I went in to get them to pull out the plug in wire for block heater, they were the only ones who said ya ya come in and we will do it for you, believe me I called all the places in town and nobody wanted to touch the inside of the car.

It took them 45 mins to take it out because of this being a tricky situation but they didn’t charge anything because it wasn’t much of a job. And in no ways did they compromise with the work. Took all the time to ensure the wire is properly hooked up.

And they were so nice to me, they even checked my tire pressure without asking.

I mean you know who you both are (sorry didn’t ask your names) but thank you I really do appreciate it.

My rear sway bar came apart on Christmas Day, so I was unable to get my vehicle fixed immediately…I called Kal Tire on Dec 28, and they fit me in the next day. In and out in an hour! Garry, the man out front, was ever so helpful and friendly. The whole building is kept clean and well stocked with tires and all the nicest looking merchandise. I will be back the next time my vehicle needs work that they can do.

Asked for a simple tire change and they broke a bolt while doing that, blaming it on car parts being too old. Have had multiple tire changes and got alignment done at a different mechanic's just about a month ago and never had such an issue. And they were quoting ridiculous price for fixing what they broke, charged me full price for tire swap, acting like they are doing such a huge favor for me. Now I won't be able to drive out of the city until I get this new problem fixed and pay for whatever it will cost. Zero professionalism.

Just wanted to express my deep appreciation to Tyler, Kyle and Rylan for the exceptional service they gave me. What we thought was a dead battery turned out to be an alternator. After searching all across Canada for this part and everything coming up $400 - 500 they finally found one in Medicine Hat the same day and saved me hundreds of dollars. And I was back on the road the same day. Mitchell has a few times with my winter tires got me in short notice. He runs an excellent store and from the store staff and their demeanor it's apparent that his leadership goes without saying is top notch. Being in the service industry myself I can tell when people are happy in their job positions. And I understand that dealing with the mechanic industry can't be an easy job.

I have been dealing with Kaltire for years starting in Calgary with Chad at the 32nd Ave NE location. Was very sad when he left.

But the service from one store to the next is evident and I really appreciate the Kaltire here in Medicine Hat
