The reception and nurses are WONDERFUL. Dr. Rosenstock on the other hand, is awful. Twice now I have gone to him and literally had to argue with him to get him to do anything for me after being HIT BY A CAR. He refused to give me the referrals that were reccomended, and then told me the pain was all in my head and to work through it! Like no, I'm pretty sure it was the 3 ton car. Had the audacity to tell me to quit going to physiotherapy and go.swimming? Instead. I will not be returning and I suggest others avoid him as well. He either needs to upgrade his training or retire. I've never had such a terrible experience with any doctor before. Feels like he just doesn't care at all and couldn't be bothered.

If you are busy and bored because of the large number of customers, what is my fault for waiting an hour on the phone and being mistreated by the scoundrel staff? In any case, it is not just me who spoke obscene words. I heard you like this.
Fix your clinic's problems. You are a businessman, not me. You caused me a reprimand from the manager and a problem when I was driving my brother's car. You caused us embarrassment on the bus. All of this led to explosion of anger. Finally, it will no longer matter whether sorry or not, whether your serve me, or whether I am a patient. I told you before that, I will no longer need this service. Not thanks

The front staff are great and helpful and Dr. Khalfalla is awesome, but it is almost impossible to call them to book appointments because they forget to turn on their phones. A few times I've had to go directly to the clinic just to book appointments and they told me they forgot to turn on the phones. They've been open for an hour now and their phones are still off.

If I could give this clinic zero stars, I would. My daughter was seeking a simple prescription refill after a painful surgery. Even though we had an appointment, the doctor refused to examine her or refill her prescription. Disgraceful treatment of my daughter by this clinic.

The WORST Clinic ever! I waited to see a specialist for a whole 3months! Only for them to cancel my appointment without letting me know! The secretary to the neurologist didn’t make it easier either! She kept on trying to look for blames to put on me! Find a different clinic that would respect you and your health needs!

Clean, professional, attached to a pharmacy, polite front staff. Hours are accurate and punctual.

Waited an hour and a half to finally have the displeasure of meeting Dr. Carl Rosenstock who was very rude and was not interested in helping. He was very rushed and before I can finish explaining why I'm here, he was quick to dismiss me. If you are seriously looking for a family practitioner, do not go here. I saw several bugs creeping the lobby as well. The staff looked dead inside

Come here if you want the swab shoved down your throat in a jabbing motion with no warning and get told “I don’t know” when asked if you should be reporting to work the following day and also get told that it will be 5 to 7 days to test for strep throat which lasts 3-5 days and I can go get a 20 minute test from “I don’t know where but it is offered” what a joke avoid dr rossenstock

I've been going here for the past few months. Mostly to get my annual check up. Each of the staff works really hard, are very patient. Dealing with the public is never a easy job but these ladies are working very hard with the difficult challenging job they have. Despite this they are kind and helpful. And deserve commendation. Doctor Rosan has been helping me and he is an excellent doctor. Thank you Everyone for your hard work and the amazing service you offer to the public here in edmonton.

Receptionists are terrible, I was on hold for over 40 minutes and everyone I got just said hold please. I finally had to call the pharmacy to pass a message on to the receptionists. Horrible service.

The receptionist was polite. But they apparently no longer take walk ins. Which was not very helpful to me in my situation.

I’ve been to this medical centre a few times and have had no issues. But today pushed me over the edge. It clearly stated on the website walks ins welcome until 5pm. I got off work at 4pm it was the only time I could come. I got there at 4: 20 and they turned me away stating “we aren’t taking walk ins” so I was lied to either by your website or by the staff here. All I wanted to do was get checked as I’ve been sick for a few days. I honestly left crying just upset that I came for no reason.

My family Dr is at this clinic. However I had to see Dr. Rosenstock as my family Dr was away. I've never been so frustrated by a Dr in my life. If you have to see this guy I would just go somewhere else. Which is exactly what I will do if he is the only Dr on call. Terrible experience. Not very willing to hear me out and wasn't concerned with my child by any means. Very unprofessional and I wish there was more I could say but I'll stop here. He should be ashamed.

The medical staff at the front of the clinic are very positive and thorough. They get you in a room as soon as they can. Wait times are normal. If you complain about the wait times. Talk to your local MP.

