I had a wonderful experience here when I had some delays from the part dealers with my repairs. The manager ensured it didn’t inconvenience my schedule, and everything was smooth. I am happy I’ve always used KAL Tire Tamarack for everything concerning wheels & tires.

Exceptional service and great attitude from the team. You can tell they love their jobs and that goes a long way. The quality of work is on point and they truly and properly take care of their customers. I can not express how satisfied I am. I got Pirelli P7 tires with some sweet Core Racing Storm wheels installed and I will definately be coming back for my winter tires to be put on my stock wheels. All in all:

This is my first time delating with Kal Tires. I purchased four tires from Tamarack locations. I am super happy with service, I received, I dealt with Assistant manager “ Arron Carnahan” guy is super nice and professional. He explained me the entire process and helped me choosing best option. Service was quick and i received constant update too.

I normally purchase from Costco but from now onwards, Kal Tire is my go to store. Thanks Arraon and team. Its pleasure doing business with you.

Extremely professional team!

I was quoted a few different jobs to be performed on my car by the dealership. I booked an appointment to get wheel alignment done, as suggested at the dealership.

The mechanic showed me the results from the computer. Apparently, the car had perfect alignment!

Kal tire did not charge me a single penny!

I left with a $0 bill and a smile shared by the whole team. Extremely happy with an honest team who truly values building good relations over profits!

These guys, and lady at the front are amazing. Helped thoroughly explain what was wrong with my vehicle and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Highly recommend this location for all your tire needs.

Went in to get my winter tires put on and according to a dealership have lower ball joint replaced they told me needed to be done on a two year old truck all highway driven.

Guys at Kal tire once they looked at things said I did not need that work done. Don’t trust a dealership always get another opinion.

I went in with no appointment and the expectation to leave my rims for a few days to get winter tires put on, being that it's the start of the snow season. Not only did they have the 4 tires I wanted on hand, they had the tires mounted/balanced and turned around 3 hours later with no notice or appointment. The staff were great to deal with and super friendly

Donavan was extremely professional, and helpful. He recommended excellent tires and showed knowledge in his area of expertise. I had new tires and rims on my vehicle in less then 24 hours from the minute I had ordered them. They performed an inspection and told me future services I would require and also did an alignment while going over the results so I was able to see what was wrong. Best kal tire I have ever been to. I will be going here exclusively.

I was really excited when Kal Tire opened up a location that was walking distance to my apartment. I was so excited that went on the website and asked, through the chat function, when the Tamarack location would open. I made note of the opening date and called the store a couple days after it opened to book an appointment to change my tires. I asked for an appointment on May 7th and was told I could have my pick of appointments. Since I needed my car later in the day, I asked for the earliest appointment (8am) and was told that the service would take an hour and a half. I then confirmed that I was speaking to someone at the Tamarack location before hanging up the phone. Imagine my surprise when I arrive on May 7th and am told they lost my appointment. However, at this point I wasn’t worried because I was told they would “fit me in”. I was NOT told that I would be waiting until past 4pm for my car to even go in to the shop. Losing my appointment was bad enough, but taking other appointments for later in the day before my car was even looked at was completely unacceptable. I was then told around 4: 30pm that they were unable to change my tires due to an unforeseen issue (which I recognize was not their fault, but I could have called my dealership when they were still open, had Kal not taken 8 hours to even LOOK at my car). Frustrated and upset, I went back to my car only to find that they had not even put my spring tires back in the car. Which is just unprofessional. Tamarack friends, I know this place may seem convenient, but I would recommend going elsewhere. They are completely unprofessional and not worth your business.

UPDATE: The comment they posted is not true. No one from Kal Tire has tried to contact me.

Great service! They fit me in same day for a tire balancing, brake service and tire rotation. They were so busy; which is a reflection of their amazing service.

Donavan has been doing a great job managing this Kaltire. Keep up the great work. Best customer service Kaltire in town.

First timer and I thought the customer service was excellent. Will go back if I need anything.

I had to stop in to get my tires checked on route to Calgary. AMA examined my tire but they recommended Kal tire look at it to make sure nothing else was wrong. My schedule was very tight. The technician took me in right away and they examined the tire. It was all good. No charge! I was out of the door and on my way to Calgary in under 30 minutes.thank you’

Prompt and courteous service upon arrival. Staff were very attentive to my needs. They were polite in recommending other services they offered and respectful when I declined. Service was quick and efficient with no complaints. Very satisfied with how this location is managed and how the staff go about treating customers.
