Kal Tire

Brought my car in for winter tires. They were able to fit me in sooner then anywhere else, there service was quick and efficient. Very happy with them I will be returning to get my new brake pads

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I asked for a tire that matched the stock brand I which had to be special ordered waited a full month and had to call multiple times to find out if the tires which were slated to arrive at around 10 business days and I waited 2 weeks before I called asking for an ETA.

Got told they will get there when they get there and I would receive a phone call when they arrive. K fine a full month had passed and still nothing. Call and get told they arrived already so I book my car in and ask them to please measure the tire to make sure both rears don't need to be replaced. Leave my car and get a call 3 hours later in a business meeting so I let it go to voicemail. Doesn't leave one, get a 2nd phone call 2 mins later this time with a voice mail. Voice mail is to tell me my tires arrived and I can book my car in.

I then call back and ask them if the vehicle is ready and was told that my tires were far out of allignment but they were calling to offer a complimentary alignment to correct it but because I couldn't be gotten ahold of my car was finished up and was good to go with alignments and all. Go to pick it up and get told nope, it never got finished we needed you to say that it's ok to do the alignment. They then charged me for it and this was after they called me again to tell me it was ready to go and I said someone was already there to pick it up and without another word I got hung up on.

Never gonna go here again, and unless you liked to be dragged around by the nose I would avoid it like the plague.

The customer service I've received at this Kal Tire is unmatched. This is the only location I will bring my business to, because of the care they have for their customers and willingness to go above and beyond. I had a very rough week, and they did everything they could to ensure I left happy. I will continue to bring my vehicle here, as well as refer all of my friends/family. Great customer service, fast service, and a great place to do business!

Dealership screwed up my tires, and refused to fix. These guys helped me out and didn't charge me. Unprecedented professionalism.

I have booked appointment for10: 30 today for my semi truck alighnment unforunately i was late but i inform them and they told me that yea you can come whenever you done when i went after 2 hour they told me that we can’t do it today i am disapponted because didn’t cleared me that they can’t do after 1 hour rounder drive lost $50 diesel suck my truck sorry but i will stay frim kal tire wating time and money

Thank you so much for the honesty and professionalism. Our motorhome has a flat tire in one of the daullies. We called OK tires first and was told that we could just drop in today. So we went there only to find out that they will not be able to help us today due to some emergency. We were kind of stuck. We called one of the other Kal tires locations and was referred here. We called here to see if we could get it dealt with. The lady on the phone was so kind and booked us in right away. We got here in 10 minutes and was able to pull into the canopy right away. The guys at front desk are very helpful and welcoming. They even tuned in the cartoon show for our kids in the waiting area.

After a short while, the mechanics came and told us that the tire was fine there was a lose connection that caused slow air leaks. He fixed it for us free of charge. This just showed that they were extremely honest and professional folks. They could have told me that I got a punctured tire I would believe it. I really appreciate you! Will do business again if I need work done on my class A motorhome. Thanks again!

Amazing service today at Kal Tire!

We discovered a flat while picking up a foster kitty at the local AARCS shelter and stopped into the Kal Tire just down the road, which is not our usual Kal Tire.

We were helped by Midhun and Grayson, and they fixed our tire and had us on our way home in 15 minutes!

They provided advice re timeline for our next tire replacement and did a brake check and let us know we needed a brake service soon.

We always shop with Kal Tire and LOVE the extended service available from any Kal tire you happen to be near. It really feels like they have our safety in mind.

Recommend had a few parts thrown in here and bought a couple tires. It's good service up front and great service in the back. My truck has never driven straighter the it does now. And they have a good selection of quality tires they were able to have my tires in the next day after my quote.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING! Travelling to Kelowna through Calgary for a medical appointment my tire light come on around 11: 30 am. I was in a tough spot as the appointment was the following day, an 8 hour drive and the tire was unsafe.

The staff at this Kal Tire location were AMAZING. Empathized and understood my dilemma.checked for a replacement tire in case mine was unrepairable, found time early in the afternoon to take a look and got me on my way.

Not only did they fix the tire, I was not charged and was walked to my vehicle under an umbrella as it began to rain hard and I wasn't dressed for it. Unexpected and fabulous.

I am forever GRATEFUL to the amazing kind people who helped me that day. I will never forget and have told so many people about my positive experience.

They are very nice people and they do a great job. I will bring my car back when it's time to put on winter tires.

Went by this location on May 27/23 for faulty tire sensors. They tested the sensors and two needed to be replaced. Service guy quoted me for the sensors and said the price included installation. Went back for my appointment on May 29/23 and installation was done. I was charged extra for the installation so I inquired and was told all Kal Tire locations charge. I contacted 5 other locations and was told by the managers that installation is included with the price of the sensors. I called this location and spoke to the manager regarding this and was told all the other managers were not doing their job correctly. I will personally not return to this location and won't recommend them if asked by anyone looking for tire service.

I have been coming to this Kal Tire location for years solely because of the amazing service I get from Shaun at the front counter. This man is just awesome, he’s so friendly and polite! His team is also great because every time I have come they have been outstandingly nice and no problems with my car! If I do have problems after the service they help me and don’t charge me which is super refreshing. They answer any/ all questions to the best of their ability and have very informative individuals that work there. I drive far to come here and I won’t stop! They have me as a customer for life and when people ask me where to get their tires changed I will always recommend Shaun and his team! Thank you Shaun very much - your kindness doesn’t go unnoticed, keep it up!:)

I was travelling through Calgary during the May long weekend when one of my tires developed a steady leak so I spent about two hours trying to find a shop to repair it all to no avail. But when I phoned this Kal Tire location, they were very accommodating and made room immediately to repair my tire so I could get back on the road again quickly and safely! Thank you, Jamie, for providing such excellent customer service!

Kal tire completely met all my expectations. The staff were friendly, efficient and the service was great! The store was spotless, the new tire install and oil change was done within 2 hours and my final charges were as expected. I will always return to Kal Tire!
