-35 and tires were low on air.no air available at any of the gas stations around. Pulled in here this morning at a friends suggestion. Guy pulled my car in and looked after the issue. In and out in 7 minutes.and didn't charge me for it. So impressed with the service and will definitely return and recommend.

I'd definitely recommend it! They were super friendly, had great prices for winter tire changes, and I'm really happy with the service.

Both Ben and Jesse (Kal Tire Deerfoot Meadows) were easy to deal with. I ordered the tires over the phone in the morning and they installed them in the afternoon. Very good service and at a fair price. Once the installation was completed, the technician took the time to explain what was included (free flat repair, balancing, tire rotation, etc) and asked if I had any questions. I appreciate that he asked. Too soon to comment on tire wear, etc but I am happy with the service I received and would have no problem with recommending their shop.

Outstanding service as always. My only go to for post warranty maintenance. The Deerfoot Meadows location is my only Kal Tire and Jesse and his team have done my Jeeps & Explorer for the past 10 years. Batteries, new tires, brakes, gen maintenance, you name it. Jesse squeezed me in a couple days early when my rear brakes had all but seized. Ben was awesome in explaining what needed to done immediately, what needs to be done soon, along with his recommendations of what can wait a bit longer. Highly recommend.

Ben was a champ to work with. He went above and beyond to rectify a mistake that was made. Great service every time, highly recommend.

Jesse’s taken the time out of what seemed a very busy day to source some tires for me, which I didn’t think I’d find.
Over time, I’ve purchased combinations of tires and rims for three cars and had them serviced by Jesse’s team. I’ll be coming back to this location when needed in the future.

Drove over a nail and the Kal Tire team were able to get me in a hour and half later. They repaired the tire in 60 minutes and it came to $48.41. Great fast service!

Knowledgeable guys out here, overheard discussing long term effects of problems, guiding customers positively. Diagnosed my problem on the fly and had me booked in first thing next day once the parts were available.

Called to set up an appointment for a balancing issue from a set of wheels and tires from a different supplier; quickly scheduled for next-day. Work was done quickly and properly, and they cleaned and dressed the wheels and tires when they were done.

Very helpful and friendly. They had my new tires mounted on the rims quickly and the price was competitive.

They did not offer to assist me when my tire was low. I needed to get AMA to assist me. The service advisor just answered my question can you put air in. AMA asked do you have a spare? They then sent a truck to change my tire. Yay AMA.

They got me in quickly, did a great job, fair pricing and good suggestions. The front staff was friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this branch.

I brought in my car for a simple tire change, and it was an absolute pain for them to do. I didn’t have the lug key, and I had TPMS sensors that fused to the valve stems. Just not a great time for any of the techs involved.

The guys were incredibly patient and showed me exactly what the issues were. They managed to get the wheels off and the tires changed, all while providing incredible customer service.

The shop is incredibly clean, both front and back, and the waiting area offers a comfortable place to sit and a good view of your vehicle while it’s being worked on.

I hope my next visit won’t prove as challenging to them, but I will be coming back each season for mine and my family’s tire needs.

My experience was ok here. Came in for tire replacements and then they "found" all this extra work that "needed" to be done. Another mechanic and mechanic buddy all said it wasn't urgent and that'd I would be good for a while longer.

We had such a compassionate and caring experience here. Jesse was kind and understanding throughout the entire experience. We have only had STELLAR service at this location. I would recommend this shop to my grandmother. Well done kaltire!

We've been servicing and buying tires for our vehicles at this location for a few years now with no issues up until last month - somehow their service techs messed up the simplest of tasks - an oil change.
All we had done was an oil change, we picked up the car when it was ready, drove 5 mins home and parked it in our garage only to notice when we drove it 3 days later a large amount of oil had pooled beneath the car - I had a feeling I knew exactly what it was - a loose oil filter. We called kaltire and took it straight in, they did look at it immediately and had it ready for us an hour later, but not one of the techs offered any kind of apology for the inconvenience or mess they'd incurred.
We're very disappointed to say the least, and not sure we can trust them with servicing in the future - if they can't be trusted to do a simple oil change correctly then can they be trusted with more complex services? Fortunately we didn't embark on a long journey after picking up the car as no doubt we would have run the small engine dry of oil (it doesn't exactly hold much) - that could have resulted in a seized engine. A simple double check would have caught a loose or incorrectly installed oil filter, but they don't even seem to do that here.

Spectacular from start to finish. If you need advice selecting new tires for your car, and want peace of mind, do yourself the favour of visiting Jesse and Ben at Kal Tire Deerfoot meadows.

Amazing work installed 4 new Wrg4 tires on my new terrain and did it so quick! Amazing team at this store!

