The staff were super supportive and comforting, everything felt as comfortable until the procedure, I was told it would be a discomfort but the medication would take care of the pain and if I was still in pain they would increase the medication but that wasn’t the case. The nurse just told me to settle down which is easier said than done when you’re in a lot of pain like that. Anyways everything else was great and almost all the staff was helpful and made me feel like I was taken care of!

Excellent experience. Quiet and peaceful and even had a atrium that's private if you need fresh air. Extremely calm respectful and nice staff. Counseling was amazing and makes sure you feel safe and know what you want. Worst experience of my life was made okay by staff, would recommend. Also no protesters were outside so that's a bonus.

Their answering machine states that they have doctors accepting patients but when asked they stated that the message was old. I said many are looking for doctors and they should update it. She said thanks and hung up.

All staff were amazing. Such a welcoming and comforting environment as well. They never made me feel unheard or uncomfortable. Best clinic I’ve ever been to in my life. So happy to see people around have the option to go to this amazing place to help them. Learned more there than from any dr. 11/10 would recommend.

Although I experienced some complications (not the clinic’s fault whatsoever, it just happens) I had such a great experience here. You’ll receive the utmost care and everyone is so kind. I feel very grateful to have such a valuable service available to me

They give the best services all while making you feel the utmost comfort. Never once through my stay did I feel judged or mistreated by any staff members. From the amazing counsellor Michelle whom I will never forget after today, thank you once again for the endless love and support you gave me, right through the nurse to the DR everyone was exceptional. My appointment went great in my experience and I would recommend this place to anyone who needed it. Thank you everyone who played a part in helping me out, you are all truly great people here.

It was as comfortable and respectful as could be expected. Contraceptives are available here too. The doctor has great bedside manner.

The first person I talked to on the phone was very kind and compassionate, however, the second person I had talked to was very demeaning and quite rude. I ended up crying afterwards because of how dumb they made me feel.

The ladies here take really good care of you and do whatever they can to make you comfortable and calm. Such a wonderful group of people and a cozy environment. Thank you ladies for what you do.

I had a beautiful experience here, the last post I read about the horrific incident I feel is a lie, if even a few of the things said had actually happend something would have definatly been done immediately at the clinic, that clinic shows nothing but compassion and knowledge. The nurse waited for me to meet the doctor prior too my last medication injection so I could meet him clear headedly. Of course my attitude was positive and I showed gratitude to the women and men who work there regardless of my own insecurities, and maybe that's perhaps why I had such a positive experience here because they facilitated a safe and loving environment.