Worst physician consult I have ever experienced. Not only did he not resolve the concern, he did not listen and was hard to understand. My regular clinic was not available so I took my 12-year old son there because his throat, lips, gums and patella are swollen following five days of fever. Dr. Jama said that it was gingivitis! When I explained he did not have inflammation prior to the fever and suggested it might be viral, he said that there is no treatment for that and to get him to a dentist. I explained that he was in pain, could not eat and that there are options that I even was aware of.

We just left the dentist and there are visible lesions in his throat, suggesting this is from cold sore outbreak. The dentist prescribed a numbing mouthwash, an oral antacid for after meals, shared that hydration is critical and that he is highly contagious for about a week.

Markedly different professionalism between the dentist and the "doctor. " Don't go here if you can help it.

If I would have to give zero I would. I had bad experience both with DR, Jama and DR. Advil belhaj.specially DR jama I doesn’t listen to your concerns and he becomes very argumentative when You ask him something. He always rush to send you home with no proper assessment and I’m still looking for a better DR for my kids I will never go to DR jama again.

Waited over an hour to see Dr. Adel Belhaj to get a doctors note so I could return to work as per my works policy. He refused to write and sign a note saying he can’t write a note saying I am okay to return to work he can only write a note saying I will be missing work. Even though I have a note from over a year ago him doing exactly that saying I am okay to return to work. When I asked him why he wouldn’t write me a note I was asked to leave. Out of all the things to refuse a doctors note is the strangest. Takes 2 minutes and is the easiest 30 dollars for the doctor to make. I will not be returning to this clinic. Very sad as I’ve been coming to this clinic for over 10 years

This place is a joke dont go here youve been warned. The only want the money they can get out of you or your insurance.

Showed up 2 days in a row as a drop in to have a doctor look at my hand and ive me antibiotics and was turned away both times. Apparently they are not a drop in as stated.

Was sent here to see a specialist for a semi serious medical situation.

The Dr.was cold and unwelcoming. When my husband who explained what happened, the Dr.was rude. And could not be bothered to take into account family medical history. The Dr.did not refer me for further tests. A few days later the medical situation occurred again.

I got a second opinion seeing as this specialist did not seem to have a care in the world.

Unbelievably incredibly rude front counter staff who think they are running NASA or something and can't seem to understand even the most basic of English.

The place is incredibly dirty and the doctors are all second and third rate.

Was denied medical care because the front counter lady couldn't understand my name after repeating myself about 12 times. Simple name too. Just some white guy name. Lol

Then I was threatened because I spoke up and somebody got all offended because she's fat and has to sit there and do her job which seemed to upset her.

The Doctor was nice and some other receptionist was very friendly and accomodating except this one named Brandie (if I remember correctly) She asked me to go back home and get my actual alberta health card as the picture copy of it on my phone was not enough, so I went home and got it. Came back and not much of wait time, they let me in (feeling lucky). Went home, only to find out that my name and address in my Doctor's letter was different from the Health Card and my Drivers License I have provided. Went back to the clinic for the 3rd time, instead of apologizing for not doing her job properly by confirming my identity from the 2 ID's I have provided her versus to the data she has in her computer but instead she blamed me for having a different name and address and not telling her! First, it's each receptionist job to always ASK and confirm if there's any changes in any information and validate the proof of identification versus to whatever data in your computer, (client has no idea what you are seeing in your computer but only you! Besides, if you looked carefully you would noticed the discrepancies between the data you have compared to the ID that was given to you!). Second, she asked for my ID which I have provided and she didn't compared the information from both of my 2 ID's she asked me to go home and get it as my proof of identity and information (Did you even bothered checking?) Finally, I asked to rectify the discrepancies in my letter and yet she just updated the address but not the name which I have to emphasized again that its not just the address but its also my name! Did she even bothered looking to the 2 ID's that both were were in her hands? ! Now, I have this letter that has a sticker that I am not even sure if it's valid as she said it cannot be changed in the computer and have a correct one printed. She caused me so much anger and inconvenienced today!

Front desk amazing took grand daughter there they were great with her but the doctor didn’t want to listen to our concerns only wanted to prescribe medicine smh

We had a good experience here when my son did his circumcision. They were so busy but still was able to squeeze us in the doctor’s schedule. The only con is the travel time.

Avoid if you are seeking walk in assistance that has to do with female anything. I asked for blood tests to check on my reproductive hormones and the male doctor said he "did not do that" stuff. I was then referred to a female doctor in clinic but no one else could help me while I was there. I should not have to be referred 2 weeks out for BASIC lab tests checking on my menstrual cycle.