It’s at times like this where I miss living in Medicine Hat, had I taken my vehicle to Kirk’s midway Tires in Redcliff the shop manager would have bumped me to the front of the line and had 2 shop hands remove my tire in 5 minutes to address a slow leak. Not so for Kal Tire, “we’re all booked, we don’t have time for 10 minute repairs until Monday” this is where maybe Integra Tire in Calgary or especially Ward Tirecraft comes in handy.
So here I sit with a half inflated tire thinking, what do I do now? Thanks Kal Tire for being overpriced and under delivering on service as per usual.

Extremely happy with this Kal Tire. They are knowledgeable and quick. I never feel pressured into a repair; they let me know what's defective and the likely consequences of not fixing it, and I decide from there. Price is what I'd expect. For oil changes I go somewhere cheaper, but everything else I go to them.

I operate a business and aspire to provide the customer service these guys do. Can't say enough good about them.

I needed air on a -20 day and the guy here made no complaints, helped me out and even replaced some valve caps that wouldve caused problems. Awesome service, I'm glad I just bought a set of tires from Kal Tire

Awesome service. Thought I needed brake pads, turned out I didn't, and they were totally honest and pleasant about it. I have also had tires done multiple times here and they are always fantastic.

Edit: lost a star due to slow service this last visit.

Update: they put the tire on white-wall out.

$41 to fix a flat tire. Wasn’t even on the vehicle. The “service advisor” justified the cost by explaining that they patched the tire from the inside as opposed to the competition which simply plugs the tire. I’ve worked at both Canadian Tire and Wal-Mart busting tires and ALL OF THEM WERE PATCHED FROM THE INSIDE. Advice: Bashing the competition does not make you look good.

So firstly no pressure. Looks like this shop serves corporate customers so the public gets a true price and not pressured for extras like alignments and tps. Tires to be installed tomorrow Nov. 8 so will see what happens. Secondly, I did weeks of checking into tire shops, yes including Costco. This particular shop came out the best. Parking is a huge challenge. Lots of big corporate vehicles so drive carefully and slow. Entrance only off southbound.

Best Kal Tire in Calgary. I only bring my truck here and recommend friends and family the same. Honest assessment, friendly customer service and fast work. Originally took my Silverado to a local Chev dealership for a recall. The dealership did a ‘complimentary’ alignment assessment and reported urgent attention required. Dubious about the dealership feedback, I took it to Kal Tire for their assessment. In and out in an hour- no alignment or adjustments needed and did not charge for their time. That’s what I call ‘doing the right thing’ by your customers and how you gain loyal customers in return.

Incredible and friendly service. We've had several problems with our car (which with our old garage always got worse, at Kal Tire the issues only got resolved) and I have always been well informed about how thing progressed - everything is explained at a good level - which has not been the case at other garages I've been to. The service is always open and honest. I always go here for maintenance (oil & tire changes) and have also popped in when a windscreen wiper flew off mid-drive which was subsequently fixed quickly. Couldn't recommend more. Thank you so much!

The person who answered the phone call on Oct. 3 at 2: 50pm asked me to hold. And I asked why they put me on hold and never get back to answer as i was on hold for 10min, he was very irritated and said in a rude manner "because i have somebody right in front of me" then he hung up. Just because you are busy doesnt mean you can put people on hold and be absolutely rude about it. Only takes 5 sec to explain situation and maybe suggest a slow time to call back. Dont put people on hold if you are not gonna answer.
Very very very rude and not professional. I can't imagine having any business there and happened to be a busy time and im just a burden. Wow.

Ordered new snow tires for my daughter's car.earlier in week with Joel and installation on following Saturday. While vehicle as at Kal Tire also requested oil change. Jesse was very accommodating and had his staff complete the tire and motor oil change on a timely basis.

The performance of Nokian Hakk's are by far superior to any of other name brand snow tires that I have used, including but not limited to Michelin Ice Radial, Bridgestone Blizzacks, Pirelli Winter do Not perform as well as the Nokian Hakks.

I have been dealing with Kal Tire for over a decade with my family's 6 vehicles. Over the past couple of years I have been solely dealing with Jesse and Joel at the 11 Street SE location. Service at this location has been exceptional. As one would expect, Kal-Tire prices are very competitive with other tire stores but the 11 street SE Kal-Tire's service is absolutely beyond reproach for not only tires but vehicle maintenance and repair services as well.

Jesse and Joel are honest with super friendly service. Keep up the great work.

We were down from Edmonton for the weekend. Went out Saturdaymorning from the hotel found out we had a flat. Took it over and Joel our service advisor said he would have it fixed before the end of the day. Which he did. Very helpful and polite customer service. Joel and his team had totally saved our weekend vacation.

Didn't have a great experience with them, not necessarily their fault but they didn't go out of their way to make it better.

Jessie and team are amazing. Very accommodating and trustworthy! I was quoted an inflated exorbitant price for my brakes at another shop. Explained the situation and they prepared a reasonable quote. I now go here for my tires, oil changes and brakes!

Had to go to a doctor appointment for my total knee replacement and Jesse and his staff got me in right away for my flat tire.in this cold Calgary weather.thank you
