I paid for the storage fees. I will be addressing the young lady's conduct with Head office. I would like Kaltire to give me back my tires. I will never do business with them again and I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Did my new rims and tires mount and balanced in April. Car was shaky on high way. After I own my repair shop this year, re-checked all the wheels, non of them were balanced. Never trust those name-brand shops.

I’ve come here in the past for boat and holiday trailer tires because they have great access for this.
This last time was for new rubber for my truck. Quick and reliable service.

Don Huber zone manager gave us amazing service, I was driving from Toronto to Victoria in our RV. He helped us on the phone, advised us to go to Kal tire Regina to get it inspected. He ordered the parts for us and squeezed us in even though it was a busy Saturday. He was extremely pleasant, professional and friendly. Who would have thought getting a tire fixed would be a good experience? These guys are as professional as you can get. Tom helped in my car out of there by the time I had finished my popcorn and hot chocolate. I didn't even have time to read much of the newspaper provided. I could not have fixed it myself for less, and certainly would have been a lot more miserable!

Comfortable uncrowed customer lounge area in large, bright area. Kal Tire - you are #1 in my books! For the best customer experience I would recommend you book an appointment first - Then it is in and out. You might have to put air in your tire for a day or so.

I found a nail in my tire. Usually, when you go to a car dealership, it could take up some time. Hoping to save little time I decided to visit kal tire online.

Live chat was very easy, I let them know about my issue, and the person gave me locations closest to me. From there Andrew picked up the phone and recommended that I booked an apt. He got me in within 15mins from when I called, and I got my car back in no time. Great service, and a comfortable waiting lounge.

Took one of our fleet trucks for a flat tire repair and when I went to pick it up I found out they charged me for an oil change. They phone fleet telling them trucks needs an oil change (oil change life left sitting at 48% so NOT due for oil change). Fleet approves it since they do not know what percentage is left on each truck. I always do all our fleet vehicle services in the respective dealerships and now I am going to be behind on their schedule. Next time Kal Tire should phone the person who drop off the truck first and ask instead of calling fleet to charge for something that it was not needed.

One of the most professional auto places I have been to. Took a tire into get fixed because it had a screw in it. They fixed it free of charge. As I sat waiting I watched the friendly staff deal with customers. Everyone seemed happy! Professional. I would highly recommend this shop!

First of all. Best price for whatever work i needed for my vehicle. The most recent was an oil change. Customer service was far better than expected. We couldn't find a proper filter for my vehicle so they scoured the city and finally found it for no extra cost. I strongly recommend and will be using again in the the future.

I've been using this Kaltire for my tire and suspension needs since the 90's. Throughout that time I've never had a single bad experience. Customer service is always excellent and jobs are always done on time. I've probably had at least 15 sets of tires and 10 alignments done here over that time with no issues. I highly recommend them.

Their policy of fixing flats for free got me in the door and has kept me here for over two decades. Not a bad plan.
