I have only good things to report. Bought my tires here a year or so ago and it was a good experience so I decided to set up an appt to check on a periodic strange noise coming from my rear end. I suspected a sway bar or strut problem but wanted a diagnosis. Within an hour I rec'd the inspection report and the rear exhaust shield had just come loose (they even supplied a video of it) and they just tightened it up. Someone unsuspecting could have easily been hoodwinked into a $500 or $1,000 bill. Their report also spoke about the brakes which I figured could be due because they've never had any work on them. Rather than recommend replacement, they said they were still good but to get some more life from them, the pads could be cleaned and lubed. I was happy to get this done if I can get another few years out of them. At the end of the day I had an honest and very efficient experience and I'll definitely be back. Thank you.

Front staff was knowledgeable and helpful with my questions on winter tire options. Issue i have is it took 2hr 45mins for a new purchase winter tire install. 930am appointment, pulled into the shop 1040am, done 1215pm. Another issue is the alignment check performed turned into an adjustment without approval costing me $155 which the manager refunded. My vehicle is new and the rear toe and camber were pretty off, toe was adjusted but camber could not due to factory design. So i went to Toyota and they said everything is on spec except the toe Kaltire adjusted. So the technicians at Kaltire may not be up to par.

Last time I go here the one dude just was playing with all the knobs in my car then forgets to put on my last wheel lock protector now I need a new set of rims thanks for doing such a poor job it ended up costing me more pfft
