I was really disappointed with the flowers delivered. Looked like they were picked up from Safeway for $19.99. Paid more than 4 times that.

Everything from the ease of ordering online to the delivery driver - who called and then even waited for my partner to get to work so she could receive her flowers - the whole experience was 10/10.

I’ve received a few flower deliveries from Kensington Florist. The flowers are beautiful and always look amazing in bloom for a couple of weeks.

There aren't many florists open on Sundays, and I'm so grateful that Kensington Florist is one of them. I walked in just this past Sunday to get some last-minute custom arrangements for Chinese New Year. Not only did they still have a great selection of flowers, but Stephanie was very helpful and was able to have my two arrangements complete in just over an hour. The recipients were very happy with their colourful and beautiful arrangements - I wish I took photos!

Really terrible service and super unhelpful. If you’re browsing for florists I would avoid this from the list.

This is my second time ordering from Kensington Florist Calgary and both times I got excellent service. The flowers look great, no issues with payment, and no issues with the delivery even though I made my order from overseas. Highly recommended florist!

Had some flowers delivered to clients on Saturday and they were GORGEOUS! They look so perfect they don't even look real. First, let me say say the staff is amazing! I have worked with many different individuals, especially Stephanie, and they have all been exceptional! It’s a pleasure coming in each time.
I have gotten two custom arrangements now and they both hit it out of the park. The Christmas design especially exceeded expectations! It looks exponentially better than the reference photo! But both have been beautiful nonetheless. The prices have been more than reasonable and I feel satisfied every time!
Can’t wait to see what they come up with in 2023!

Received 2 floral arrangements for my birthday today from out of province and out of country family and friends. Design was unfortunately meh and multiple flowers in both arrangements where crushed and damaged. I’m assuming that greater care and effort is provided to local purchases, but they’ve definitely lost my local business and will advise family and friends of the same.

Ordered a terrarium for delivery and it was delivered promptly, exactly to directions, and was absolutely beautiful. They are very easy to work with and great at communication, with very impressive arrangements. Would use again!

Not only was the service provided in a polite and understanding way, but the care and eagerness to help satisfy our needs was impeccable. I came in here to get a last minute birthday bouquet for my friend and they gave me this beautiful one! They were so helpful and friendly, I asked for one that is non-toxic to cats and they made sure that the bouquet fit all my needs. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I have used Kensington several times and have never been disappointed by the quality of their flowers. Selmitah, is awesome to deal with and i highly recommend them.

Dropped in to get flowers for Valentines. Probably the worse costumer service I have ever encountered at a florist. There are 6 employees dealing with online reservations I had to struggle to get noticed. There were only pre-maid bouquets starting at $105 and the manager didn’t agree to make a custom order or even sell a few single flowers! Other customers who dropped in were also struggling with their orders which were not fulfilled. I left empty handed. This is the second time they have disappointed (last year they didn’t agree to sell without a pre-order at all). Will never return even though I live around the block.
When I got out of the store I immediately ordered a wild bouquet from Peaseblossoms down on 11 St SW which were so courteous and will provide same day delivery.

I've ordered a Valentine's Day bouquet from the Kensington Florist the last two years. The flowers are nothing less than exceptional! The arrangement on this year's bouquet is fantastic. My girlfriend loves them. I made this mistake of ordering flowers from another florist closer to my house for her birthday this year. They were comparably priced but couldn't compare to the arrangements from Kensginton, both in quantity and quality. They're easily the best shop in town. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

I came to Kensington Florist and bought flowers for my girlfriend couple time. So impressed with their flowers and customer service before. However today I came back and I have to say “ really really really disappointed “ with customer service. The worst customer service ever I have received.

I came in on a Monday morning to select flower bouquets for this special day. I had the great pleasure of meeting hard-working people who were so cordial and professional in assisting me with the order despite being SUPER BUSY. The flowers are fresh beautiful, and there was such a great selection of various flowers. I went for traditional red roses, and these beauties were just spectacular! My husband and friends they always send me flowers from this flower shop in the las 10 years if not longer. Lately I Received an exquisite floral bouquet as a gift for Valentines, delivered by the Best Flower Shop in Calgary in my opinion, Roses were long and had a big head. The flower arrangment was packed as a present and it did make my day. Also the delivery lady was nice, she delivered it with smile. I ordered a bouquet very last minute to get it delivered to a family member as something had come up and Kensington Florist was so accommodating and delivered it day of. The bouquet was gorgeous! I greatly appreciate it and definitely recommend them.

Called them today, Valentines day at 2: 30. They managed to make me an order and have it delivered same day. The receptionist was polite and helpful, and the other gentleman I dealt with was also amazing. Had higher hopes for the service. Finally arrived after 7pm - Its dark and the day is pretty well over. I called in the morning and the employee had no idea when it would be delivered.are we supposed to cancel our plans and sit around all day waiting for some flowers to show up?

After reading the most recent reviews I'm choked to see you made last minute orders a priority to be delivered after I placed my order back in the beginning of February.

Last but not least, after these flowers arrived, all of the water was spilled inside of the packaging, which was a nightmare to unwrap without getting water all over the kitchen.

I discovered Kensington Florist by chance six years ago, and since then, I have been going there almost every month. Matthew and Jenna provide one of the best customer services that you’d ever be likely to receive. They are always generous with their time and arrange the Fresh Flowers for me without exaggerating, according to my moods and feelings! They do this while chatting about flowers, life, and art. The shop's interior is designed in a forest aesthetic style, making it easier to navigate and look at the flowers, plants, and pots. Kensington Florist is a little gem in Kensington with very reasonable prices on offer. They can order for you whatever flowers you wish for if you notify them in advance.

I was initially very unhappy with the arrangement that was delivered for me because it lacked the creativity and pizzazz that one would normally expect from a highly rated florist. The owner, however, was quick to rectify the situation. She was very kind and wonderful to talk to, and very empathetic regarding the occasion for which the flowers were for. Kensington Florist stands by the quality of their work (you see that less and less nowadays), and the delivery was prompt. That's excellent customer service right there. I will not hesitate to use them again, and would definitely recommend them to anyone in the future. I have attached pictures of the newer arrangement. It looks amazing! Wow I love your flowers! So fresh and well arranged, So lovely! Will definitely recommend it to my friends.

Horrible service. Tried calling numerous times today- was then put on hold and patiently waiting but at the 15 minute mark the phone disconnects. Went through this 4 times as the lady would answer saying pls hold and I couldn’t get in a word. Finally I got through and she did not want to take my order as courier had reached cutoff. My request was for delivery just down the block from them. If I lived in the city, I would have delivered it myself however I was calling from another province. I run a business myself and am well aware customers enable a business to thrive. Whether the customer is on the phone or in your store they should be offered service. To have to wait patiently for an hour on hold, no wonder I missed the courier deadline.

It’s s been an amazing experience dealing with the shop, they really helped me a lot surprising my friend, and the flowers are absolutely fresh and gorgeous my friend loves it! We will order again for sure. Thank you Kesington Team
