I'm beyond disatified with the experience I've had with this place. They took super long to get me in for an appointment. And then after I finally came for my appointment and explained my condition and how painful and concerning it's been for me, the urologist just brushed it off as though it's totally normal, despite what I was saying. But then he did let me get a second opinion with the Urology surgeon. The surgeon tried providing two different solutions for me, and neither of them worked. And after coming in for the next follow up, he just tried to claim that what I'm experiencing isn't a real issue and that I would just need to see a Psychiatrist for it. I tried my best to vouch for myself and that what I'm experiencing is really awful and painful, but unfortunately he wasn't really understanding about it. I was hoping there would be another follow up and further solution seeking, but they just discharged me claiming they have nothing else to offer. When I tried getting another referral to them from my family doctor, they just rejected it. After trying to contact them again and ask for help, they just ignore my calls. I'm super disappointed and was expecting much better from this clinic. It really unfortunate to see how little of consideration they had for my health and well-being.

I have very bad memory from Dr Joshua Wong We had an appointment at 14: 30 and we waited 46 minutes after our appointment to see him the guy do not respect people time.
I kindly request from responsible office to hire people who can see the patient on time not like Dr Wong wasting the time.

Receptionists are rude, wait time is ridiculous even when you have an appointment. Not coming back.

Wear clothes that glow, to reduce your chances of getting run down in the parkade. And, no stall numbers to find your car on the way out. Round and Round we go a searching, and risking our lives.

While fresh in my mind I would like to sincerely thank X-Ray and CT department (all the people who looked after me) as I was treated with politeness and compassion and I truly feel the young man that admitted me was more than great with his a-tentative attitude and wonderful personality

Dont make the mistake that I did and come 15 minutes early, come 30 minutes early because parking is a bit of a pain. You do have to pay for it fyi.

I saw Dr Schembri in plastics to get a lypoma removed. Dr Krill assisted him. They were both very friendly and kind, made me laugh quite a few times. Cheryl the LPN was so sweet and motherly! She made sure I was comfortable - we had such wonderful conversations. Melissa the LPN got me extra snacks too and made sure I was okay ️Schembri, Krill, Cheryl and Melissa are an excellent team and you would be lucky to have any of them treat you. Thanks guys!

Unfortunately, I'm forced to click on a star to post this review. First thing, I have nothing against the Doctor who performed the surgury. He was able to provide a better quality of life and provide comfort for my dad. THE ONLY SOUR POINT WAS THE RECEPTIONIST!
Two times now. Not once, but twice! The first time (pre-surgury), I completely understand. COVID has displaced everything. Life came to a screeching halt and procedures needed to be revamped. I just needed to reschedule an appointment so it wouldn't conflict with work. I was O. K.when I was placed on HOLD for 15 minutes.
But the second time (post-surgury), was the most IGNORANT, SELF-SERVING, ENTILED, INGRATE service from this person thus-far. For over an hour, I was on hold. 71 minutes, 4260 seconds, or approximately 426,000 grains of sand. Which ever way you want to look at it, you shouldn't place someone on hold, while going for lunch. THAT'S RIGHT! I asked her why I was on hold for so long, she replied, "I had to go for lunch. " I replied, "Well, I wish I knew that before. I would have called you back. " She then asked what I needed help with. I told her I needed to reschedule my appointment. She quickly provided me a new date. So easy but so painful.
It's unfortunate, Dr. Dean is oblivious to person's ignominious customer service.

a specalist every 3 months. I have not
had any difficulties with staff. Rexall is in
the same building, left of the entrance.

Pleasant staff, good doctors and they explain everything before a procedure. They make you really comfortable about getting work done.

Absolutely terrible experience. We went there at 12.30 pm despite appointment was scheduled at 1pm. We were informed to go downstairs and take an xray. As usually parking was paid for an hour and we were hoping to get out in an hour at most. When came back upstairs reception told us we must head back downstairs and do another xray as they * forgotten * to take one for upper arm and instead they had only wrist photos. When came back upstairs we waited again. I had to leave my husband in clinc and leave to work so on the top of expensive parking and so waiting time 2hrs we had cost of Uber.very poorly managed place. They don't care about you just doing their job like mechanic. I was late to work and husband was left by himself because we can't afford losing hours now in our situation when he can't work.

