Was very satisfied with the service I received from this location. Was coming in with scepticism from a bad experience at Midas 50th location but the guys here really turn my mind Ard about mechanics, they were super helpful and actually got my car serviced unlike Midas mechanics.
Very pleased. This will be my primary mechanic shop onwards. Can't recommend this shop enough.

Had a blowout on the hyway and the guys were there to help me in anyway they could. They got me back going in 45 min and kept my day on schedule thanks again

Found it to be extremely slow compared to other shops i have had repairs. Workers wandering around but doing nothing.

Woke up to a flat tire - great! Called around to try to find somewhere to get it patched and everywhere in SP wanted me to leave it for the night. For a 20 minute patch. Except these guys. I was able to get it in same day and was fully expecting it to be kept all day so they could squeeze it in between jobs but they got it back to me in less than an hour. I was amazed. They explained everything and the price was super reasonable (I can't remember what I paid). Definitely recommend taking your car here for all tire needs.

Called ahead for an appointment to fix a tire leak and was told openings and got here 10 minutes late and lady at counter was rude and said they can’t help me now until 2 hours later. Not helpful at all when left with a busy day and a tire leak.

The staff at this Kal Tire know the meaning of Customer Service! Made an appointment to check out a tire that went flat.car got in right away, was done in about 20 mins and because we bought the tires from them, there was no charge! While I was there, another happy customer dropped off donuts for the staff in appreciation for work they did for her.they offered to me as well!

Excellent service (had to leave vehicle overnight in -30 and they parked my car inside), quick and friendly. Also cheaper than all the others that advertise as cheaper. Definitely will go back

I took my truck back in August, to have all my tires re-balanced after finding some weights had fallen off. I was finally able to change my tires for the winter and I noticed one of my rims had been scratched (which what looks like a flat head screw driver was used) to take off the remaining weights that had not fallen off. A little bit of the weight adhesive I can forgive and remove myself, but scratching off the paint and gouging rims not cool. I am lucky they are aluminum rims and won't rust but I'm not impressed. I will be going back here for any tire services.

I’ve dealt with this Kal Tire location for tires and repairs etc over the last 10 years or so. They’re always great. After work today I noticed my notifications on my instrument panel were on for low air in tires. Of course first few days of cold that’s what happens. Jordan came over and assisted me with a friendly greeting and a smile. He put air in all my tires and I appreciate him doing so because it was damn cold. It’s nice to meet friendly people who are happy to help you. Thank you!

Bought winter tires at a different Kal location in 2015. Over the seasons, my aluminum rims started to corrode resulting in bead leaks. Kal tire fixed the leaks, no charge!

I recently picked up my second set of MICHELIN WINTER TIRES (X-ICE Snow) from Kal Tire and everything went smoothly considering that it was the height of the winter tire changeover at the park

Left my tire to get fixed there today (aug. 23). Simple patch, shouldn't take too long. Was told I would get a text when it was done and was told it would be done by 5 and did not receive a text or call so now my tire is there over night, had I known that I would have gone somewhere else, not impressed at all!

Helped a great deal. Within my budget got a bit of a discount. Great group of guys. Everyone was smiling noone seemed to hate their job. Awesome

Had a great experience. The sales staff fixed my tire under warranty and were very helpful. I got it back The next business day since it was near closing.a nice clean shop. They have great tire deals for any type of vehicle

I went there thinking that these guys might be knowledgeable but they are the biggest roukee. They don’t know how to find problem and fix it. They made my less shaking problem to worse shaking matter. I have to take my truck to other shop for balancing again. They charged me $128 to make my problem worse.
DONT DONT go there.

Brutal service and John Snow wasn’t very nice to deal with. Not a pleasant experience at all would not go back there.
