My family and I have had a great experience living here. The site manager and the other office staff have been so helpful.

5 stars for my apartment, location, and the company.
I give 3 stars for a sub section of tenants who are absolute pigs and choose to throw their garbage bags on the ground instead of in the bins provided. Some also smoke in their units which brings a smell into the hallway. These people certainly diminish the experience of living in a nice building.

This is a nice and comfortable place to live. The office staff are friendly and nice. The manager, Dee was really helpful and friendly and has promptly addressed all our concerns since we moved in.

The units are great! Kassandra is an AMAZING leasing agent. Any questions, no matter how late (or how ridiculous) she’s always been there to help. Couldn’t ask for a better home and management:)

I would have given negative stars if that was an option. Parking lot is kind of a skating ring and not cleaned once for the whole season. Staff don't wear masks and so do some other tenants and no actions are taken.
Carpets in the lobby was vacuumed some time in last year, could see pet hair all over on every floor. Disgusting place, if management was a little better like Leona P was, this wouldn't be like this. As soon soon she is gone, seems like no management cares other than collecting their pay checks.

Decent apartment with good features, but the company as a whole is only one step above the status of slum landlord. They are pinching pennies so far with property maintenance that it is beyond ridiculous! Not just at this property but other Broadstreet properties in Edmonton.

Maintenance people take forever to fix even simple problems, only doing the bare minimum as anything else (including ordering basic replacement parts) seems to require an unreasonable level of approval from their head office in BC. Not so much the maintenance staff's fault as senior management's for providing insufficient staffing and too much micromanagement.

Additionally, I would like to know why we are paying $60 per month for outdoor parking other than simply to line Broadstreet's pockets? It does not cost you tens of thousands of dollars to only sweep the lot once in a year and do nothing else. Edmonton is a winter city, but this BC-based company does not demonstrate understanding of that. Make your tennants clear snow themselves and not plow the parking lot (aside from them clearing their prospective tennant stalls, nothing else has been plowed once this year after having 40 cm of accumulation so far this season) ? Seriously? On top of that you get to play Russian roulette on whether or not your car will start as they have their block heater outlets on some type of mysterious timer that only seems to provide power 1/3 of the time. Stop being so Cheap! Not everyone goes out only during rush hour. We need our block heaters working in this extreme cold all the time!

I moved in early this month, Dee the site manager has been so helpful since my move, very attentive and always looking for ways to help. I can go on about how great she has been. I hope this great service continues

A nice community in Keswick with doable layout, nice neighbors and easy access to amenities. But the best feature is the in-suite AC, no more hot summer! You Really should take a look if you would consider to live in Windermere or SW area! Talk to the nice staffs, they'll help you to find the best suite.

We have lived here for almost a year now and being a first time renter, this property feels very high end. Upkeep is done regularly: parking lot swept, landscaping being maintained, and hallways/lobbies being swept daily! Very good impression!
There is a community lounge as well as a mini fitness studio in one of the buildings for all residents to use. They are also very well maintained!
Our property manager, Leona, is very personable and knowledgeable. When we bump into each other in the hallway, she would always be the first one to say "hi. " She shows care for her tenants and I would like to take the time to say, "thank you! " You take the time to listen to us, whether it'd be building related issues, or personal issues.

I give this place 5 stars, because of the Landlord and maintenance. I am 60 years old and have lived in a lot of places and this is the first time that I am extremly happy with the place I am living in. The grounds are kept up, the people who work here are so friendly no matter how their day is going. They bend over backwards to make sure everything is kept up to date. The Landlord is extremly helpful all the time. They make the enviroment of the complex enjoyable to live here. I hope I never have to leave. You could not go wrong to move in here. It is like a small community and everyone seems to care about everyone. Keep up the good work.

I have been more than happy since we moved into the apartment here. I rented without seeing and when I saw it for the first time, it was just incredible. From the hardwood looking floors throughout the apartment except in the bedrooms, which are carpeted. There is some storage but I don’t think we ever have enough. It felt like home from the moment we walked in. Plus the apartment building has an elevator which is awesome and the foyer is always cleaned up. The thing that I really have been impressed with is the office staff. They are truly awesome, always willing to help you out whenever they can. I feel like I’ve had a friend here forever but have only been here for 6 month, the staff is that personable. If you’re wondering if you should come live here in Keswick Green, the obvious answer is Yes Absolutely! Come and join the great atmosphere, great people and awesome living here at Keswick Green. I love it here!

Leona and the office team are friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. From viewing, to signing the lease to moving in they made everything easy. The building is clean, modern and pet friendly. Building location is great, close to tons of amenities.

I lived at Broadstreet Keswick Greens for 1.5 years, and my experience was amazing from start to finish. The buildings, parking lot, and suites are maintained impeccably. It is located within a safe and friendly area and it is very accessible to nearby grocery stores and living essentials. I truly cannot find anything negative to report within this review, and I am only moving because of work.

I would also like to emphasize how incredible my building manager, Leona, was for the duration of my stay. Leona is the most friendly, helpful, and present building manager I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She is consistently easy to contact, knowledgeable, and willing to help with whatever you need. My roommate and I will definitely miss her, and this apartment! Thank you so much Leona and the rest of the team for making our experience so memorable - and we wish you all the best in the future!
