Karen Fawcett has taken a long time to even allow anyone to post a review. That in itself is odd. We sold one property with her and bought another. The main objective is to facilitate the sale. Unfortunately not always at either the price you want to sell at or the price you want to buy it. She is very persuasive and if the financial part isn't overly important that's not a problem. Otherwise exercise caution. The theme is always to take less for your home.

This is the second home that Karen has sold for us in Calgary in the last 18 months. Even with the current market being what it is, Karen and her team have worked tirelessly to get us the best price possible. Her staging suggestions gave us the advantage over similar real estate for sale in the area. We are totally satisfied with Karen and would highly recommend her for anyone either buying or selling a home in the Calgary area!