I LOVE the clinic, after years of not knowing why I get sick I not only have an answer I have a treatment. Considering how rare my deficiency is i am incredibly thankful for the clink and all that they do to help patients like me. I am a zebra, not just any kind of zebra an albino kind so it feels great to be heard and to have the chance to live a more fulfilling life. Thank you to the incredible staff at the K Clinic

I've come here a few times for blood work and a couple other appointments. Maybe there was a time or 2 with an extra long waiting time, but that's to be expected. The staff were always nice and friendly, and trying to do their best to get people in and out.
Also! They building is so nice and clean, tons of parking, easy access if you're walking or taking public transport.

The dental administration at the top floor is utter garbage. The management is the clear problem. Not one person there is willing to accept responsibility for mistakes they make. Thry failed to charge my insurance for the wisdom tooth extraction and then made me sit there for 2 hours while "they help me" figure out there mistake I had to tell them how to put the insurance through in a way that would allow for co insurance and they still couldn't figure either out

Took my daughter who is on the spectrum for blood work and the staff was extremely rude, the receptionist was very uncooperative and rude, very rough and emotionless towards her.

No compassion and no accountability to the people it serves.
1. Requested monthly $71 parking pass. Clinic staff refused to fill out form given by Parking office as they had never seen it before. Refused to call parking office to discuss process causing my husband to make the long walk to parking office a 2nd time on painful feet that are the result of his condition.i called Kaye Administration office Feb 1 who agreed to discuss situation with clinic. A week later, clinic reception and office manager didn't t seem to know anything about it.
2. Uncaring Clinic receptionist. Abrupt, dismissive without a smile or kind word or effort to try and be helpful. You would never know she is interacting with seriously ill people. Just stand and watch and you will see it right away.
3. Uncompassionate rigid staff. Even though he was present and giving verbal consent, nurse resistant to communicating with me directly to accommodate husband's hearing loss and then felt it was helpful to suggest to my husband to use the "Talk To My Deaf Grandmother" app. He was humiliated.

I have been going there once a month for about a year. Convenient parking and public transportation access. Wait times vary October / November they were brutal (1.5 hours or longer). Staff is usually decent and efficient enough, but had one very unpleasant experience with a staff (she was yelling and giving me good news about how my doctor filled the rec). My complaint was just brushed off by her manager and that took a month to complete.

Thanks to Melanie, Dr Talwar and Dr Brandelli I survived with my emergency dental case. Melanie was very nice and responsive, while doctors were super professional! Hope your immense help to me will return in many times back to you.

Everyone there is very helpful and patient with questions. Excellent facility for all health care issues. (Have been there many times for various faculties: medical, dental, rehab, imaging etc.)

I visited the Kaye clinic back in early July for an MRI. I was not nervous as I had gotten an MRI when I was younger.

When my name was called, the MRI tech by the name of Stacy explained to me the process and created small talk. I am sure this was to help calm any nerves but I had none, but still believe this is beneficial for people who may feel claustrophobic in an MRI machine. We chatted about weekend plans, as I had plans with my wife and family and she had plans with her husband and family and our favourite tv shows. We both enjoy the tv show Friends so we chatted about that for 5-10 before the MRI was ready for me to enter.

She is really good at her job and if you get her as your tech, feel no worries as she will help you forget you're even there for an MRI.

I was in for a prostate biopsy and Dr. Wilson and the accompanying nurse (of whom I cannot recall her name offhand,) were very professional and I am quite grateful in the manner in which I was treated. I was very nervous and hesitant and their compassion was a blessing. Thank you for having such wonderful staff!

Absolutely horrible receptionist Jennifer at the movement clinic, caused my elderly mother to cry on the phone. Since the Doctor at this clinic originally prescribed her pills, she called here thinking that was the route to the prescription. She got berated about bothering her, that she didn’t “have time to be chasing down prescriptions”, and “we told you last time”.

Seems that at a Parkinson’s clinic where you see elderly patients, they have no patience to explain things to people. I appreciate that they are busy there, but their message delivery could use some work. Do you know how horrible it is to see an elderly parent cry because reception staff treated them like they’re stupid? I'm absolutely furious.

My husband was told that he would go in for Kidney surgery in 4 weeks back in May he still is waiting. And he is still waitng, tried to phone up there but no answer. His own doctor phoned no answer, it would be nice if someone would let us know what is going on