Hilda at the front desk was great, and all of reception was warm and helpful.

So far NOT impressed. My son was in a minor car accident & jarred his neck. Went here to get the injury checked on and have WCB paperwork filled out so he could go back to work on modified duty. They claimed they didn’t have the time to fill out the paperwork. My son missed a 2nd day of work because he didn’t get the paperwork filled when he was there. In my opinion, unacceptable.

I know with all the pandemic issues, my wife was having issues breathing. Even though we have had both injections, she was put into a Covid area in the waiting room, was not given O2. After waiting 1.5 hrs, she was feeling mildly better so we left.

Do not go here for any surgery purposes with Dr. Sia.

In June 2020, I was referred to this clinic for hernia surgery by Dr. Khalid from Capilano centre and I met with the surgeon Dr. SIA who told me I would be on a 6 month waiting period for surgery in the hospital. I never got any updates from the surgeon so I called to find out what was happening in May 2021 and they did not even have me in the system. My new family doctor was shocked at the lack of communication.

I wasted a year waiting on useless Canadian Healthcare practices.

Receptionists answering the phone are very rude.make one feel stupid.drs r exceptional that i have seen

On April 16 I had appointments with doctor Ahmed, a day before I called in to make sure that I have to see the doctor on time because I will come during my break time because I have only one hour or he could call me anytime the recipient said the doctor is not good with calling the patient then I told her just make sure I will see him in time. When I arrived to the clinic the recipient said there is two patients ahead of you and one hour is not enough to see him. I was chocked he can not call and the recipient lie on me when I asked if I could see him in time. I switched my shift with my coworker I drove all the way there and he can’t see me also he can not make phone calls the recipient was very rude and she is not willing to find any solution. I’m working too and have to make follow ups with my doctor I can’t take days off every time I have appointment. Those recipient are irresponsible and they don’t care about the patient as this is my third time having problems with them.

I dont think the doctors at this clinic want to see patients at their clinics. They cancelled my appointments twice. The first time they told me that doctor Adel Behraj doesnot do Prenatal or antenatal care. They told me they can book me with another doctor for next week, i said ok, again on the day of the appointment, a receptionist called me and told me the doctor isnt able to see me today, and that my appointment has been cancelled. It is so sad to have doctors that dont value commitments with clients.

After having to wait to speak with a receptionist while they gossiped and looked at me without taking my appointment for 10 minutes not very impressive at all

Went as a walk in and got right in, great! But the reception had to change the bed paper when I was in the room.from the person before. Didn't sanitize the bed whatsoever. The doctor was very fast and just seemed like he was trying to pump people in and out as fast as he could. Was supposed to check if I had a fever and they forgot to even check. Told me I could go for a walk in for my ultrasound he said I needed.sent me somewhere to have them tell me I have to book an appointment and the soonest I could get in was a couple days. Horrible experience. Don't trust this place at all

Had a wonderful doctor, but not once did I see sanitizer or any staff cleaning chairs after customers

I was in and out for my drivers medical, got my flu shot in about 30 minutes. I was not happy with having to pay $130.00 for something that takes 15 minutes, a total rip off.

The front staff today was so kind.
The Dr. Wesam Khalfalla MD. Was very professional and Thural to my needs gave me my checklist of ultursound things to check on body.

Many times I called in to see if the doctor is in and accepting walk-ins and they are doing a great job. The ladies are very nice and courteous over the phone. Today was an exceptional service! I called the receptionist and told them the situation about my son, and they told me to come right in. I left work, picked up my son and I did not have to sit and wait for the doctor. Both the receptionist and the doctor addressed the concern quickly!

Meh. Front staff doesnt acknowledge patients, except for one friendly philipino lady.
Dr. Shenoudah is ok. Saw her twice now, and she just seems tired of her job. Not rude, not friendly. Just there.
Doesnt really listen when you have concerns or questions and I found her a bit difficult to understand.
They also aren’t following much COVID restrictions. There’s no limit to how many people can enter the office, people are sitting and standing all around, they don’t make people wear masks upon entering, they aren’t screening people, and I didn’t see anyone including the doctor cleaning. For this reason as well as the others, I will be on the hunt for a new doctor again!

