Very impressed with the accountants at KD Professional, especially Kevin Penner. I called and left a message one day and received a very prompt and helpful response even though he was on vacation in Las Vegas! That doesn't happen everyday. Very Happy with the services.

Careless accountants who don't read the documents you give them. Because Chris didn't read my documents, even though key facts were highlighted bright yellow, Chris filed my work in the wrong currency causing me a big hassle. I asked them specifically not to file anything until I reviewed it to prevent this issue but they ignored my wishes and filed anyways. Kevin cursed in our meetings which I consider unprofessional. Kevin also repeatedly told us that our income was insignificant and not important enough. The income that feeds and shelters my family is being called insignificant, shameful customer service. My family's livelihood was insulted and they were too lazy and careless to read the important documents I gave them. All of this "service" cost me over $400. Oh and Kevin told us private marital and employment status of his other clients. Apparently this hockey player is getting divorced now.not something I needed to know. They're incompetent and can't keep their clients info private.
