Never bringing my business to them again! I needed a hand, thank you instagra tire for doing what all tire wouldn’t!

High prices, lost a hubcap right after getting the tires changed. I got there about 9: 00 and had to wait until noon to get two tires on (Motorhome tires). Manager said he would replace the hubcap——That’s nearly 2months ago, poor customer service. It’s great I know a few truckers that will avoid getting tires there!

Fantastic service from the team at Kal Tire. They went above and beyond when I brought in my old 600k Toyota. I know it wasn't the easiest thing to work on but they really came through for me.

Disappointing customer service for RV tire service. The online system may let you book an appointment but what it doesn't tell you is its first come first serve for RVs so your appointment time is meaningless. Took two visits so far to even get the trailer looked at.

Made an appointment for 10am on Saturday. Came in and was told there was no appointment made. They “fit” my boyfriends truck in and we were told they would call when finished. It’s now 9pm, got no call so did a drive by to find out they finished the truck same day and left the winter tires in the bed of the truck facing the street where ANYONE could have stolen them. Not to mention they’re not open on Sunday’s so the tires would have been out for another full day to get stolen. All they had to do was call to pick up the truck. Absolutely pathetic.

Knowledgeable staff great service and all work was done in a timely fashion. I has questions involving another truck I own and Monty was able to answer all my questions.

UPDATE: down to 1 star, said they would call when they have another tire in so we had a spare (running without a spare right now). No calls from them at all.

Sad that one bad apple spoils the experience but Chase is a disrespectful arrogant and rude individual with a serious attitude problem. Name-calling intimidation but yet when brought to the attention of another person I was told to go outside and me talking about him that way wasn’t appreciated. I don’t know at that point if they were playing childish games but four trucks were worked on ahead of me and my total time spent there was over five hours.

Condescending and pricey. Wanted to charge 230 to add balance beads to my tires. Good for in a pinch, tire craft was way more reasonable. But not open as late on Saturday. Two stars for their hours only.

Incredible service. Guy behind the counter jumped right on swapping our tire and had us out of there in 15 minutes. Very impressed.

Order some tires, dropped my 2 off at noon and asked if they would be done by 2: 30 or 3 and was told no problem and they would text or call. No text or call so I went there at 3: 30 and tires were still sitting where I left them.
They didn’t seem to care so I took them to Ok tire, got a better price and the tires were done much sooner then they told me. I didn’t mind paying a little more at Kal because it was convenient for me but now I’ll drive a little further for better service.

They helped me when my front truck tyre got flat, m arrived 10 mins before they close, I appreciates their help, Trucking goes cuz of these helping hands

I love coming to this place it's pleasurable I dropped my car off in and out 2 hours I love this place I highly recommended Starbucks is awesome the popcorn is good and fresh the staff is courtesy and respect and polite I really want to come back and start every time

We have been going here for years. But today we had the worst experience ever. Booked appointment for oil change and tire swap which were on rim's. It took 3 hours. We were told an hour and half which is reasonably. More interested in service others. We have other vehicles but we will not go back.

Wow they r the worst. Wait wait wait. Incompetence is unbelievable. Dont go I'm not kidding. Training ground for the rest. They do not do a good job at it. Wish they had a rating lower than 1 star.

I needed to get the wheels on my drive axles retorqued. They were very accommodating! I was there less than a 1/2 hour.

Booked an apt to install winter tires. They stated it would take 30-45 minutes. The actual appt took 1hr45min. No apologies. Then the tires were not balanced properly. Made an appt to get it fixed, and again their 30 minute commitment took 90 minutes. Might as well have gone to a lower cost competitor.
