Karen Patterson - Realtor

Recently sold my townhome and purchased a condo. Karen Patterson helped me with all aspects of this process. It was challenging at times. When buying and selling there are a lot of moving pieces and time constraints.
Everything went well. And, when the time comes to move again she will be the Realtor I call.
Hope she has no plans of retiring!

"Karen Patterson, Realtor" This title does not speak to her skill base at all. I recently sold my existing condo and downsized to a smaller one. I have to say she was wonderful, I doubt i would have achieved my goals so perfectly without her standing by my side. I gave her very specific guidelines to work within and together, we achieved the outcome. (Call her and ask about what we achieved) you will be impressed.

My goals were met, because of Karen's qualities both as a realtor and a genuine person who wants the best for her clients.
-she does not double end the transaction, she is there for her clients first and always
- she has almost 10 years experience and it shows in how professionally she deals with both clients and other realtors and related professionals
- when she suggests ways to get what you want, she backs it up with solid real estate facts she is willing to share with you so you understand the situation
- she was there for me most hours of the day, she has to sleep too
- if she thinks you are choosing a home she is not sure of she explains why
- she demonstrates integrity, commitment to getting what you want, honesty, willingness to to go the extra mile to find you the home you want, need and desire.

I have dealt with many realtors in the past who were both good at what they did and others who were trying to push me into homes I was not convinced i wanted. I have knowledge of real estate based on my work experience. Throughout this process i learned so much from her. Bottom line,

I highly recommend Karen Patterson as your Realtor because she sets a high standard for taking care of her clients. She is the best in my eyes - she will be the best in your eyes as well if you choose her. Love this woman!

Karen made selling our home a breeze, with Her recommendations, constant communication, and honest opinions. Her actions ensured us that she had our best interests at heart. She is funny, smart and knowledgeable - she moved quickly as we sold and bought a new home within a week. Highly recommended.

Karen was our realtor for the sale of our townhouse condo in Killarney.

Her professionalism, attention to detail, and skill in navigating the process were instrumental in enabling a quick sale of this condo, before it actually went on the market, and for a price above asking.

Karen's laidback/calming style was much appreciated, helping to reduce stress of such things as accessing various required condo documents (we had no idea how to deal with that), managing online document signing, and adopting a tactful approach regarding the need for our wonderful 12-year tenant to have to move. At all times, we were able to feel that the process would be working out just fine, and that there was no need for undue stress (even panic).

Karen helped us find a good cost/benefit balance related to improvements/renovations prior to sale. We believe this helped a lot in the promptness of the sale, which in turn saved us costs of carrying the condo once the renter had moved on.

Karen was always accessible, answered dozens of questions for us, and continued throughout the process to send us useful reference updates on listings & sales of other units within the large condo complex.

We would recommend Karen as an agent for the sale of any property, and particularly for the somewhat complex sale of a condo.

When we moved to Canada last year, we chose Karen to help us find a rental property. She did a perfect job and helped us find a great condo. A few months later, when we decided to purchase our own home, we went back to her as our real estate agent. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, with great passion for her work. Karen spent a lot of time helping us find a right property and we are absolutely happy with our choice. We definitely suggest her to our friends!

Karen helped me purchase my first home. She was very professional and helped to educate me on the process as a whole. We ran I to some very trying times, as the real estate market was exploding. Karen was able to devise a strategy that worked and won me my home.