Worst clinic ever. I have been there a long time. Every time I got there I have to wait more than 2 hours even with an appointment. Dr. Ahmed became an unrespectful person. He came into the room said "Hi" then went for 5 minute and when he came back, he asked me to leave because he have another patients! Did he think I was there to had a coffee? Also, he said many bad racist words I could not imagine how a doctor could say that.

I’ve been going here for awhile, but i think i’m ready to find somewhere new. The doctors don’t seem to actually care, you’re just in and out as fast as they can get you. The wait times are horrendous, and i think this clinic is lacking what healthcare should be all about - having the patient’s best interest in mind.

Located in a strip mall.the wait times are reasonable and the staff is polite.they do have some "family doctors" available taking clients for record keep but are also a well run drop in location

Always slow. Even if you have an appointment, expect to spend 30-60 minutes in the waiting room doing nothing while they don't help you.

Worst experience at "medical clinic". My little boy had fallen asleep in the car because he was very sick. Dr. Fateis thought it would be genius to wake him up by forcefully opening his mouth instead of asking to gently to wake him up or start by checking his ears. But no. Dr. Genius thought he should continue forcing his mouth open and traumatize my son. I will never go back. And neither should anyone else. They can't even put their correct hours of operation online.

Just started going here and have had nothing but good visits so far. My new doctor is sending me for tests my old doctor was to lazy to do. Place is clean and the wait wasnt long at all. I hope this place continues to be great?

Had to wait 5 years for shoulder surgery at the last clinic I went to, here the doctor's got me into surgery for my other shoulder within 2 months.
Worth the wait to see one of the best physicians in Edmonton.

Tried calling to make an appointment with my doctor for over half an hour only to be put on hold for almost 10mins once I got through.when I questioned if that office was that busy as to why it took so long, I got a very rude answer and was hung up on just for stating that I would find another doctor! Very unprofessional and ignorant! AVOID this drs office!

Useless. Went in with appointmen and was turned away because I use Manitoba health care. Had all the proper paperwork. Stupid receptionist wasn't having it.

By medical centre. Dr paul Kolodija is very good he doesnt stop finding out if your sick how you got this.he saves lives.so my only experience is with him Dr Ann they are the best team in my opinion. Also Dr Ghaffari as she help me. I will keep seeing her. Dr alazam he is good man.

The clinic is fairly efficient, however the front receptionist are rude and keep you on hold for a long while. Five times I’ve called at different times during the day and they always put me on hold. Doctors also need to listen to their patients as well as they do give misguided information. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Been going here for 5 years. Recently had my regular doctor move to Calgary but the clinic helped me transfer to another physician right there. Very helpful

Do not go here.the doctors you wait to see not have a clue what they are talking about. No compassion at all either. I went here about a week ago with symptoms of a common uti & just wanted to get medication prescribed to me. The first doctor told me that he couldn’t do anything cuz I was on my period and sent me home telling me to drink lots of water and cran. Which I did & no results. Went back 5 days later, no period but extreme pains in my abdomen as I haven’t had a “normal pee” in 5 days. Still have a common uti but nothing has been done yet. The sweet receptionist who was a nursing I’m training helped me out that day. She took my pee sample and told me that it did come out positive & that I would have to wait to see a doctor to get a prescription. When I went to get my prescription she told me that I had no uti and that SHE has no reason to prescribe me anything. Once again left without anything but the pain I had in my bladder. I went to a different walk in as I was in so much pain they didn’t even pee test me and prescribed me with uti antibiotics. BAM! Not even 48 hours later. I had a normal pee and feel a hell of a lot better. This was a simple fix and how I was denied healthcare really upsets me. I will be reporting those 2 doctors. I don’t want anyone going through this or even worse. Please do not go here. This all happened July 3rd 2019

The doctor just filled up a prescription and sent me on my way. Didn't check anything, just said "Well, do you want me to refill it or not? " Okay! Guess I'm getting a refill!

Incompetent front end staff. When you ask for an appointment they give you two available times to pick from. Then after you pick the one you prefer they book you for the complete opposite one. Then when you show up at the wrong time they say it’s your fault. Hope their doctors are more competent.

They're all my system shows a wait time of 0 minutes so I would expect to maybe wait a couple minutes when I get there but going in the place is packed full of people and has a minimum half an hour wait I don't know why they wouldn't take any time and make sure the updated system online is accurate.when I asked them why this was they really didn't care and basically told me either way or leave.on top of that the place is a complete dump it's disgustingly dirty inside and I would never go back or trust them to take care of me without giving me some sort of infection.
