Bought a truck from Ritchie in sales he was super helpful, all round good experience dealing with everyone there

After a previous bad experience with this dealership we decided to give it another try since they had a vehicle on the lot we were very interested in. Our salesman, Neithan, was knowledgeable, personable and provided us with a no pressure, friendly experience. He was fair and he worked to get us the best deal! When we moved over to the finance office we dealt with Saleh. We also had a great experience with him. He laid out all of the additional products they have to offer and let us chose with no pressure to buy any, making it a very enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this dealership, and especially Neithan and Saleh to anyone looking for a vehicle! After looking at many cars at many dealerships, we felt the most comfortable and the least pressure at Kentwood Ford.

Just got into a 2023 f150 couldnt be happy Jill wss the easiest and most straight to the point sales persons. Got me the best price for my trade in positive numbers on my trade in and got me the truck i wanted within my price range without gouging me. The whole experince has been less the 4 hrs also got a extended over night test drive which was huge to help sell the wife lol.

Service department quoted a lady $2200 for a new seat in a mustang
Told her the whole seat has to be replaced it was the motor and the rails that had failed
Replaced the $30 switch and the seat works fine

The service department is the best I have dealt with. Kept up to date and informed of what was done or needs to be done. Loved getting a video with commentary of what the tech was seeing under the truck. Would recommend them to anybody.

Recently purchased a vehicle from Richie in new sales. From my initial request to the delivery of my vehicle, Richie was a solid 10/10. I have previously sold cars as a profession and know of the aggressive sales tactics dealerships use, at Kentwood Ford I did not experience this! Even in the backend (finance) I had a great experience, my options were explained to me but none were forced on to me. Would definitely purchase my next vehicle here and highly recommend Richie to anyone who has had a previous negative experience while buying a vehicle as he will completely change your opinion on "Dealership Shopping Experience".
